Summer Sunset Series kicks off in Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- The Summer Sunset Series begins tonight, bringing energy to downtown Henderson. The event will feature live music, artisan and farmer market vendors, as well as celebrate local artists in Henderson's Sunset District.
Junior Achievement of Evansville unveils plans for Discovery Center
The series will take place on select Thursdays throughout the summer from 4 to 8 p.m. Each month, attendees will be able to enjoy an evening filled with entertainment, shopping, and a highlight of what downtown Henderson has to offer.

Brick Convention coming to Evansville this weekend

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Old National Events Plaza will be host to the Brick Convention this weekend. The Brick Convention is a LEGO fan event that features professional LEGO artists from around the world, local LEGO builders, and LEGO fans of all ages. Multiple sessions from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m.-5 p.m. will be available on both Saturday and Sunday for fans. Event goers will be able to see their favorite LEGO collectables and even some that are one of one. Each day will feature the same exhibits and activities, so fans won't have to worry about missing out if they can't make a day. Tickets to the convention will be $20 at the door, but $15 online.
