Stow station, situated 7 miles north of Galashiels, is part of the Borders Railway line, running between Edinburgh Waverly and Tweedbank.
It serves an average of 200 passengers per day and was reopened in 2015 after being closed by British Rail in 1969.
Swift announced the forthcoming album on the New Heights podcast, a weekly sports show hosted by her partner Travis Kelce and his brother Jason, both of whom are NFL stars in the US.
She said the album was inspired by her record-breaking Eras Tour, which stopped in Scotland for three sold-out nights at Edinburgh's Murrayfield stadium, and was recorded in between shows.
The popstar flew to Sweden during tour breaks to write and record with award-winning producers Max Martin and Shellback.
Swift's Murrayfield shows reportedly injected a £77 million boost into Edinburgh's economy, with around 220,000 fans in attendance.

She broke the record for the most attended concert in Scotland of all time, beating out previous holder Harry Styles who set the record during his own Murrayfield run in May 2023.
Fans have speculated that another world tour could be in the works following the album announcement, which releases on October 3, though nothing has been confirmed.
Her Edinburgh appearance marked her first Scottish gig in almost 10 years, having last played at Glasgow's OVO Hydro in 2015 in support of her Grammy-award winning album 1989.

My Chemical Romance fans left 'devastated' as they scramble to buy 'extortionate' tickets
Desperate fans of the nostalgic punk rock band have been waiting for years to finally see them live after a short hiatus - but these ticket prices have left them feeling furious Emo music fans were sent into a frenzy this morning as they tried to buy "extortionate" tickets to see their favourite rock band from the 2000s. Tickets went on sale today for My Chemical Romance, as they announced two UK tour dates to celebrate 20 years of their album The Black Parade. Following their sell-out run of US shows. And, after much teasing, the band are set to play the iconic Wembley Stadium in July 2026. Made up of frontman Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Ray Toro and Frank Lero, the American group will be bringing their nostalgic tunes and punk rock energy back to the UK for the first time since their reunion tour in 2022. Although as fans fought tooth and nail for tickets, they were left in shock at just how much it would cost them. One person shared their disappointment, writing on X: 'I am number 79,536 in the queue for MCR in London next year, and the prices that are quoted are criminal. f*** dynamic pricing.' Another fan wrote: "Anybody else think they were gonna have enough for tickets only to be devastated by the prices?" While a third said: "I've never seen MCR live, and I would do anything so me and my brother could see them. Let some stroke of luck strike me down with cheaper tickets closer to the date." Adding to the frustration, someone shared: "Just took a look; finally getting through the queue for MCR long live the black parade tickets…. Yeah, I like MCR, but those prices are insane. GTFO!' Meanwhile, another ticket buyer commented: 'I'm not okay after seeing those Wembley gig ticket prices.' The band firmly cemented themselves within popular culture with their multi-platinum-selling album, The Black Parade, in 2006, and this tour is a celebration of its work, 20 years on. It carried strong themes of politics, fascism, death and the afterlife that resonated with fans of the genre, so much so that 20 years on, people are willing to cough up a lot of money to hear it live. Ticketmaster claimed that shows have been priced in advance of the sale, ranging from £58.85 to £268.85 (including fees), along with a handling fee of £2.50 per order, NME reports. But it wasn't long before the tickets were already finding themselves up on reselling sites. A frustrated fan shared in line: 'People already advertising/selling tickets for My Chemical Romance on Twitter, and I'm still in the f****** waiting room, I hate buying concert tickets man, there's got to be a better way." Meanwhile, another fan added: 'Not people selling My Chemical Romance tickets already, and I'm still 20,000 people behind in the queue.' It was reported by the news outlet Joe that front pitch standing tickets were priced at £141.90, with main pitch standing at £100.65 and seated tickets ranging from £58.85 to £141.90, dependent on their tiers. For fans hoping to get their money's worth, rumours are already beginning to swirl that the band could be making a special appearance at next year's Download Festival, in Donington, and so they could be in with the chance of seeing them reunite once again.

This Morning viewers were felt feeling emotional as show regular Gyles Brandreth broke down in tears live on-air This Morning favourite Gyles Brandreth was overcome with emotion as he broke down in tears whilst discussing his late father - who fought in World War Two. During Friday's (August 15) instalment of the ITV daytime programme, presenters Emma Willis and Craig Doyle devoted a poignant segment to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VJ Day (Victory over Japan Day), which marked the conclusion of World War Two. The touching tribute took an intensely moving direction as Gyles, a regular contributor to This Morning, became tearful whilst reflecting on his late father. Following an emotional footage, Gyles - who was seated on the sofa beside journalist Rachel Johnson - went on to describe how stirring it was to witness the King and Queen conducting a two-minute silence. Emma began by remarking: "To reflect further on this historical day, Gyles Brandreth and Rachel Johnson are back. It's so emotional when you watch that, it really does make you stop and think," reports Wales Online. Gyles responded: "To see there veterans, who were actually alive, taking part in what was for many people called the forgotten war. The people in Burma thought they were the forgotten army." He went on: "To see the King there, whose grandfather spoke at the end of war and said this is Victory over Japan Day, it was the final end." Gyles continued: "Whenever we talk about the war, I think about my own parents. My father was in the army for six years during the Second World War in intelligence and he rarely talked about it." A photograph of his father then appeared on the screen and Gyles became tearful, declaring: "There he is, bless him. Oh that's rather touching." Fighting back emotion, he continued: "They're good people, really good people. Interestingly, they very rarely talked about it. They just got on with it." Craig responded: "It's very poignant. So many people will be feeling like you right now Gyles - sad and very proud." Home viewers were moved by the heartfelt moment and quickly took to social media to express their feelings.
