Rams, Chargers NFL draft tracker for Los Angeles' 2025 picks
The wait for the 2025 NFL draft is almost over, and this year, the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers both have first-round picks.
Aside from the Super Bowl, the NFL draft is one of football's biggest nights, where teams prepare war rooms trying to finalize their decisions on which athletes to sign.

At this year's draft, the Rams and the Chargers will be making picks in the first round. The Rams will have eight picks in this year's draft while the Chargers will have 10.
During the 2024 season, the Bolts finished 11-6 and second in the AFC West. Finishing up last season, the Rams were 10-7 and first in the NFC West.
The Rams' draft day headquarters will look different this year. The team has decided to move its draft operations to one of the Los Angeles Fire Department stations in Van Nuys. The team wants to honor first responders who battled the recent wildfires.
A few months after the draft, the Chargers will face the Detroit Lions in the annual Hall of Fame Game as part of Enshrinement Week. The game will take place on July 31 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
What picks do the Chargers have in the 2025 NFL draft?
According to the Chargers' website, the Bolts have more picks than they did last year. They have 10 picks in the draft, including three compensatory picks they were awarded on March 11.
The team has the 22nd overall pick in the first round.
Heading into the draft, sports analysts at ESPN say the Chargers are in need of a wide receiver, tight end, defensive tackle, offensive guard and running back.
There are several mock drafts that try and predict which players are going to be selected in each round. According to a mock draft by ESPN, they predict the Bolts will select Kenneth Grant from the University of Michigan. Grant is a defensive tackle from Indiana.
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh and defensive coordinator Jesse Minter are familiar with Grant when they were on the coaching staff at Michigan.

What picks do the Rams have in the 2025 NFL draft?
The Rams have a first-round pick for the second year in a row after going seven seasons without one from 2017 to 2023, according to the team's website. The team will have eight picks in this year's draft.
The Rams have the 26th overall pick in the first round.
ESPN sports analysts say heading into the draft, the Rams are in need of a cornerback, linebacker, wide receiver, quarterback and running back.
A mock draft by ESPN predicts the New York Giants will make a trade to move up and send picks 34 and 99 to the Rams. This trade is not official and is only being predicted by ESPN sports analysts.

How to watch the 2025 NFL draft?
The 2025 NFL draft will take place from April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Round 1 will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday. Rounds 2 and 3 will take place on Friday, with Round 2 starting at 4 p.m. Day three of the draft will include Rounds 4 through 7 and will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
The draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes, ABC, NFL Network, NFL Channel and NFL+.

One would have to imagine he has the connections to get a look if he's serious. It would be incredible to see the wide receiver come out of retirement. Ex-Broncos pass rusher dominated the UFL this spring And the award for the best former Denver Broncos player in the UFL goes to ... Pita Taumoepenu! Taumoepenu (6-2, 250 pounds) signed with the Broncos in 2021, and after failing to make the active roster out of training camp, he spent the season on the team's practice squad. He is a journeyman pass rusher who has spent time with six NFL teams and now plays for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks. Taumoepenu, 31, had a dominant spring season, leading the league with 7.5 sacks. He also totaled 27 tackles (five behind the line), three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one pass breakup in nine games. Following that impressive season, Taumoepenu was named to the 2025 All-UFL Team. Another former Broncos pass rusher, Andre Mintze, ranked fourth in the UFL with 5.5 sacks in nine games. He signed with Denver as an undrafted free agent out of Vanderbilt in 2021 and initially made the 53-man roster before landing on injured reserve. Mintze went to training camp with the Minnesota Vikings in 2022 and has been playing spring football since 2023 with the DC Defenders. Elsewhere in the UFL, running back Nate McCrary, who had a brief stint with the Broncos in 2021, rushed for 380 yards (fifth-most in the league) and two touchdowns this spring. Former Broncos quarterbacks Kevin Hogan and Case Cookus both started three games. Cookus totaled 546 passing yards and threw five touchdown passes. Hogan had 500 yards and two scores. Jarrett Guarantano only made one appearance with 29 yards and no scores. Ex-Denver punters Colby Wadman (1,335 yards) and Marquette King (1,709 yards) played the full 10-game season. King averaged 47.5 yards per punt with a long of 69 yards and eight kicks downed inside the 20-yard line. Wadman averaged 46.0 yards per boot with a long of 68 yards and 11 kicks downed inside the 20. The UFL will hold conference final games on Sunday featuring the Michigan Panthers against the Birmingham Stallions, and the DC Defenders taking on the St. Louis Battlehawks. The winners of those matchups will face off in the UFL's final on June 14. Following the championship game, NFL teams will be allowed to sign UFL players. Indianapolis Colts' 2025 UDFA profiles: Temple K Maddux Trujillo
In addition to their eight draft picks, the Indianapolis Colts have also reportedly signed a number of undrafted rookies after the 2025 NFL draft to add to their 90-man offseason roster. Just as we did with each of the eight draft selections, let's take a closer look at each of the Colts' UDFAs. Up first is Temple kicker Maddux Trujillo. Maddux Trujillo's profile Height: 6-003 Weight: 172 College profile Breaking down the Colts' UDFA signing The 2024 season was Trujillo's first at Temple. His previous three seasons before that were played at Austin Peay. Advertisement This past year, Trujillo made all 21 of his extra point attempts and he was 16-for-22 (72.7%) on field goals. This included going 5-for-5 from 40-49 yards and 5-of-8 from 50-plus. Trujillo finished his four college seasons with a 72% hit rate, and was 73.1% from 40-49 yards and 60% on 10 attempts from 50 or more yards, according to PFF. It's been common for the Colts to have two kickers on their 90-man roster. This is still Spencer Shrader's job, but the team does want to continually look for high upside players at this position. "We usually always bring in two kickers as it is," Ballard said via the team site before the draft. "We're always looking for a guy with upside, kind of like last year with Spencer (Shrader). I give our special team coaches all the credit for that. They identified Spencer last year and said, 'Look, he's got upside.' We didn't necessarily have a vision that this is how it would work out, but you never know. Advertisement "So, they do a great job finding guys with some upside. So, we'll look for a guy with some leg strength and upside, and think we can work with and see how it plays out." Maddux Trujillo's scouting report Lance Zierlein: "Long-limbed kicker with eye-catching range to make field goals. Trujillo transferred from Austin Peay and showed impressive power in his lone season at Temple. He hits the ball with consistent flight and is capable of handling kickoffs as well. He needs to prove he can be more consistent on shorter kicks, but his ability to hit from distance creates value." They said it Special teams coordinator Brian Mason via the Indy Star: 'We think (Trujillo is) very similar to what Spencer was last year,' special teams coordinator Brian Mason said. 'Maybe, statistically, wasn't what you'd think you'd be looking for from a college standpoint, less than an 80% kicker. … But you can see a lot of guys — even Harrison Butker was less than 80% in college — if they have the talent and mental makeup, be able to take the next step.'
