The first act playing will be Cast, the Liverpool band formed in 1992 by John Power and best known for their 1995 albums All Change. Speaking about playing on the tour, John told the Mirror he will be their as an Oasis fan as well as playing before them.

The band split up in 2001 but reformed in 2010 and last year they toured as support for Liam Gallagher as he played a Definitely Maybe Oasis tour which fans loved. "And I picked it up, and it was Debbie, Liam's manager and his wife, and Liam in the background as well. And then Liam, he'd just spoken to Noel and they just discussed it, and they just said, 'You know, look, we just spoke to our kid. Do you want to open up on the tour?'
"I was like, 'You know, I think I do actually!' And it was a really cool conversation, and then we were blown away like, I mean, it was like the best news we could have hoped for."
He adds: "It's the biggest tour this year and it authenticates the legacy of Cast. This is a band in previous years if there was a Britpop list, top 20, we wouldn't even be in it.
"But now you can't do it. Because it's like the biggest band of that time are saying 'check this out'."

As well as the call from Liam, Cast firmly have the Oasis seal-of-approval with Noel Gallagher previously describing frontman John as being 'as cosmic as the day is long.'
Fans can expect John to belt out 'Alright' and 'Finetime' to fire up audiences from the off, while slow burners such as 'Sandstorm' and 'Walkaway' are perfect for early singalongs in the stadiums.
After touring with Oasis, Cast will then be on the road themselves with dates going through the year.

The second and main support act will be Richard Ashcroft, the former Verve frontman. He has been playing alongside Oasis since the Nineties when they began. When they started out Oasis would support The Verve at shows because they were the bigger band.
Speaking about the upcoming tour, Richard said: "I see it as I've got a very important part to play in this.
"You know, back in the day Oasis supported The Verve and then it flipped around and we supported Oasis at Earls Court, then I as a solo artist have played with Oasis."

He went on to tell the Chris Moyles Show on Radio X: "I said to Noel, 'You know, I think I'm the only person who could go in this slot. Especially for a huge outdoor show, because everyone wants you lot. And unless you're coming with something, unless you've got something to offer, I don't know what's gonna happen'."

A two-time Ivor Novello Award winner (Songwriter of the Year and Outstanding Contribution To British Music), Ashcroft has become an accomplished and influential songwriters.

His first chapter with The Verve reached a remarkable peak with 'Urban Hymns', and his support slot is sure to be a hit-laden set with the likes of 'Bitter Sweet Symphony', 'The Drugs Don't Work', 'Lucky Man' and 'Sonnet'. These tracks made Urban Hymns one of the biggest selling albums in UK history with 11 x Platinum certifications.
As well as the Oasis Live 25 tour, Ashcroft will play select headline shows and festivals this Summer.
According to the official Prinicipality Stadium website, doors open for the opening gig on July 4 at 5pm.
Both support acts will be expected to play 30-45 minutes on stage, before the main event of Oasis back on stage for the first time since 2009.
Based on previous shows at the Principality Stadium, the main headline act normally ends around 10.20pm. Cast would therefore be on stage around 6.30, followed by Richard Ashcroft, with Oasis taking to the stage around 8pm.
Last Summer the Foo Fighters played the Principality Stadium and came on at 7.35pm but played an epic 25 song set. Oasis who are returning after some time away, may play a slightly shorter set, especially based on their history of punchier shorter set lists.

