Diamond Experts Weigh In On Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Extraordinary' £8 Million Engagement Ring

Diamond experts from UK jeweller Steven Stone examined the piece, breaking down exactly why it's such a standout. 'Georgina has been anticipating this jewellery moment for quite some time and Cristiano certainly delivered,' says Maxwell Stone. 'The footballer proposed with an extraordinary 30-carat oval-cut diamond, a true showstopper. To put this into perspective, while the average celebrity engagement ring boasts around 4 carats, the typical ring for everyday people is closer to 1 carat.
'The impressive centre stone is flanked by substantial side stones and almost certainly set on a platinum band. Known for its density, durability, and rarity, platinum is the most coveted and most expensive metal choice for engagement rings. With Georgina's jewellery collection already valued at over $4 million, it's hardly surprising that her engagement ring is, without question, the most spectacular we've seen so far this year. I'd estimate it to be worth around $10 million (£7.5 million).'
Ronaldo and Rodríguez's love story spans eight years, beginning when they met at a Gucci store in Madrid. They share two daughters Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda and are co-parents to Ronaldo's other children.
In the Netflix documentary I Am Georgina , Ronaldo once said: 'I always tell her: 'When we get that click. Like everything with our life, and she knows what I'm talking about. It could be in a year, or it could be in six months, or it could be in a month. 'I'm 1000% sure that it will happen.'

"Yes, my face and body do look different than when I first started doing this. "One I am older and two I am 50 pounds heavier but this is all the work I've had done over a nine-year span." Paige revealed she had had no work done to her body, with all of it being real. However, her face has had its share of procedures. She explained: "I've had my nose done and then I've had filler work done in the past, but I don't think I have any filler left in my face right now. "I've done Botox before [but] I don't have any botox in my face currently. "I'll just do my upper forehead and sometimes around my eyes. According to the BBC, 27,462 cosmetic surgery procedures were conducted in the UK in 2024 - a five per cent rise on 2023 - with nine in ten of these surgeries being women. Boob jobs were the most popular treatment, followed by breast reduction surgery in second place. However, the figures indicate that much of the rise was driven by facial rejuvenation surgery, similar to what Paige admits to having had done.

So I think it's about time all of us adults just sit down and talk about what their beef is with me and just get over it," Katie said. "I haven't watched the show, but, people have told me how proud I should be of the kids and how they Princess does talk highly of me all the way through it so although I'm not in the show she speaks about me all the time which is really sweet but why wouldn't she because she lives with me and this is another thing I need to clear up, the kids have never lived just with Pete, we've shared the kids. "I am a bloody good mum. People can even see that with Harvey. "Like, I am a good mum and it's so much easier, I have found out, when you have a child on your own without the other half involved because I've never had a problem with Harvey. "It's just been me, the family, and Harvey. And I hate it that when people split up, it always gets messy and the kids shouldn't be used." Katie concluded: "But I am absolutely proud of of Princess. Me and Princess are so, so close. "We've never ever ever had an argument till this day, and we still text and ring each other every day." It was previously reported that there was a big fall out after Katie wasn't allowed to go to Princess' 18th birthday party, hosted by her ex, and her daughter's dad, Peter. In part one of the fourth episode of The Princess Diaries, Princess was asked by her famous father who she wanted at her party - and it appeared to not include Katie. Princess turned 18 back in June, and at the time Katie claimed she wasn't invited because she had been banned from appearing in The Princess Diaries. Speaking on her The Katie Price Show podcast at the time, she said: "Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. "Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me." Her sister Sophie chipped in: "You aren't on brand Katie. You are too risky Katie that's why." Katie then said: "It's pathetic. I'm her mother. "I'm just saying, Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming.'" Sophie added: "Oh of course it was! I wonder what restaurant did that for free."
