I'm a super fit grandmother at 55 and having the best sex of my life with my toyboy boyfriend who's 20 years younger than me
A super fit grandmother has revealed her 'intense' relationship with a man 20 years younger than her – and says the sex is the 'best' she's ever had.
Andréa Sunshine, as she's known online, who is from Brazil, met her new partner Federico, 35, after moving to Rome, Italy, just two weeks ago - and since then, the pair have been inseparable.
'The chemistry between us is incredibly intense,' the 55-year-old fitness coach said. 'Even when he's not with me, I can still feel it in my skin. The sex is something else; it's electric.
'Beyond that, it feels like energy flowing through my body in a way I've never experienced before. We connect beyond the skin – it's a full-body, full-soul kind of intimacy.
'Younger men today tend to be more open-minded and curious. Federico sees me, he listens to my body and that makes everything different. It's not about technique, it's about energy.
'He brings emotional intensity and playfulness at the same time. There's no pressure, no ego. It's sacred in how we explore each other.'
Andréa says the couple met 'by chance' - but admitted that she worried that revealing her age would be a make-or-break factor.
She said: 'It was an instant connection – the kind where time slows down and nothing else matters for a moment. He had no idea how old I was. He guessed 40 at first.
'I didn't know if telling him my age would put him off, but I knew I had to be transparent.
'Our connection was like something out of a movie – and I couldn't let that go. I did worry that he may only think of me as a sugar mummy, but that wouldn't bother me if I got to have him.
'But he wasn't fussed about money in the slightest. That says more about the vibe between us than anything else.
'He was attracted by my energy, sensuality and presence. There's no exchange or power imbalance with us.'
Federico is currently travelling across China and while he's away, Andréa is counting down the days until she gets to see him again.
She added: 'I can't wait to pick up from where we left off. I'm keeping my heart open, as life is unpredictable. But so is love.
'We've talked about travelling together, and sharing more life experiences, but I'm not setting rigid expectations. He's deeply awakened something in me, though.
'I feel more alive, more grounded in my body and more connected with my femininity. It's reminded me that it's never too late to feel desire and joy.
'He's a gift sent from above, no matter where this journey leads. It's shaping up to be something truly unexpected. I truly feel like he's my soulmate.'
Andréa regularly hits the headlines due to her fitness tips – and spicy antics; she's no stranger to dabbling with younger men and recently revealed her holiday fling with twins half her age.
Now, though, she's ditched her dating freedom to become committed to the man who's 20 years younger than her.

Virgin Island staff 'hit with strict bedroom ban' behind the scenes of Channel 4's raunchy TV hit
It might have been all about first-time thrills on screen, but behind the cameras of Virgin Island, things were far less steamy. While the series followed 12 virgins hoping to ditch their inexperience on national telly, it has been claimed that those working behind the scenes - including intimacy coaches Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman - were slapped with a strict sex ban. A source told The Sun: 'Location shoots like this are usually a hotbed for hook-ups. But Virgin Island was no fun for anyone except the virgins. 'Production wanted to make them feel comfortable and unintimidated. 'This sort of crew sex ban is unheard of in the TV world, but is very responsible of Channel 4.' MailOnline has contact Channel 4 for comment. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. It comes after the controversial show broke streaming records and sparked swathes of complaints with its unflinching on-screen romps. The groundbreaking Channel 4 show hit screens in May and saw 12 adults embark on a journey of self discovery and openness to intimacy. Lead by sexologists Dr Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman and their team, they guided the group of virgins, aged between 22 and 30, on a unique course. The six-part series quickly became one of the most talked-about programmes of the year and broke records for the broadcaster. Packed with shocking scenes and emotional moments, the series was the biggest streaming hit across scripted and unscripted shows this year for Channel 4. During its first 28 days, Virgin Island's episode one became the most watched show for those aged 16-34 on Channel 4 in 2025. The controversial show attracted a whopping 1.4million viewers per episode on average. Now, it has been confirmed that Virgin Island has been recommissioned for a second series. TV boss Jonah Weston said: 'It's been such a thrill to watch this show catch fire. 'This is a live issue among young people, and from the brave cast to our wonderful experts I don't think I've ever worked on anything quite so bold, warm and well-intentioned. 'Watch out for season 2 which will be bigger and bolder than ever!' While Dave, who lost his virginity on the island to surrogate partner Kat, has urged people to apply. He said: 'I had an amazing time on the Island, and I'm truly thankful for the time I spent there. 'Anyone who has watched the show will have seen how much my confidence grew over the course of the series, and I can't speak highly enough of the experts and production team for making us feel so safe and secure. 'I was lucky enough to achieve the ultimate aim of the series whilst on the Island, and I can't wait to see the next group of participants go on the same journey – I would wholly encourage anyone with enough courage and resilience to apply, it's completely changed my life.' However, the record-breaking show has been hit with controversy too and faced plenty of complaints from viewers. Some felt uncomfortable by the intimate scenes between surrogates and the contributors being broadcast so openly. Before it even hit screens last month some telly watchers were shocked by the concept alone and accused Channel 4 of 'scraping the barrel'. When Dave lost his virginity on the programme those watching at home were delighted for him, but were surprised to see such an intimate moment play out on screen. Sharing their thoughts, viewers said: 'Probably the most uncomfortable viewing. Only lasted 20mins and had to turn it off, felt like I was watching a love cult in action. 'Virgin Island is a hideous concept for a TV show. Why would you agree to go on it, to get exploited, even if you're getting paid!?'; 'Well guys, that's the end of #VirginIsland, it's been... weird.'; 'That Virgin Island is one disgustingly difficult watch man Jesus Christ'; 'Is anyone else watching Virgin Island on Channel 4? I find it so bizarre everyone is so vulnerable and it's just a bit strange..'

