'It was a heartfelt gesture which brought them all so much joy.
'His parents love Rod Stewart and so Jack planned the trip meticulously - even letting his group meet the great man himself.

"Rod is a huge football fan, and so was only too happy to lay on a VIP experience for Jack and his gang.'

Millie adds: 'If we went down the adoption route we'd have to get in touch with Ophelia's biological dad.' Harley shared: 'He could just say no, 'I don't want you to adopt her.''
