Highlighting the gravity of the situation, he added, 'Humanity is cutting down its forests, apparently oblivious to the fact that we may not live without them. Even we are disturbing our biodiversity—animal safety is another concern too.'
On World Environment Day, Adish made a heartfelt appeal: 'I would like to urge everyone to wake up. I feel development and the environment can still go hand in hand. We do not constantly need to kill our environment for the sake of development.
