Bryant social media account forced to eat their words about Coen Carr in hilarious fashion
A few days ago, Barstool Bryant, the social media affiliate for Bryant athletics under the always controversial Barstool Sports umbrella, asked the question: 'We're supposed to be worried about a 6'5" forward that averages 8-3?'.
The post was referring to Coen Carr, someone who many analysts felt would have a unique impact in this game because of Bryant's unique size profile. Bryant has a lot of taller, lengthier wings, which was going to make things a little annoying for some of MSU's smaller wings, but setup Coen Carr for a huge night, where he could play his most natural position at power forward and wreak havoc in the paint. And that's exactly what happened on Friday night.
The post, which was posted to X.com, came back to haunt Barstool Bryant on Friday night, as Coen Carr erupted for an 18-point career-high performance in the Spartans' blowout win over Bryant in round one of the NCAA Tournament.
The Barstool Bryant account owned up to their errant post in hilarious fashion on Friday night with a post that has now gone viral.

Suns grab Florida basketball star Walter Clayton Jr. in latest CBS Sports mock draft
Suns grab Florida basketball star Walter Clayton Jr. in latest CBS Sports mock draft Former Florida basketball guard Walter Clayton Jr. is projected to be drafted by the Phoenix Suns with the 29th overall pick in CBS Sports' latest NBA mock draft. Clayton is coming off one of the most decorated seasons in program history. The 6-foot-2-inch guard set a single-season school record with 713 points, captured Final Four Most Outstanding Player honors and shot 38.6% from three-point range while leading Florida to a national championship. CBS Sports' Gary Parrish praised Clayton's "unique shot-making profile," noting that the former Iona transfer averaged 22.3 points and hit 43.5 percent from beyond the arc over six NCAA Tournament games. Phoenix could view Clayton as a potential instant-offense option off the bench, thanks to his deep range and proven clutch gene. His winning polished game and winning pedigree also make him an attractive selection during the late first-round window. Here is everything Parrish said about Clayton and why he thinks the Suns will draft him in the 2025 NBA draft. What CBS Sports said about Clayton "Clayton was the star of Florida's national title run while averaging 22.3 points on 43.5% shooting from beyond the arc in those six NCAA Tournament games. There are concerns about his decision-making and approach to defense, but the Most Outstanding Player of the 2025 Final Four is such a skilled and unique shotmaker that he's worthy of a serious look this deep in the first round by a Phoenix franchise that probably needs to hit the reset button." How many points did Caitlin Clark score vs the New York Liberty?
How many points did Caitlin Clark score vs the New York Liberty? Caitlin Clark had one of those scintillating stretches that only she can author on Saturday afternoon against the reigning WNBA champion New York Liberty. In what was an eventual 102-88 Indiana Fever win over the Liberty, Clark electrified with a trio of logo 3-pointers in the span of just 38 seconds. Clark scored 25 points in the first half, the most of any half of her WNBA career thus far. The 6-foot superstar guard finished with 32 points, nine assists and eight rebounds on 11-of-20 shooting. Clark knocked down a career-high-tying seven 3-pointers in the victory, including six before halftime. It was the first game back for Clark after a five-game absence as she healed from a left quadriceps injury. Suffice it to say, Clark looked like herself. With the win, Indiana (5-5) handed the Liberty (9-1) their first loss of the season. As she so often does, Clark took social media and basketball fans by storm on Saturday. Giants fan reveals why she got naughty Jason Kelce tattoo
Of course it all comes down to a bet to get a nude Jason Kelce tattoo. Lauren Philpot, who got the shocking and viral tattoo that pictures a cartoon nude Kelce, told TMZ Sports the story behind it is from a bet she lost to her husband dating back to the 2022-23 season. Philpot, who is a Giants fan, is still a fan of the six-time All-Pro and Super Bowl champ along with Kelce's wife, Kylie. For those reasons, she doesn't have any regrets about the new body art, nor the three to five hours it took to get it done. 3 Lauren Philpot's Jason Kelce tattoo. Instagram @palehorsetattoostudio 3 Lauren Philpot talks to TMZ Sports about her new Jason Kelce tattoo. TMZ Sports 'This is who I am as a person, a bet is a bet,' Philpot said. 'If I get it covered up, I still went through with it. No, I don't care. It's a funny story. It's something that my husband and I like to do.' Kelce saw the tattoo as it made the rounds on social media and initially posted on X, 'I'm not sure if I should be offended or flattered.' It wasn't until about 30 minutes later that he made his final decision on it. 'I think it's more flattered,' he posted, 'it's a generous bird, good-sized head.' 3 Jason Kelce, former Philadelphia Eagles player, cheers on the Philadelphia Phillies during a game against the Chicago Cubs at Citizens Bank Park on June 10, 2025. 'Although I'm a Giants fan, I have a lot of respect for the Eagles and what they are like as a team,' Philpot said. 'So, who else am I going to put on my arm? Jason Kelce.' Kelce is not the only Eagle to be tattooed on Philpot. She also has Gardner Minshew's mustache over one of her knees. Philpot and her husband haven't yet decided on their bet for the upcoming 2025-26 season. 'We usually ask people, our friends, and stuff, or maybe take a poll on Facebook,' she said. 'I am open to it, whether it's a tattoo or if I have to take [my husband] somewhere, vice versa. I'm open to whatever.'
