Pasant Elzaitony_ Israa Farhat
As summer arrives and social events become more frequent, maintaining clear and radiant skin becomes a top priority.
After months of cold weather, many people notice their skin appears dull, flaky or uneven. But you don't need expensive salon treatments to get glowing skin.
With a few simple ingredients from your kitchen, you can refresh your skin naturally at home. These DIY beauty tips are easy, affordable and highly effective for summer skincare.
*Banana and Cornflour Face Mask for Firm and Smooth Skin
To instantly tighten and hydrate your skin, mash half a ripe banana and mix it with one teaspoon of cornflour. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. This natural face mask nourishes the skin, improves elasticity, and leaves it feeling soft and smooth after the first use. It's a perfect homemade remedy for a quick glow-up.
*Tea Tree Oil for Sudden Breakouts
If you notice a sudden pimple, apply one drop of tea tree oil directly onto the spot before going to bed. This essential oil helps reduce inflammation and dries out the blemish quickly. By morning, you'll see a noticeable improvement without needing harsh chemicals.
*Potato Juice to Reduce Dark Circles and Eye Puffiness
Grate a raw potato and squeeze out the juice. Using a cotton pad, gently dab the juice under your eyes every other day. Potato juice is rich in natural brightening agents and helps reduce dark circles while calming puffy or tired skin. This simple remedy can make your eyes look more refreshed and awake.
*Milk Powder and Rose Water Mask to Brighten the Neck
The neck area often gets neglected but can show signs of discolouration. Mix one tablespoon of milk powder with a few drops of rose water until it forms a smooth paste. Apply it to your neck and leave it on for 15 minutes. This mask works to lighten dark patches and even out skin tone, especially after winter.
*Aloe Vera Gel for Shaped and Nourished Eyebrows
To keep your eyebrows looking well-groomed and healthy, apply natural aloe vera gel every night before sleeping. Aloe vera hydrates the hair, encourages natural growth, and helps maintain the shape of your brows. It's a gentle and effective way to improve eyebrow texture and fullness.
*Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub for Smooth, Soft Feet
To get sandal-ready feet, mix sugar with olive oil and store it in a jar for weekly use. Rub the mixture on your heels and soles to remove dead skin. This scrub instantly softens rough patches and gives your feet a healthy, pinkish glow. It's ideal for summer foot care and makes wearing open-toe shoes more comfortable and confident.

Black Salt: Natural Skincare Secret for Radiant, Smooth Skin
Pasant Elzaitony_ Israa Farhat In the world of natural skincare, black salt is emerging as a powerful ingredient known for its ability to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and rejuvenate the skin. This mineral-rich salt, often used in Ayurvedic and holistic treatments, offers a wide range of benefits that can help transform dull, oily, or rough skin into a healthy, glowing complexion. Black salt, also known as Kala Namak, is a volcanic rock salt packed with minerals like iron, sulfur, and magnesium. While it's commonly used in culinary traditions, it's also gaining popularity in skincare for its detoxifying and revitalizing effects. 1. Deep Cleansing and Exfoliation Black salt acts as a natural exfoliant. It gently removes dead skin cells, dirt, and impurities trapped in pores, leaving the skin clean, refreshed, and glowing. 2. Oil Control and Acne Prevention By helping to regulate excess oil production, black salt can reduce the appearance of pimples and blackheads, especially for those with oily or combination skin. 3. Improved Blood Circulation Black salt stimulates blood circulation when massaged into the skin. This increased circulation boosts oxygen and nutrient delivery to skin cells, aiding in cell renewal and a more youthful look. 4. Skin Brightening and Tone Enhancement Thanks to its mild abrasive and antioxidant properties, black salt may contribute to skin lightening and a more even skin tone. 5. Smoother, Softer Skin Texture Using black salt regularly can help soften rough patches, reduce flakiness, and smooth out cracks, leaving your skin silky and healthy-looking. How to Use Black Salt in Your Skincare Routine 1. Exfoliating Face Scrub Mix black salt with water or a carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba oil) to create a gentle scrub. Apply to the face in circular motions, avoiding harsh rubbing. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 2. Deep Pore Cleanser Blend black salt with a facial cleanser or plain water for a detoxifying skin wash. Gently massage into the skin and rinse to remove buildup and excess oil. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch... US CDC Ends Covid Vaccine Recommendation for Pregnant Women & Healthy Children
Rana Atef The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ended recommending routine Covid shots for healthy children and pregnant women. The decision was announced by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Tuesday. 'We are now one step closer to realizing @POTUS's promise to Make America Healthy Again,' he said in a post on X. Kennedy said the vaccine would no longer be recommended for "healthy pregnant women." The CDC lists pregnancy as a condition that puts people at high risk for Covid complications. The change from the CDC comes a week after Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary announced the agency planned to restrict the use of Covid shots to older adults and children, as well as adults with underlying medical conditions. Under the supervision of Kennedy, who is known for his opposition to several vaccines, the FDA took a slower approach to approving Novavax's shot before approving it earlier this month. The FDA limited its use to people 65 and older and teens and adults with at least one condition that puts them at risk for severe illness. read more 15 Ludicrous Cosplay Costumes That Will Blow You Away Watch...
