Brand communications agency MAIA has introduced MAIA Studio, a new division focused on creative direction, brand identity, and content experiences. The launch formalises a strand of work the agency has previously supported behind the scenes and reflects a growing demand from clients for integrated creative services.
Positioned as a complement to its core communications business, the studio brings together the agency's creative capabilities under a dedicated platform. It is expected to support clients with visual storytelling and brand development, working across digital, print and packaging formats.
'MAIA Studio is a natural extension of the work we've long nurtured behind the scenes,' said Shadi Moazami, Founder and Managing Director of MAIA. 'There is remarkable talent within our team, and this is our way of honouring that creativity. Whether it's visual identity, campaign development or content strategy, MAIA Studio allows us to build brands that are thoughtful, evocative and rooted in story.'
The division aims to act as a creative partner to clients, translating brand narratives into tactile and visually-led outcomes. Its scope spans content creation, graphic design, editorial production, and brand expression – with an emphasis on refinement and narrative craft.
Among recent projects, MAIA Studio supported a cinematic, AI-led brand video for Eden House's Za'abeel launch. It also continues to collaborate with existing MAIA clients including Anantara and Meliá Desert Palm on brand and content-focused briefs.
The launch of MAIA Studio signals a continued shift towards expanded creative capabilities within boutique consultancies and reflects a wider trend of agencies broadening their scope across disciplines such as design, strategy and production.

MAIA Luxury: Where heritage meets haute couture in the heart of Dubai

Dubai, UAE: In a city where luxury is a lifestyle and heritage is held in the highest regard, a new name has arrived - not with noise, but with unmistakable presence. MAIA by Nicola Morris, one of the most exclusive sources for collectible and limited edition Hermès handbags, has officially launched in the Middle East. From rare Birkins and archival treasures to sought-after classics in hard-to-find or seasonal colours, MAIA offers a private and highly personal experience for collectors, connoisseurs and cultural tastemakers alike. The woman behind MAIA, Nicola Morris (née Robinson), is more than a curator, she is a custodian of legacy. Born in the UK to a French mother and British aristocratic father, Nicola descends from Caroline Murat (née Bonaparte) - Queen of Naples and sister to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Her great-grandmother, Dorothy Florence Henniker-Major, was a member of the British peerage, giving Nicola a heritage that seamlessly blends Napoleonic passion with English refinement. Today, Nicola channels that rich lineage into MAIA, a carefully curated collection of rare, limited edition and unused Hermès pieces. Alongside collectible rarities, MAIA also offers iconic Hermès styles in exceptional colourways - pieces that are increasingly difficult to acquire through traditional channels but still timeless in form. 'MAIA is an homage to the women who came before me and to the women of today who understand that true luxury is not just about possession, but preservation,' says Nicola. 'Each piece is chosen with reverence. These bags weren't just made - they were born.' Having worked discreetly with private and corporate clients across London, Hong Kong and Paris, Nicola now brings MAIA exclusively to Dubai, offering private, by-appointment-only consultations at ExecuJet, Al Maktoum International FBO. The new Dubai presence provides a secluded and elegant space to explore the MAIA collection, which includes Birkins, Kellys and other Hermès icons, both classic and collectible. A curated selection of bags will also be displayed in the VIP lobby of ExecuJet, providing a quiet moment of luxury for high-net-worth travellers en route to their next destination. Looking ahead, Nicola plans to further her presence in the region through cultural collaborations, including a potential exhibition with leading art institutions - offering a new lens to view collectible fashion as art. For now, access to MAIA remains as exclusive as the pieces themselves. Private consultations with Nicola Morris are available by appointment only at the Execujet, Al Maktoum International FBO. More recent acquisitions are accompanied by original Hermès purchase receipts, offering primary proof of provenance. For clients seeking additional assurance, Bababebi certification can be arranged for any bag in the collection. Exotic skin pieces are supported by CITES certificates. Nicola is a recognised authority in the Hermès market, having supplied her curated selections to prestigious retailers including Browns, Dover Street Market London, Moda Operandi and Lane Crawford Hong Kong.

H&H unveils latest addition to Eden House portfolio with Eden House Za'abeel in DIFC

H&H, a major player in Dubai's real estate market, has expanded the group's flagship Eden House brand with the launch of its Eden House Za'abeel project in DIFC. Eden House Za'abeel, conceptualised by DXB Lab and Tristan Auer, represents a pivotal new phase in the brand's growth strategy, and demonstrates its commitment to exceptional design and craftsmanship. The latest launch highlights the Eden House portfolio's expansion and success in Dubai's upscale real estate market, particularly within the DIFC district's limited residential offerings. The project features a curated collection of high-end apartments, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, along with a limited number of penthouses featuring spacious layouts, exquisite finishes, and a wrap-around balcony. The development prioritises wellness and comfort with its diverse range of wellness amenities. Additionally, the project promotes a sense of community with its residents' lounge, multiple courtyards, food and beverage venues, café, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a business suite, among other offerings and amenities. Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H, commented, 'The launch of Eden House Za'abeel in DIFC reflects our commitment to excellence through exceptional design and meticulous craftsmanship. Our latest addition to the Eden House portfolio, located between Za'abeel and DIFC, is an extension of the brand's growing property portfolio in Dubai. With easy access to global financial institutions, fine dining, retail outlets, and other cultural attractions, the project functions as an integral hub for the local community. We also commend the shared vision of DXB Lab and Tristan Auer, whose collaboration refined the structure into an ideal setting that offers residents a serene and sophisticated living experience.' Centrally located in the DIFC district, the development's main entrance on the Za'abeel side ensures easy access. The design develops with elegant, curvilinear gestures that blend in with the surroundings, taking inspiration from the site's native Ghaf groves, which became part of the landscape scheme of this development. H&H has been at the forefront of Dubai's real estate industry, delivering high-end, sophisticated developments encompassing a vast portfolio of branded residences, hospitality, commercial, and retail projects.