Noel Gallagher's brutal dig at Royal Family at Oasis gig as crowd boo

Oasis star Noel Gallagher was left in shock when he was met with boos from the audience during the band's final gig at Dublin's Croke Park in Ireland this weekend. Noel Gallagher was met with brutal boos when he graced the stage for Oasis ' closing night in Ireland during their ongoing reunion tour. Noel, 58, was on stage for the second of two performances at Croke Park when he riled up the crowd. ‌ Prior to belting out Half The World Away on Sunday night on August 17, Noel enquired: "Anyone from Manchester?" However, he didn't expect the reaction as the audience began a chorus of boos. ‌ Stunned by the reception, he continued: "Excuse me, excuse me? Booing for the people in Manchester? Oh no, no, no, no, that won't do! Be nice!" ‌ It comes as Liam's eldest son Lennon chose to bypass the Dublin gigs and jet off to Ibiza, according to the Mirror. As Noel presented Half The World Away, he declared: "This is for the Royle Family – the real Royal Family," taking a dig at Windsor. Before the late Queen Elizabeth 's Platinum Jubilee, he mentioned he wasn't "anti-royal" but observed that the "appeal" of the monarchy had been "dwindling". "There are other things for people to be interested in," he remarked, before describing the monarchy as "a bit farcical." The reception from the Dublin crowd couldn't dampen what proved to be a Supersonic weekend for Noel and Liam, who delivered two completely sold-out performances at the Irish venue, which holds more than 80,000. Liam disclosed that his mum Peggy was observing from the stands on Saturday as he devoted a song to her. Prior to performing Stand By Me, he announced to the crowd: "This one I want to dedicate to my mum, my mum is here tonight." ‌ Peggy Gallagher has been backing her two sons since they chose to set aside their feud to entertain fans following a break from music back in 2009. During an interview earlier in June, Peggy was questioned about playing a role in bringing Noel and Liam back together. She responded: "I was the instigator, yes. But sure, wasn't it always going to happen at some time or other? It was their choice, of course. Look, you can't force them to do things they don't want to do." ‌ Also attending Saturday's performance was Noel's 25-year-old daughter Anaïs Gallagher. Revelling in the atmosphere among the audience, she posted video clips on social media of a pal belting out Live Forever. She also shared a snap of her dad alongside her uncle Liam, as they performed on stage to the joy of a wave of Oasis rockers. After the Dublin shows, Oasis will next head to Canada where they will take to the stage in Toronto. The band will then embark on a North American tour before returning to the UK for two additional London performances. Following this, they jet off to Asia, Australia, and finally South America, with the tour set to end in Brazil at the end of November.

Robert loses everything in Emmerdale - but a twist follows

John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth)'s campaign against his brother and love-rival Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) reaches a critical point in upcoming Emmerdale episodes as he seeks to turn everyone in the village against Robert. Robert is, of course, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller)'s first husband and many fans would say he will always be Aaron's true love. 'Robron,' as the couple were affectionately known to fans, were torn apart in 2019 when Robert was sent to prison for the manslaughter of the man who raped his sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins). In a surprise twist he reappeared in the village on a particularly auspicious day – the day Aaron was about to marry John – who happens to be half-brother to Robert and Victoria. Reunited, it was obvious there was still huge chemistry between Robert and Aaron and they kissed. Ultimately Aaron chose John, and went through with the wedding. It does seem that there's unfinished business between Robert and Aaron, though, and this infuriates John. Since then, he's taken every opportunity to try to goad Robert, even getting his rival worked up to such a pitch that he smacked John over the head with a wrench – an incident that John has footage of. In recent episodes John managed to wind Robert up by poisoning the mind of his nephew Harry against Uncle Robert. When Robert lost his temper at Harry's drumming while he was looking after him, Harry was left terrified. And John was on hand to look like the good guy and be a reassuring person for Harry to cling to. Adding a bit more fuel to the fire, John exaggerates what happened when he tells Victoria about the incident. This is the last straw as far as she's concerned and she's finally had enough of Robert. John's next move is to make sure Robert is fully aware of how upset Victoria is. He gloats that Robert has lost both Victoria and Aaron. This leaves Robert in absolute despair. At his lowest point, he smashes up his room. This commotion is overheard by Aaron, who stops Robert's rampage and calms him down. Robert tells him he knows he's messed up and he's lost everything, including Aaron. He's surprised by Aaron's response. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? He says the reason he's been keeping away is that he's feeling conflicted himself. Although he's with John, he has feelings for Robert that won't go away so his only option has been to avoid him. More Trending With Aaron's confession out in the open, the two give in to their mutual passion and end up sleeping together. Obviously this is the exact opposite of what John wanted and potentially puts both of them in danger if he should find out. And that's a real possibility as, lying in bed together, they hear Victoria and John outside talking about how they should check in on Robert. Awkward. And quite possibly deadly.
