Sharing a slew of sweet snaps, proud mum Victoria wrote: "Happy 14th Birthday Harper Seven - Happy birthday to my world!!
"You are my everything and I'm so proud of the strong, confident, kind and talented young lady you are becoming.
"You're my best friend and I'm so lucky I get to be your mummy. We love you so so much #HarperSeven!! Enjoy your special day!! ❤️ Kisses."
Victoria tagged her husband David into the post, which included an adorable photo of him and his daughter on a motorbike.
Other pictures included a sweet selfie of Posh with her only daughter, as well as plenty of adorable photos of Harper growing up over the years.
The teen's brother Romeo, 22, also shared a cute picture with his sister.
There are fears that Harper's eldest brother Brooklyn will swerve her birthday celebrations today.
In May, sources told The Sun that the Beckhams were hoping that Harper's 14th birthday could help heal the rift.
At the time the source said they were hoping the feud will be resolved by then.
Brooklyn Beckham's family rift deepens as he turns back on UK by splashing out £11m on LA mansion with wife Nicola Peltz
But at this point, things are reportedly still tense, and instead the eldest Beckham boy is on holiday with his in-laws.
He is currently living the high life onboard a yacht with his wife's family in the South of France.
Brooklyn and his wife Nicola have put the ongoing Beckham feud behind them as they enjoy a trip to St Tropez.
The couple are on vacation onboard a yacht with the actress' family, including her billionaire father Nelson, and her mother Claudia.
Due to the fact he is on vacation in France, hopes of him celebrating his only sister's big day today appear dashed.

BECKHAM RIFT
According to reports, Brooklyn is no longer on speaking terms with his family, after he was a no show at his dad David's 50th birthday celebrations.
Becks and wife Victoria were left "heartbroken" when their eldest child and his wife failed to attend the birthday celebrations.
As well as David's big bash, Brooklyn was also absent from the pre-birthday fishing trip with his sons Cruz and Romeo, an intimate dinner at their Cotswolds home and his star-studded soiree in London.
Sources said the snub was a "dagger to the heart" for his parents.
Rumours about a feud with the Beckham clan and Nicola have circulated since her £3million wedding to Brooklyn in Florida in 2022.

Scroll down as Katie openly discusses her "regret" about moving out of the Radford's 'millionaire mansion' NOT SO RAD Sue Radford forced to give 'tough love' to Katie, 22, as she moans about 'hard life' away from 'millionaire mansion' MUM-OF-22 Sue Radford has been forced to give her 22-year-old daughter Katie some 'tough love.' In the most recent episode of 22 Kids & Counting, which will air on Channel 5 later this evening, viewers will see new mum Katie battle the early days of motherhood. As well as dealing with night feeds with her 'absolute dream baby', Katie got candid on feeling 'lonely' and her 'regret' of leaving her family home. Shortly after giving birth to her son Ronnie Hudson Carter, Katie and Connor moved into a small flat just two miles away from the safety net of Sue, 50. And as Connor went back to work, Katie opened up on finding things 'hard". Advertisement She explained: 'A baby takes up a lot of room, there just wouldn't have been room in my mum and dad's house for us all. 'Last night, he woke up every two hours…I don't think anything prepares you for having your own, I didn't expect this to be me. 'Connor went back to work today and it is harder, you've got to do everything yourself. 'It is a lot harder living on your own. At home you've got your parents and your siblings to help, whereas when you're at your own place you've got to do it on your own. Advertisement 'I wasn't prepared for any of that - the loneliness.' Clearly struggling with the huge lifestyle change, Katie, who recently rushed her now nine-month-old baby Ronnie to hospital and discovered he had shingles, admitted: 'I do miss my mum and my dad. Katie Radford finally breaks silence on split from Connor Carter - as she shares sly dig on people making 'no effort' 'It's so quiet, you're kind of on your own.' Later in the episode, just four weeks after Katie left the Radford mansion, a former care home in Morecambe, Lancashire, which is spread over four storeys, Katie acknowledged missing the hustle and bustle of her family home. Advertisement The mum-of-one, who recently broke her silence on her 'split' with the father of her child, explained: 'It's very quiet [at the flat], every little noise I hear I'm skitzing out. 'The other day it was really windy and it sounded like someone was trying to open my door. So I ran home.' It is a lot harder living on your own. At home you've got your parents and your siblings to help, whereas when you're at your own place you've got to do it on your own Katie Radford But this wasn't the first time Katie flocked back to Sue's nest, as the family's matriarch recognised: 'She was coming round every single day, 8:30am and then not going back until 6pm - I think she was missing everybody.' But eager to look forward, Sue felt forced to interfere and give her daughter some 'tough love". 'Trying to help her, there's got to be a bit of tough love there.' Advertisement Whilst Katie was out on a stroll with Ronnie, she glanced at her phone and gasped: 'My mum's text - said I can't come round today…that's very strange.' The 47p essential buy mums swear by to prevent your holiday being ruined with tears and tantrums
