After allegedly failing to repay the loan, AEG asserts that Thug forfeited rights to his publishing and live performance promotions.
AEG previously sued him in 2022 for breach of contract, accusing him of independently booking concerts and keeping all proceeds, despite AEG holding exclusive rights to his performances.
The rapper is also fighting the government over possessions seized during raids on his home, including cash, jewelry, and several luxury cars, such as a 2022 Porsche 911 and a 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS Maybach.
While the lawsuit's outcome remains uncertain, Thug's upcoming Belgium show will be a significant milestone in his return to live performances.
