The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has teamed up with Zepto to bring land buying to your smartphone—within minutes. Starting this Janmashtami, users can simply type 'land" in the Zepto app to explore HoABL's projects, pay a token amount, and even connect with a sales rep to take things forward.
HoABL, which has projects in Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, Dapoli, and Vrindavan, is expanding into new hotspots like Amritsar and Shimla. Its newly launched Vrindavan Global project is also available through the tie-up.
'This collaboration widens our reach and makes land investment faster, simpler and fully digital," said Saurabh Jain, CMO, HoABL.
For Zepto, this is about pushing boundaries beyond groceries and essentials. 'HoABL already lets customers buy plots online. By bringing it to Zepto, we're taking that journey to millions of households," said Chandan Mendiratta, chief brand and culture officer, Zepto.
HoABL and Zepto said in a release that users will be redirected to a dedicated page for HoABL's offerings, as part of the partnership, if thet type 'land" into the search bar of the app. With some clicks, users will be able to access the inventory available for sale, initiate an inquiry, and also connect to a representative of HoABL to take sales forward. Buyers can pay a refundable token amount, with subsequent payments staggered.

NEW DELHI: Realty firm House of Abhinandan Lodha ( HoABL ) has tied up with quick commerce platform Zepto to market its residential plots. In a statement on Tuesday, HoABl said it will initially market premium plots in Vrindavan , Uttar Pradesh and Neral in Maharashtra through the Zepto app. "HoABL already offers a fully digital experience through its own app, where customers can explore, select, purchase, and track plots end-to-end. The Zepto partnership enhances accessibility further, allowing customers to discover and engage with HoABL's offerings on a platform they already use daily," the statement said. Saurabh Jain, CMO of HoABL, said that this collaboration with Zepto widens its reach. The Zepto app will ensure that prospective customers get connected within 10 minutes to an HOABL expert, who will guide them through the process on a video call. Founded in 2020, Mumbai-based HoABL has sold about 11 million sq ft of developed land. Currently, the company has around 30 million sq ft under active development. The brand has a presence in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Goa markets and will soon enter Punjab.