THE summer holidays are officially here, which can only mean one thing, a family vacation. While we all love heading abroad to relax by the pool, or spending time on a beachside trip in the UK, it can come with challenges when you have kids to look after. 3 Fortunately, one mum has found a cheap hack that will make it all a little bit easier. We all know that hair easily gets matted in the pool and in the ocean and trying to get it knot-free again for children can lead to tears and tantrums. But one mum has shared a must-have buy that keeps hair from becoming a bird's nest. Taking to social media, the mum was seen putting her daughter's hair up before getting into the ocean. She wrote: "We're at the beach 24/7 and her hair gets tangles so fast!" "Braids don't work for her, they get matted. This is literally the only thing that helps," she captioned the post. The video showed the mum put a hair band in her daughter's hair, but this was no ordinary hairband. Connected to the hair tie was a long fabric braid that she twisted around the ponytail When she got to the end of the ponytail, the braid had a smaller hair tie attached to the bottom to keep it secure. It meant her daughter's hair would securely stay together without moving an inch, preventing matting. 3 3 tips to help you get the cheapest flights when booking holidays "This is hands down the best solution I've found!" she added. So if you're heading to the beach this summer you may want to purchase the travel buy for you and your kids. The best part is that you can buy the rope hair tie for as little as 47p on Shein. The pack costs £1.91 at the moment and comes with four hair ties. The clip which was shared on the mum's TikTok account @ lifeontheisland has gone viral with over 7 million views and people were quick to thank her for the holiday hack. One person wrote: "I'm a full grown adult and might have to buy this for the beach." Another commented: "I once had to chop off my long beautiful hair into a bob as a kid because it got matted from a braid in a beach day. A product like this could have prevented it." Top Hacks for Holidaying with Kids IF you've got plans to go on holiday with your little ones this summer, here's some advice to take on board. Plan Ahead: Book accommodations with family-friendly amenities. Research kid-friendly attractions and activities. Make travel arrangements that accommodate your children's schedules. Pack Smart: Create a packing checklist to ensure you don't forget essentials. Pack a mix of familiar and new toys to keep kids entertained. Bring snacks, extra clothes, and emergency supplies in your carry-on. Travel Comfort: Use neck pillows and blankets for a more comfortable journey. Download movies, games, and music on tablets or phones. Schedule travel during nap times or overnight to maximise sleep. Stay Organized: Use packing cubes to keep clothes and items sorted. Keep important documents, like passports and tickets, in a dedicated folder. Utilise apps for itinerary management and navigation. Engage and Entertain: Plan interactive activities like scavenger hunts or travel journals. Explore local parks, playgrounds, and kid-friendly museums. Involve kids in trip planning to get them excited and engaged. Maintain Routine: Stick to regular meal and sleep times as much as possible. Bring along comfort items, like favorite blankets or stuffed animals. Allow for downtime to avoid overstimulation. Stay Flexible: Be prepared to adjust plans based on your children's needs and moods. Embrace the unexpected and make the most of impromptu moments. Keep a positive attitude to set the tone for a fun and memorable trip. These hacks can help make your holiday with kids smoother, more enjoyable, and will ensure that you return home with wonderful memories! "I am giving this a try. Always braid the hair of my niece but it never helps. One bit of water and boom... two hours of frustration after the beach," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "That's genius!!!! Braids do not work for my daughter! I've even done multiple braids and they all turned into dreadlocks!" "I'm going to have to try this!! My daughter's hair does the same thing and she ends up looking like she has dreads!' claimed a fifth Someone else added: "This is genius, I need one."

My husband wants me to pretend to be his SISTER during sex and it's freaking me out – have our kinky games gone too far?
