The first snap showed Katy relaxing in a bathtub, before cutting to some behind-the-scenes snaps of the show.
It then switched to footage of Katy plunging downwards on the flying stage prop above the audience, followed by a clip of her walking out of the arena in her dressing gown, looking noticeably shaken.
Katy also shared a snap on her Stories of the fall, with the caption: 'Goodnight San Francisco.'

The US songstress, who was strapped in, was seen looking horrified as she grabbed onto mechanical insect and attempted to steady herself, before looking upwards to see what was wrong.

According to an account from People, she continued, 'I let you choose the song tonight because I like to pick an album for every country that I go to and for the USA, I picked Teenage Dream because USA, you could be a teenage dream, baby. Billionaire Tyler Perry fired his aunt and financially cut off family members: I'm not 'welfare'

Nepotism only goes so far with Tyler Perry. The entertainment mogul, 55, explained Sunday how he once fired a close relative because she wasn't taking a job he hired for seriously. Perry appeared on the YouTube show Den of Kings, speaking with host Kirk Franklin - a 20-time Grammy winner and Gospel music icon - and guests Derek Hayes and Jay 'Jeezy' Jenkins on the topic of being a boss. Perry explained how he had an aunt who told him that 'she wanted a job' after he told her that he didn't want her living off his wealth without making some sort of contribution. 'She would always call asking for money, I would send her the money,' said Perry, who was in the headlines recently denying claims of sexual harassment brought against him by an actor. Perry said that he told his aunt, 'Listen, I want to help you - I want to help you build this thing, not be welfare to you - so, let me give you a job.' Tyler Perry, 55, explained how he once fired a close relative because she wasn't taking a job he hired for seriously Unfortunately, according to the Madea creator - who Forbes estimates is worth $1.4 billion - the position he gave his aunt didn't work out, as he had to fire her for repeated no shows. He said he expressed his frustration with his aunt, who assumed their family connection would protect her from the consequences of not showing up to work. Perry said he fired his aunt personally, informing her, 'Well, you gotta go, because you want me to hand you the money, but you don't want to work for it. 'See, that doesn't work for me.' He added that he was raising his son Aman, 10, with similar values, making him finish chores before providing him with an allowance. 'I don't believe in giving us things that are just going to handicap us - that is the worst thing you can do,' said Perry. The billionaire producer said that the 2009 death of his mother Maxine prompted action in this area of his life, as he told a number of relatives (she had asked him to support) to start looking for a job. Perry said he informed multiple relatives via letter that he would cease providing them with financial support in 60 days, and encouraged them to find work. Perry said he told the relatives in question, 'I'm not going to keep supporting you like that,' leading some to find work. He added, 'And it wasn't even, like, jobs where they made a lot of money, but it was a job. 'It was something else for them to do, feel some pride in. That's the same thing I would want someone to do for me.'

‘Fantastic Four' film feels like a beginning for Marvel's first family

LOS ANGELES, July 23 (Reuters) - For actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach, the superhero film 'Fantastic Four: First Steps' is different from other Marvel films because it is centered on a close-knit family. 'Our movie is about a family that's been a family for many years, and they undergo this transformation together, which brings them even closer,' said Moss-Bachrach, who plays the character made of rocks named The Thing. 'The Bear' actor added that love is at the heart of the movie, especially when it comes to being in a 'precarious situation' as 'the custodians of the world.' Echoing this, Pedro Pascal, who plays the super stretchy scientist Reed Richards, feels like the cast is like a family. 'We're in our family and kind of holding hands together, waiting for the movie to be released into the world,' he said. Disney's "Fantastic Four: First Steps" introduces Marvel's first family as they face the cosmic threat of Galactus, an intergalactic planet eater, in a futuristic 1960s-inspired world. Joining Moss-Bachrach and Pascal are cast members Vanessa Kirby, who plays Reed's wife with invisibility powers named Sue Storm, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, who has fire powers. 'Fantastic Four: First Steps,' which scored a positive 87% on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, arrives in theaters on Thursday. 'True to its subtitle, the film feels like a fresh start,' Peter Debruge of Variety wrote in a review. Pascal feels the key to stepping into his popular roles in projects like 'Game of Thrones,' 'The Mandalorian' and 'The Last of Us' has been studying the content. 'I love paying attention to the legacy of characters and the legacy of material that you're stepping into. I love being a part of an adaptation or something that has previous authorship, because it helps me,' he said. Daniel Loria, senior vice president at Boxoffice predicts that 'Fantastic Four: First Steps' will open domestically at $115 to $135 million. While sales are currently around $115 to $125 million, he noted an increase in ticket purchases over the last week that will likely draw closer to the $115 to $135 million range. For director Matt Shakman, the film is a celebration of firsts in several different ways. 'The DNA of the 'Fantastic Four' is the space race. So, first steps is an obvious reference to Neil Armstrong, and one small step for mankind,' he said. 'But it's also baby first steps, you know. So, the idea of what having a baby will do to a family and changing a family. Also, about first steps for Marvel's first family in the MCU, bringing them into the MCU for the first time,' he added.
