Sonu Nigam, one of the most loved singers in the music industry, was snapped at Mumbai airport. When the paparazzi noticed him, they asked him to wait and pose for the camera, but Sonu revealed that he was not keeping well and swiftly walked inside the airport.
On the morning of July 21, Sonu Nigam was clicked at the Mumbai airport. The ace singer looked dashing in a brown T-shirt paired with grey pants and smart black shoes. He was seen carrying a jacket in his hands. As Sonu reached the airport, he interacted with the paparazzi stationed there for a while before making his way inside. When the paparazzi asked Sonu to pose for the camera, he responded saying, 'Aaj meri tabiyat bohot kharab hai," and the paparazzi obliged his request and did not bother him further.
Sonu often makes headlines for his clear take on several issues. Recently, he made news after lashing out at the media when a publication falsely quoted him regarding the language row.
Slamming the media house, the singer wrote, 'Are you out of your mind? How many times have I declared I am not on Twitter? Spreading misinformation in my name is only going to poison the minds of people who have loved me so much all these years. Not everyone will have the sense to fact-check your news. I'm truly done with this country's desperate and brutal media. Shame."
Earlier, Sonu had also lashed out at a person from Bengaluru who asked him to sing Kannada songs during his stage performance in the Silicon Valley of India. Following the incident, the singer issued a clarification in light of the allegations against him for making provocative statements and hurting the sentiments of Kannadigas.
This came after an FIR was filed against the singer at the Avalahalli Police Station in Bengaluru. The complaint alleged that the singer had made an objectionable statement. Sonu, on his part, took to his Instagram and issued a clarification, stating that there were only 3–4 fringe elements in the crowd, while the rest of the audience was very respectful. He added that such people need to be dealt with strongly.
