On-screen, Isabel, 31, has played Emmerdale 's Victoria Sugden since 2006 - and the beauty confirmed a host of her co-stars had witnessed their nuptials at the city's Castlefield Rooms last month.
She let slip details of her special day a month on, including the 63-strong guest list, how she did her own speech and that Adam even forgot her name during the vows.
In 2023, Isabel announced she was engaged to her boyfriend.
And two years later they made it down the aisle, but it wasn't without its stresses.
She told MirrorOnline: "I know I'm an actor but I don't like being the centre of attention. A wedding's quite stressful, so even before it I was over it.
"Then the day came and I was like, 'we'll just go with the flow'. It was perfect.
"I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it, how full my heart was. It was just brilliant."
Talking of the support of her soap co-stars she said Eden Taylor Draper was a bridesmaid while Danny Miller, Mark Jordon, Laura Norton, Jeff Hordley and Zoë Henry were all in attendance.
Isabel, who is hoping to become pregnant soon, added to the publication: "I've known them for so long, Laura's like a sister to me. Eden was my bridesmaid.
"They're just all such special, beautiful people. I said in my speech that me and Adam hadn't been going out for very long and I was telling Zoë about him and she was like, 'I've got a feeling you're going to marry this man.'
"She just knew."
Danny's spot on the guest list comes after the pair's previous rumoured affair.
It came after his ex, Hollyoaks star Kirsty-Leigh Porter discovered that Danny had reportedly been having a fling with his Emmerdale co-star Isabel behind her back.
At the time, Isabel was dating their mutual co-star Michael Parr, who played bad boy Ross Barton.
Kirsty found message exchanges between Danny and Isabel and it allegedly caused tension on set too.
We previously reported: 'Isabel and Danny thought they could keep their romance secret but when Kirsty-Leigh saw the texts on his phone, the game was up. She was furious."
Clearly there has been a lot of water under the bridge since, with the pair both in happy new relationships.
Isabel and Adam went Instagram official in 2022.

Sinister Theo scenes in Coronation Street as Todd is left reeling by demand
Coronation Street viewers have started to spot some worrying behaviour from Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce)'s boyfriend Theo Silverton (James Cartwright), as a nastier side to the character has begun to emerge. Theo is dealing with a very complex situation. Having made the decision to accept that he's gay and move forward in a relationship with Todd, Theo has had to navigate splitting up with his wife Danielle (Natalie Anderson) and trying to maintain a relationship with his two children. This has been made more complicated by a character called Noah (Richard Winsor), who is part of a church group that seeks to 'save' gay people by putting them through conversion therapy. This is something Theo has endured in the past and it's left him with severe trauma. Noah is now living with Danielle and the children, which is a horrific situation for Theo. Todd has been trying to help Theo through all of this, but there have been signs that Theo's behaviour towards Todd is tipping towards being controlling. Gareth Pierce told us last month: 'I think at this point, we're starting to spot some anger management issues on Theo's part, at the very least. There's some flashes of anger that have left Todd shocked but equally, because he's had that insight into the conversion therapy and where Theo is coming into this new life from, he's perhaps willing to guide him through it. 'I think Todd has spotted many things from Theo, but he still has the mindset that he can fix this and because of the love that's there, he's thinking they will get through it. Our audience are probably also spotting some of those flashes of jealousy and perhaps a kind of need to control that maybe Todd is not currently spotting or doesn't want to spot.' In upcoming episodes that jealousy and control becomes more overt and leads Theo to issue an ultimatum to Todd. Theo is irritated when he hears from Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) that she's hosting drinks in memory of her brother Paul (Peter Ash), who died last year. She says Todd will be there with Billy (Daniel Brocklebank). Later, Theo emotionally blackmails Todd into staying at home with him rather than going out to the pub. The next day when Billy sees Theo's son Miles (Lewis William Magee) accompanying Noah in handing out leaflets in the street, he tries to reason with the boy. He warns him that he's being brainwashed by some bad people and he needs to realise which people in his life truly care about him. More Trending Theo is obviously jealous of the close bond between Todd and Billy, and Billy's interference in his son's life – however well intentioned – tips him over the edge. Furious, Theo tells Todd that he doesn't want him seeing Billy any more, and says he must choose between them. Todd can't believe what he's hearing, but Theo is deadly serious. Unless Todd cuts Billy out of his life entirely, things are over between him and Theo. View More » What will Todd do? Minnie Hauk lined up for shot at Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe after royal-edged Oaks glory
Minnie Hauk completed an Oaks grand slam in front of The Queen and will be given the chance to confirm she is racing royalty this autumn. It was expected that Minnie Hauk would win the Yorkshire equivalent of the races she had landed at Chester, Epsom and The Curragh but it was the manner in which the 8/15 favourite stretched away from Estrange, a high-class older rival, indicated that she still has massive improvement to make. Trainer Aidan O'Brien has 'only' won the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe twice but Minnie Hauk – who would need to be supplemented by her owners, Coolmore, at a cost of £120,000 – could be given the green light to contest the showpiece in Paris on October 4. The Queen was so enamoured with Minnie Hauk's performance at York that she had her picture taken with the filly in the winners' enclosure and O'Brien, who was equalling Sir Michael Stoute's record of nine victories in the Yorkshire Oaks, was glowing about her capabilities. 'She's beautiful and she does everything right,' said O'Brien. 'She cruises and she's a lovely mover, and obviously the Arc and the Breeders' Cup Turf are there for her. A lot of people have done a lot to look after her, so I appreciate everyone's hard work and I'm delighted. 'Ryan (Moore, jockey) gave her a class ride and he was very cool on her. She's classy and it was a very confident ride. It wasn't going to be a Mickey Mouse race – they were going to go an even gallop without going crazy.' Moore was winning the Yorkshire Oaks for a fifth time and his judgement should always be noted. She's very high class and her record indicates how classy she is,' said Moore. 'It was fairly straightforward and she travelled into it very well. She doesn't do a whole lot at the front, but when you ask her she finds.'

Emmerdale viewers slam ‘bad taste and violent' scenes as character is killed off in gory showdown
EMMERDALE viewers were left unimpressed this evening as they watched a character being murdered. In shock scenes, which aired well before the watershed, John Sugden was seen shooting Mackenzie Boyd in the back with an arrow, after an argument. 3 3 Later, viewers saw the boot of John's van with blood stains and a body covered by a sheet. The episode ended with a flashback of John throwing a heavy rock down at a helpless Mackenzie. The brutal act sparked outrage and fans rushed to complain, with one person commenting: 'Love emmerdale but this all seemed a bit much with the violence and the crossbow seemed in bad taste what with the recent real life tragedies.' A second said: '@ofcom complaints incoming and this time you take action.' While a third added: 'Isn't this a tad violent for early evening.' "The writers have really crossed line bow and arrow after crossbow killings not right," said a fourth. A fifth added: "A bit distasteful isn't it having a serial killer kill someone with a bow and arrow havent you got any compassion for a presenter who lost his entire family by a bow and Arrow in real life." Emmerdale icon set to quit the Dales days after co-star's exit was confirmed and shock cheating plot It comes after The Sun revealed that Lawrence Robb, who played Mackenzie, had filmed devastating murder scenes for his character.
