Salman Khan hypes ‘Andaz Apna Apna' re-release with lyrics to hit song
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan on Monday night shared some shirtless pictures on his social media handles, and as always, the internet couldn't stop talking about the 59-year-old actor's fitness and looks. Fascinatingly, netizens were also thrilled by a key aspect of the post: his caption
Salman captioned the post with the lyrics of the iconic 'Eello Ji Sanam Hum Aa Gaye' song from his 1994 film Andaz Apna Apna, which was officially re-released in a remastered 4K format on Friday. 'Eello ji sanam hum aa gaye………….Ab itna bhi gussa karo nahin jaani (sic)' wrote Salman.

The original song, with lyrics written by Majrooh Sultanpuri, was sung by Behroze Chatterjee and Vicky Mehta.
Andaz Apna Apna, co-starring Aamir Khan, collected ₹1.2 crore at the domestic box office during the opening weekend of its re-release. The film, though not a major success upon release, grew a substantial fandom over the years.
Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and presented by Vinay Pictures, the film featured Aamir and Salman as Amar and Prem, two youths attempting to woo a rich heiress. Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Viju Khote and Shehzad Khan rounded out the cast, while Govinda and Juhi Chawla — both prominent actors in the 1990s — made cheery cameos.
Interestingly, both Aamir and Salman weighed in on plans for a sequel. 'We would all want Andaz Apna Apna 2. We have told Raj ji (director Rajkumar Santoshi) to work on the script. As soon as his script is ready, Salman and I would definitely want to work on it. I think the audience would love to watch Andaz Apna Apna 2... Raj ji is working on the script,' Aamir said during a press interaction on his 60th birthday. Salman, too, in a recent interview, reiterated his hopes for a sequel. 'I hope so. Inshallah. God willing,' he told Zoom.
Salman's last release was Sikandar, which amassed over ₹50 crore in three days since its release. The film marked Salman's return to the big screen as a solo lead after Tiger 3.

Aamir Khan shuts down 'comeback' tag for Sitaare Zameen Par and his take might surprise you: ‘Lot of actors have 8 to 10 flops…'
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan 's much-awaited film Sitaare Zameen Par is all set to hit screens. The film, also starring Genelia Deshmukh, is being labelled as Aamir's comeback film after Laal Singh Chaddha. However, it didn't sit well with the superstar and he refused the 'comeback' tag very gently. In an interview with News 18, Aamir Khan reacted to Sitaare Zameen Par being called his 'comeback' film and shared, 'Well, I'm not considering it a comeback film, quite honestly. My films usually come out once in three years anyway.' He further added, 'A lot of actors have 8 to 10 flops, but we don't call those comebacks, do we? I've had just one flop, and you're calling it a comeback? I haven't gone anywhere.' In the same interview, the actor shared that he was deeply moved by the script of Sitaare Zameen Par, which he felt naturally carried forward the spirit of Taare Zameen Par. While his 2007 film focused on a child with a learning disability and the importance of inclusion, the new story takes things further by highlighting the lives of children with intellectual disabilities such as autism and Down syndrome. The actor also revealed that the emotional shift in the narrative is the most beautiful thing about the film. This time, it's the neurodivergent children who guide and support the coach, flipping the dynamic seen in his earlier film. According to him, it made the film even more powerful and meaningful. Aamir Khan further shared that the story struck a personal chord with him and felt like a natural spiritual follow-up to Taare Zameen Par. That deep connection is what inspired the makers to name the film Sitaare Zameen Par. For the unversed, Sitaare Zameen Par is the spiritual successor to Aamir's 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. The sports comedy is directed by R. S. Prasanna, and produced by Aamir Khan, Aparna Purohit, and Ravi Bhagchandka. It also stars Genelia Deshmukh, apart from Aamir. It will introduce a fresh ensemble of talent including Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra and Simran Mangeshkar. Penned by Divy Nidhi Sharma, it will hit the theaters on June 20, 2025.

What's Happening Aamir Khan revealed in a group interview on Wednesday, that his mother Zeenat will make her debut in Sitaare Zameen Par. He shared how his mother has never accompanied him to any movie set, but something changed for this film. He said, "Normally, Ammi doesn't say she wants to come to my shoot. So, I don't know what she felt, but the morning of the song shoot, Ammi called and asked, ' Aap kahan shooting kar rahe hain? Humko bhi aana hai shooting pe aaj ' (Where are you shooting today, I also want to come).' So, I said, ' Chaliye, aaiye.' I sent her the car and my sister brought her to the shoot. She came in a wheelchair. It was a happy wedding song, and we were having fun shooting for it while she was watching us." Aamir added, "Prasanna came to me and said, 'Sir, if you don't mind, can you request Ammi ji to be in the shot? It's the last song of the film; it's a wedding celebration sequence. She can easily be one of the guests. It's an emotional thing for me; I want her to be a part of the film'." Further elaborating on how Aamir thought the director had lost his mind, the actor said, "I told him, ' Tu pagal ho gaya hai? Meri himmat nahi hogi Ammi ko poochne ki, ki film mein kaam karo, shot do. She is very ziddi (Are you mad? I will never find the courage to ask her to shoot. She is also very stubborn). She is not going to listen. Don't waste your time.' He kept telling me to ask her at least once. So, I said, ' Ammi, Prasanna request kar rahe hain ki aap ek shot do ek guest banke (He is requesting you to be a part of one scene).' She replied, ' Haan theek hai (okay, fine).' I was shocked! So, she is there in one or two shots. It's the only film of mine that she has ever been a part of." "I don't know what came into her. She is turning 91 on June 13, a week before our film's release," he said. Aamir concluded by saying that his sister Nikhat has a few scenes in the film.
