ITV presenter Ross King, 63, was one of the final names to be revealed.
He currently serves as the LA Correspondent for ITV Breakfast programmes Lorraine and Good Morning Britain.
However, he has now opened up on his somewhat rough experience putting on his dancing shoes for the first time.
Speaking to guest host Ranvir Singh, he explained: "I've spent the whole weekend in the bath.
"I've just been lying in the bath recovering. I was shattered after Friday."
The TV presenter has also explained that all the contestants are doing an exercise called 'speed-dancing.'
This is to test their 'chemistry' with all the professional dancers to seemingly see who would make the best pairing.
"Speed-dancing which was really funny," Ross remarked. "So all the men get in a circle and all the female pros are on the outside.
"Then you do a little waltz and then they move on and you dance again. It's a little chemistry test."
He also admitted that the bosses are watching and he thinks they have not fully decided on the final duo partnerships just yet.

"I think they're definitely still looking," he said. "There's this whole chemistry as to who gets on with who.
"Then also size-wise as well - I think Stefan Dennis is the only person who's a little bit smaller than me."
Ross has also tipped that viewers can look forward to good performances by Gladiators star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
He added: "I can pick out who's really good. You've got Harry - Nitro the Gladiator - and it was so funny.
"I won't name the male dancer who leaned forward and said to me, 'He's really good but his body lets him down.'"
