Ruby Rose claims she's trying to stay alive' in a series of troubling allegations

Perth Now2 days ago

Ruby Rose has claimed she is "trying desperately to stay alive" and alleged someone is trying to kill her.
The 39-year-old actress shared a troubling series of posts on her Threads account where she claimed she's "moving house every few weeks" after stepping away from the spotlight.
She was initially responding to a post on Threads asking: "Who is a celebrity that gave it all up at the height of fame to go live a 'normal' life?"
She wrote: "Hi. We just leave when people try to kill us. When we are illegally debanked ... Hope that helps."
The 'Orange Is The New Black' star referenced the death of Virginia Giuffre, who was one of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's most outspoken accusers, and died by suicide aged 41 in April.
Ruby continued: "I don't want to be labeled 'crazy' and I don't want to pretend to know how Virginia Giuffre died - but DOZENS of people including a school bus, have tried to run me off the road in the last few years.
"I have been followed almost everytime I leave my home, since the day I broke my neck back and ribs on batwoman.
"Since then I have doubled down on ... Epstein. This has resulted in some seriously wild attempts on my life.
"Believe it or don't. But I might as well update you. (sic)"
A different user responded urging her to "stay safe and keep speaking out" while "letting everyone know" she's not had any thoughts of taking her own life.
She replied: "None zero and nil ( thank you for asking ) and infact I am moving house every few weeks, countries every few months and trying desperately to stay alive until my book is finished and released.
"If my employees donated to political parties and tried to ruin me is it really tantamount to me siding with them or their political party? No."
She claimed she "already" changed her routine, moved to get and trusted no one until she's sure.
In another post, she referenced her departure from Hollywood after a fan suggested she could bring some "star power" to an independent horror film currently being cast.
She said: "You could be right! And that is a *me problem. I have been offered some films ( without auditions ) but they have all been horror.
"As someone who grew up in a horror house. I can no longer do it. I think my time has come and gone.
"It's too triggering. I'm ok for my future to be off camera."
Ruby also claimed she doesn't "need or want to be famous", while rubbishing a suggestion she was "difficult" on the 'Batwoman' set before the show was cancelled.
She alleged: "I wasn't difficult. I was stupid and traumatized and went to work 6 days after my neck surgery.. instead of 4 weeks later ( shy of the 8 weeks recommended) because AFTER I told them to RECAST they said I would be responsible for 150 crew members being unemployed.
"I was stupid and gullible not difficult. I was hospitalized twice during the show for damage done shooting too early. Hope that helps. (sic)"

Aussie actress Ruby Rose makes explosive claims about attempts on her life: ‘Been followed'

Ruby Rose has explosively claimed she is 'trying desperately to stay alive' and has 'been followed', forcing her to 'move house every few weeks' in a troubling series of posts on social media. The Melbourne-born actress, 39, made the allegations on Threads on Monday, responding to a post which asked: 'Who is a celebrity that gave it all up at the height of fame to live a 'normal' life?' Rose wrote underneath it: 'Hi. We just leave when people try to kill us. When we are illegally debanked. Hope that helps.' 'Debanking' refers to when customers have their accounts closed – or faced a refusal to open them in the first place – often due to perceived risks. Rose didn't specify whether it was related to her own experience or if she was referring to someone else. Rose, who launched her career as a model, DJ and TV host for MTV Australia, moved to Hollywood in 2013 and found fame with their breakout role in Orange Is The New Black. She went on to star in blockbusters including Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, Pitch Perfect 3, xXx: Return of Xander Cage, John Wick: Chapter 2 and The Meg. However, her blossoming stardom came to an abrupt halt in 2020 when she controversially quit CW superhero series Batwoman with details remaining mysterious for months afterwards. But in late 2021, Rose publicly alleged that she had been subjected to bad working conditions on the set, and was 'forced' back to work after suffering a neck injury. Following a work hiatus in Australia, where she spent time with her family, Rose returned to LA to appear in two action movies, Vanquish and SAS: Red Notice – both of which were panned, with the former even earning her a Razzie nomination for Worst Actress. In their recent troubling posts, Rose added that she didn't 'want to be labelled 'crazy'' as she continued with her allegations. 'I don't want to pretend to know how Virginia Giuffre died – but DOZENS of people including a school bus, have tried to run me off the road in the last few years,' she wrote. Giuffre, a high-profile victim of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, died by suicide at a farm outside Perth in April. Just weeks earlier, she had claimed on social media that she had just days to live after being involved in a car accident, although police later confirmed it was only a minor collision with no serious injuries reported. Rose went on to allege that she had been 'followed almost every time' she left their home in recent years. 'But I might as well update you,' she alleged. Rose also responded to one worried follower questioning her mental health, responding that she had no suicidal thoughts, adding: 'thank you for asking'.

An American radio host posted a question on his own account, asking: 'Who is a celebrity that gave it all up at the height of fame to go live a 'normal' life?' Ruby re-posted the question, writing, 'We just leave when people try to kill us. When we are illegally debanked and (redacted). Hope that helps'. Virginia Giuffre was a high-profile victim of billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein who died on her farm in Neergabby, about 80km north of Perth, in April in circumstances that were not deemed suspicious. Just weeks before Giuffre's death, she claimed she had just days to live after being involved in a crash with a school bus. However, police later confirmed the collision was minor and no major injuries were reported after the crash. Australian actress and television presenter Ruby Rose in 2023.
