Rapper Yella Beezy charged with capital murder in shooting death of rapper Mo3

Independent21-03-2025
Dallas rapper Yella Beezy has been arrested and charged with capital murder in the shooting death of fellow rapper Mo3 on a busy interstate in 2020, according to court records.
Yella Beezy, 33, whose real name is Markies Conway, was indicted by a Dallas County grand jury on Tuesday on a charge of capital murder while remuneration. The indictment accuses Conway of hiring a man named Kewon White to murder Mo3, whose real name was Melvin Noble.
The indictment did not provide information on why authorities believe Conway hired White to shoot Noble, who also lived in Dallas.
Court records did not list an attorney who could speak on behalf of Conway. Calls and emails to representatives for Conway were not immediately returned.
In a Facebook post after Conway's arrest, Noble's mother, Nichole Williams Noble wrote, ' Justice for my baby!!!!'
The 28-year-old Noble was driving on Interstate 35 in south Dallas on Nov. 11, 2020, when authorities allege White drove up next to him and got out of his vehicle with a gun in his hand. Noble got out of his vehicle and began running south on the freeway as White shot at him, authorities said. Noble and a bystander who was inside a car were shot by White, police said. The bystander survived but Noble died at a hospital.
White and another man, Devin Brown, 32, were later indicted in Noble's death. Their cases related to Noble's death remain pending. White, 26, was sentenced in 2022 in a separate case to nearly nine years in federal prison after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Conway is best known for his 2017 single, 'That's On Me' and the 2019 song 'Bacc At It Again' with Quavo and Gucci Mane.
In October 2018, Conway survived being shot while driving on a tollway in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville when someone pulled up next to him and opened fire, hitting him three times.
Noble had more than 800,000 followers on his Instagram page and was best known for a 2019 remix of the song 'Errybody,' with Baton Rouge, Louisiana, rapper Boosie Badazz.

Lou Teasdale says she dumped Andy Carroll despite claims he ended things

Influencer Lou Teasdale has denied reports that former England striker Andy Carroll broke up with her, claiming instead that she was the one to end the relationship. The split comes just over a year after the pair began dating and a few weeks after reports that they were questioned twice by police in Greece following heated rows during a Mykonos getaway. Carroll, 36, has now unfollowed Teasdale, 41, on social media and removed all photos of her from his Instagram. This comes after previous rumours that Carroll was set to propose to Teasdale. According to a source quoted in The Sun, the ex-Liverpool and Newcastle forward had grown frustrated with Teasdale's 'influencer lifestyle' and constant social media posting. 'He told her it was over this week. He's single now,' the insider said. But it seems like things might not be that simple. A conflicting source told the Daily Mail: 'It was Lou who ended her relationship with Andy, she walked away a few days ago, it was very much her choice to end their romance. 'She isn't interested in pointing the finger or blaming him and hoped to deal with their split in private, before he blocked her on Instagram and deleted their photos together. 'Lou is very upset by how everything has played out and the arguments between them were especially difficult for her to go through. 'However, Andy wants Lou back and flew to Ibiza via private jet on Tuesday just to find her, even though he has no idea where she's staying. 'He will think it's a romantic gesture but for Lou, she's unimpressed and just wants to be away with her family, she's not interested in any of his attempts at a reconciliation. 'All she has done all year is love and support Andy, her feelings haven't gone away, but Lou has to protect herself now and ending the relationship is the only way to move forward.' The couple's relationship had appeared solid as recently as late July, when they were seen together at an Oasis concert. But their Greek holiday weeks earlier told a different story. Witnesses say the first argument erupted at the Nikolus Tavern, where Carroll allegedly appeared drunk and was overheard swearing at Teasdale. Police were called, but allowed him to leave after speaking privately. Later that night, officers were reportedly called again to their hotel amid claims of property damage, with staff alleging a door was broken. According to The Daily Mail, Carroll was taken to the police station for questioning, but he was not arrested, and no further action was taken. Teasdale left the hotel and stayed elsewhere for the night. Both Carroll and Teasdale downplayed the incidents at the time, describing the restaurant row as 'a private disagreement' blown out of proportion and insisting no one was arrested or charged. The incident was confirmed by a hotel employee, who claimed Carroll broke the door. A joint statement from the couple given to The Sun said: 'Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. 'We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to 'look after' us. 'As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.' Carroll's return to the UK last month with National League side Dagenham & Redbridge marks the end of a two-year stint in France. Friends say he now wants to focus on football and his five children, three of whom he shares with ex-wife Billi Mucklow. Carroll confirmed his separation from Towie star Mucklow last September. After nearly 10 years together, Carroll and Mucklow tied the knot in 2022, but the former couple split last year after a turbulent marriage, which had already survived a near-scandal in 2022 when Carroll was photographed asleep next to two women during his stag party. More Trending On the day that the news of Carroll's separation from Teasdale broke, Mucklow took to social media to show she was all smiles in a brown bikini while on holiday with her family. A source told Metro in April that rumours of Carroll's possible engagement to Teasdale were not surprising to Mucklow: 'Billi isn't surprised that Andy is rushing down the aisle again. Her marriage to him didn't last very long and he moved on so quickly with Lou that nothing he does is surprising to her anymore. 'Her main focus will always be the children and moving on with her own life.' View More » Once Britain's most expensive footballer after his £35 million move to Liverpool in 2011, Carroll's personal life has often made more headlines than his career in recent years. Man who stepped in front of Glasgow train with toddler on shoulders is jailed