WHAT'S the weirdest thing you've ever been asked to do in bed? I've had some pretty out-there requests (even by my standards), but one still haunts me. 4 I'm all for roleplay, but an ex once asked me to be his stepmum — and since he actually had one who looked a bit like me, it creeped me out! So when I got this letter from a reader whose husband asked her to roleplay as his stepsister, it took me right back to that moment. She has my full sympathy. It's tricky to balance not kink-shaming with being comfortable in your own sex life - but I'm up for the challenge. I'm The Sun's Sexpert, and this week in my no-holds-barred sex series, I'll show you how to fend off an awkward kinky request without going back to boring sex. Q. A few months back, me and my hubby agreed to try out some role play to spice things up. We've been married for six years and sex had gone a bit stale. At first, it worked a treat and we were at it like rabbits, but now he's suggesting I pretend to be his stepsister and it's freaking me out! He assures me it's just a harmless common fetish and to be fair some of my mates have said the same, but to me it just feels weird - especially since he actually has a sister. I love my husband, we have a great marriage and I don't want to push him away in the bedroom just when things were heating up again. How can I steer him away from this fantasy without going back to the vanilla sex we had before? How can I bring up kinks with my partner? Georgie says: 'HAVING fantasies is completely normal, and I'm sure his stepsister one is innocent enough - but I understand why it's made you uncomfortable. It's a common theme in mainstream porn, so it's likely he's just picked it up from there and became fixated on the idea. That said, since he actually has a sister, it probably feels a bit too close to home for you — and that's valid. The key here is communication. Being open and honest is essential for great sex and a healthy relationship. How you respond will shape what happens next. You don't want to blurt out, 'God, that's creepy as hell, babe,' as that could make him shut down. He might start feeling ashamed or like a weirdo, and stop sharing things with you - which could cause issues both in and out of the bedroom. 4 That said, it's absolutely okay to say no. If something doesn't sit right with you, you shouldn't feel pressured to go along with it - and any decent partner should respect that. But just because you're not into this particular fantasy doesn't mean role play is off the table entirely. Here are my tips for keeping things exciting without going down that route… Secret fantasies Being able to say what you like and don't like is key to great sex - but how you say it matters just as much. It's important to create a safe space where your partner feels comfortable opening up. I love roleplay but an ex once asked me to be his stepmum and he actually had one who looked a bit like me! Georgie CulleySun Sexpert Never mock or laugh if they share an unusual kink or fantasy. Instead, use positive language - try something like: 'I love it when we do X, Y, Z, but I'm not really into that kind of roleplay. I'd be up for trying this instead…' It's all about keeping the conversation open, respectful, and focused on mutual pleasure. Set boundaries With any kind of kinky play, it's essential to set clear boundaries and agree on a safe word - something either of you can use to stop immediately if things become uncomfortable. Roleplay often involves exploring power dynamics, and can sometimes veer into BDSM territory. That's why having a safe word or signal in place is so important - it ensures both partners feel secure, respected, and in control at all times. What sent my ex wild Roleplay is a brilliant way to explore fantasies. For many, slipping into a uniform and taking on a different persona can help them fully embrace the part. An ex of mine went wild when I dressed up as a maid and spent the whole day teasing him — doing the housework in a skimpy outfit, but not letting him rip it off until later. It was the ultimate slow-burn foreplay, and it drove him mad in the best way. Make it fun by involving each other in the process — shop together for outfits (whether you're trying doctor and patient, police officer and defendant, or something else entirely) and see what sparks your interest. Do you enjoy being dominant, submissive, or a bit of both - known as a switch? Don't be afraid to experiment with different roles and, most importantly, enjoy the ride. Filthy fiction Stuck for ideas? Try watching an erotic film or steamy bonkbuster for inspiration. Fancy a Regency-style romp? Pop on Bridgerton for outfit ideas and boudoir makeover inspo. If TV's not your thing, pick up an erotic novel. Fifty Shades is a classic intro to BDSM, but there's a whole world of saucy books out there to spark your imagination. Want to up the ante? Take turns reading the naughtiest chapters aloud to each other - it's a guaranteed way to get in the mood. 'One night stands' with a twist If dressing up isn't your thing, don't worry - roleplay doesn't have to involve costumes. It can simply be about creating a new scenario. Taking sex out of the bedroom is a great way to shake things up, especially in a long-term relationship where you want to reignite that just met spark. One of my favourite roleplays is dressing up in a sexy outfit, heading to a bar, and having my partner meet me there as if we're strangers. He has to chat me up like it's a first date - then we book into a hotel for a cheeky 'one night stand'. It's playful, exciting, and adds a whole new energy to your sex life.
