Compass Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Upsized $120 Million Public Offering

('Compass') (Nasdaq: CMPX), a clinical-stage, oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company developing proprietary antibody-based therapeutics to treat multiple human diseases, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 33,290,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.00 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 6,710,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.9999 per pre-funded warrant to purchase one share of the common stock, which represents the per share public offering price for the common stock less the $0.0001 per share exercise price for each such pre-funded warrant.