Frederick Danquah took the toddler to the railway station after he had split up with his partner. A man who stepped in front of a moving train while carrying a toddler on his shoulders has been jailed for 10 years for attempted murder. ‌ Frederick Danquah took the two year-old boy to Garrowhill railway station in Glasgow's east-end on July 2, 2023 after he had split from his partner. ‌ The train struck both, but the youngster's physical injuries were luckily only minor. ‌ Danquah had earlier that day been spotted carrying the boy as he tried to climb over fence of a bridge overlooking the city's M8 motorway. The 28 year-old was today sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow having been found guilty last month. ‌ He had lodged a special defence at his trial that he had a mental illness and was unable to appreciate his actions at the time. The incident had been described as an apparent "murder suicide". Jurors heard how Danquah had struggled to accept his relationship with his partner was over in 2023. ‌ She insisted they would not get back together and that she had since met someone else. He ended up alone with the boy on the day of the murder bid. At one stage, he wrote what appeared to be a suicide note and posted it on Facebook. ‌ It included: 'I cannot continue to live in this darkness, I guess this is goodbye.' He was later seen with the child on a footbridge over the M8 in the city centre. He repeatedly tried to pull himself and the innocent boy over a fence. Police went on to speak to Danquah, but appeared reassured enough that they left him with the boy. ‌ But, he went on to make his way to Garrowhill station where what his own lawyer called 'a one-off horror story' occurred. CCTV captured Danquah as he had the boy on his shoulders and then stepped in front of a train pulling into the platform. ‌ An off-duty nurse happened to be at the station and she helped calm the chaotic scenes after what occurred. Mercy crews then arrived. The driver was said to have been traumatised. The child miraculously suffered only bruising and swelling to his head, back, face and nose. Danquah, however, had fractures to his spine and jaw. ‌ The boy's mother later learned of what happened and raced to hospital to see her son. Recalling his condition, she recalled in court: 'He was lying and could not move his body. 'They did not know at the time if there was anything wrong with him. The nurse said he could hear, but was in shock. He had a lot of bruises.' ‌ After the incident, Danquah was initially held at a mental health clinic in Glasgow before being discharged. The court heard today that he was deemed to have an 'adjustment disorder', but was not at a level which absolved him of being criminally responsible. Gary Allan KC, defending, said Danquah continues to need help with prison 'frightening the living daylights out of him' including him having been physically assaulted. ‌ The advocate said what happened was 'wholly out of character'. Mr Allan: 'He has asked me to state how sorry he is that he put the child in the position that he did.' ‌ Sentencing, Judge Tony Kelly said he had read an emotional impact statement from the boy's mum. He told Danquah: 'The affect on his mother is profound. She is deeply affected. She said she felt overwhelmed. She still suffers constant anxiety. The judge added: 'You endangered the life of the boy, You intended to take his meant to have his mother t o attend his funeral.' Members of Danquah's family broke down in tears as he led handcuffed to the cells.

The man's wife revealed that the girl is said to have stayed silent out of her love for her stepfather. She was relieved when the man got a vasectomy, as she previously feared her little girl would get pregnant. Crown prosecutor Geraldine Kelly told the court: "Getting pregnant had been a concern for her before she was 12." During calving season, the man allegedly made his cows and their calves perform sexual acts sex on him. Kelly said that he made his wife have sex with him after the act with the calves on at least 20 occasions, The New Zealand Herald reports. She added: "[The wife] told him she found it repulsive, but he would just do it." The court heard the man had a "daily physical need" for sex, which also led to his alleged sexual offending against his wife. He is said to have raped her nearly 300 times. The man allegedly believed rape didn't exist and claimed all women eventually give in and enjoy sex, telling his wife, 'no means yes'. Horror video shows the moment a teen yob swings a cat around by a noose before repeatedly smashing it against a brick wall Matthew Ridgley, the farmer's lawyer, said the allegations about the sexual acts with the cows were "nonsense". He told the jury it was for them to decide whether what happened was indecent. He said the defendant admitted having sex with his stepdaughter, but claimed it was consensual and that she was over the age of 16. Ridgeley said that any sex with the man and his wife was also consensual The farmer is now standing a trial and faces 38 charges of sexual assault, including 15 of rape, one of bestiality involving cows and one of performing indecent acts on calves. The trial is expected to last three weeks. More to follow...