Cole Palmer sports limited-edition Richard Mille watch worth a staggering £220K as England star jets off with Chelsea to begin the Blues' Club World Cup campaign
Cole Palmer was seen wearing a watch worth an eye-watering £220,000 as the Chelsea star boarded a flight bound for the Club World Cup. Palmer, 23, wore the watch as he gazed out of a plane window in a photo uploaded to the Blues' social media accounts before they took off for the United States. He was sporting a Richard Mille RM 07-04 that is claimed to have been inspired as a nod to Italy's impressive collection of luxury car brands. A green, black, white, and red colour scheme also pays homage to the tricolour of the Italian flag and is made from lightweight titanium. That has seen the watch become a popular piece with professional footballers - with Palmer being the latest to exhibit it. Palmer has been able to shell out for the rare watch thanks to the salary he commands at Stamford Bridge, which sits at a reported £130,000, per Capology. Enzo Maresca's side will face Los Angeles FC in their first match of the tournament on Monday evening, before taking on Brazilian side Flamengo three days later. Their final group sees them play ES Tunis, after which they will hope to have advanced to the knockout stages and the final - which takes place on July 13. Maresca has thrown up some surprises with his squad selection, which has seen highly-rated youngster Kendry Paez fly to the US despite being omitted. The expectation remains that Paez, the 18-year-old Ecuadorian, will leave on loan this summer. He was signed on a pre-agreement at the age of 16 for £17million, and Chelsea's sister club Strasbourg is his likeliest destination. While it is understood Paez's preference would be to be around Chelsea's first team over the next season, the club are considering what is best for his progress. Andrey Santos has been used as an example over how a temporary stay at Strasbourg can benefit beneficial, with the 21-year-old Brazilian among those in their Club World Cup squad in the United States. Chelsea flew to Philadelphia on Friday to begin their prep for FIFA's expanded club competition. New man Liam Delap is expected to .

Nat Wolff's star-studded exes as actor was seen kissing Billie Eilish
Last weekend, Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff seemed to confirm their romance as they were seen kissing on a balcony in Venice, Italy. The singer, 23, and actor, 30, previously denied romance rumors, but Deux Moi shared images of the pair smooching and taking selfies. Billie is not the first famous star Nat has been linked to. Reports suggest his earliest romance was with fellow Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove at the height of both their careers as child actors on the channel. But young love rarely lasts, and after a short time together the pair broke up. While it isn't known how long they dated, Miranda alluded to a difficult split in a 2011 interview with Seventeen magazine. She said at the time: 'I've only had one serious boyfriend, but we dated for three years. We broke up not that long ago. 'He's the one guy I really, really liked. People say they have that one person they never forget - I feel like that. Even though we don't talk much anymore, he'll be the one who got away.' In 2014, Nat and Margaret Qualley made their relationship public for the first time at the premiere of The Fault In Our Stars, in which he played Isaac. Margaret, who is now married to Jack Antonoff, said in a 2016 interview that she would visit Nat on set while he was filming Gia Coppola's Palo Alto, alongside Emma Roberts. But she confirmed they had split the following year when she referred to Nat as her 'ex-boyfriend' in a British Vogue interview, despite them starring together in Death Note. While fans weren't privy to the reason behind Nat and Margaret's split, the actor sparked speculation that he was dating singer Suki Waterhouse around 2015. The pair had been seen hanging out together in London, with Nat leaving Suki's home in the capital in the early hours of the morning after attending a The Strokes gig in Hyde Park the previous evening. However, their romance was short-lived, according to reports, lasting only a few weeks. Suki is now with Robert Pattinson and shares a daughter with him. There was also speculation that Nat was dating actress Bella Thorne in 2017, as reported by the Daily Mail after they were seen on a dinner date in Los Angeles - but this too did not last. Nat's longest and most public relationship was with Tell Me Lies star Grace Van Patten, who he dated from 2017 to 2021. The couple were open about their romance, attending red carpet events together and starring opposite one another in comedy-drama Good Posture in 2019. Their breakup was never announced publicly, but Grace appeared to confirm she was in a relationship with her Tell Me Lies co-star Jackson White in 2022, over a year after the last time she and Nat were seen as a couple at a public event. The new romance between Nat and Billie is believed to have blossomed a year after the singer released the video for her single Chihiro, which featured Nat as her love interest. Neither Nat nor Billie have confirmed they are in a relationship. Daily Mail has reached out to reps for both parties for comment.
