Megan Thee Stallion Says Klay Thompson Is the Kindest Man She's Ever Dated
Megan Thee Stallion gave her relationship with NBA player Klay Thompson the ultimate hard launch yesterday evening when the pair stepped out at the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City. They were affectionate during their red carpet debut, and Megan had sweet things to say about her partner in an interview with Page Six.
'I have never dated somebody so kind,' she said. 'This is my first relationship where I've ever been with somebody who's genuinely a nice person, and he makes me genuinely happy.'
She added, 'I just never dated somebody like him before, and I'm just grateful that he's here by my side, and he feels the same way about me.'
Megan and Thompson first sparked dating rumors earlier this month, when the basketball star appeared in the background of one of Megan's Instagram posts.
Last September, the rapper spoke to Billboard about whether there's a difference between her onstage and offstage selves. 'I feel like Megan and Megan Thee Stallion are the same person,' she said. 'When I'm Megan Thee Stallion, I'm having to wear armor. I definitely got to go onstage and get in that mode, but I'm still the same person. Just when I'm not in public, I can really decompress and slouch, and I could watch anime all I want. I can play with my puppies, I can talk on the phone with my cousin, I could be with my best friends in peace. I don't have to worry about being too strong. I could just be me.'

Ice Cube's ‘War of the Worlds' Film Has a 0% Rating on ‘Rotten Tomatoes' & Cube's Son Is Weighing In
Ice Cube's latest movie is off to a slow start on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes. According to 15 critics (and counting), War of the Worlds so far has a zero percent rating on the Tomatometer scale, while thousands of moviegoers have given it at 14 percent rating on the Popcornmeter. One review in particular, from Variety's Peter Debruge knocked the film for essentially doubling as a commercial for Amazon, writing, 'Even with a Prime subscription, you have to sit through two minutes of ads to watch 90 more of what amounts to a feature-length commercial for all things Amazon,' while another from The Telegraph's Ed Power wasn't really into all the screen time Cube got, saying, 'It is silly, shoddy and features far too much of rapper-turned-leading man Ice Cube staring at a computer screen while looking as if he's working through a reasonably urgent digestive ailment.' More from Billboard Ice Cube Tries to Save the World in First Trailer For Ominous 'War of the Worlds' Remake Homeland Security Tweets 'South Park' Image as ICE Recruitment Tool Elvis Presley's Official Online Store Has T-Shirts, Hoodies & More New Merch An adaptation of H. G. Wells' classic 1898 novel The War of the Worlds, this version is an Amazon Prime production directed by Rich Lee and also starring Eva Longoria. Cube plays Will Radford, a surveillance expert at the Department of Homeland Security, and most of the movie takes place on his computer screen as he deals with a hacker and an alien invasion while trying to keep his family out of harm's way. The synopsis on Prime Video reads as follows: 'A gargantuan invasion is coming with this fresh take on the legendary novel of the same name. Renowned actress Eva Longoria is joined by iconic rapper and actor Ice Cube, along with Michael O'Neill and Iman Benson, for a thrilling out-of-this-world adventure that is filled with present-day themes of technology, surveillance, and privacy.' Cube's son, actor O'Shea Jackson Jr., replied to a tweet on X of a video clip from the movie in which an Amazon Prime delivery person tells Cube's character to cop a USB from Amazon, so he can deliver it via Prime Air with a drone. 'I truly can't believe this adaptation of War Of The Worlds is actually a real film with a real budget and Ice Cube is actually in it,' a fan posted, with Jackson replying that the movie was 'Shot during the pandemic. Released 5 years later.' Billboard has reached out to Ice Cube's team for comment. I Don't Know Why People Aren't Talking About This Shopping Browser Extension That Saves Money
All products and services featured are independently chosen by editors. However, StyleCaster may receive a commission on orders placed through its retail links, and the retailer may receive certain auditable data for accounting purposes. As a shopping editor, it might surprise you to learn that I am a bit of a chaotic online shopper. I'm constantly on the prowl for trending styles, designer dupes, and anything that makes me do a double take (or, in this case, double scroll). Because I am literally always shopping, I end up abusing Instagram and TikTok's Saved Posts features, have no less than 100 tabs (right now I have exactly 295—yikes) open on my phone at all times, and have an overwhelming number of screenshots in my camera roll that, to no one's surprise, also aren't organized. And, it not only helps me save all of my favorite items but also helps me save actual money, too. The Best Browser Extension for Online Shopping Locker is a browser extension for online shopping that is essentially like Pinterest for all of your 'save for later' items. It's free to use and allows you to save and curate collections that you can easily reference and return to when it's time to add to cart. With the browser extension, you can easily save a product that you'd typically screenshot, organize it based on the collection it belongs to, and go back and buy it when you're ready. This way, everything you'd usually screenshot or save on social media all lives in the same place, stays organized, and makes it possible to actually see and compare your future purchases. Shopping this way also allows you to have your wishlist items ready to go, so when a sale starts or a brand emails you a discount code, you can take advantage of the savings without scrambling to figure out exactly what color and size you were originally admiring. Plus, the browser extension gives you the option to get notifications on price drops. That way, you never miss a deal. How to Use the Locker Browser Extension To get started, go to Locker's homepage and create an account. Then, click the download button on the bottom right of your screen to add the extension to your Chrome browser. You can also download the app to your mobile phone. Once you create an account and download the browser extension, you can start saving and curating different collections. Like Pinterest, the collections are completely customizable and can be as general or specific as you want. When creating a collection, you can choose to leave it public, make it private, or even opt to curate a giftable collection (kind of like a registry!) that you can share with friends and family when they ask what you want for your birthday, holidays, etc. Don't forget to click the price drop notifications toggle so you get alerted when your wishlist items go on sale! Why former Georgia RB is in contract dispute with the Buffalo Bills
Former Georgia Bulldog running back James Cook is looking for an extension with the Buffalo Bills. Unfortunately, the extension talks have sputtered to the point where there's been speculation that Cook might be "holding in" as a non-participant in practices, according to Rory Parks of TradeRumors. Cook is entering the final year of his rookie contract with the Buffalo Bills and wants a new deal. There have been many instances of players holding out or holding in until they earn a new contract, but when he reported to the first training camp practice on July 24, it gave indication that Cook would practice. That changed on Aug. 3. Cook was a non-participant on Sunday's practice, and when asked about why by ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg, he said "business". He kept repeating it on follow-up questions too. General manager Brandon Beane didn't see Cook's hold-in coming. "Yeah, you know, it's not something we were fully aware of until shortly before practice," Beane said, via The Buffalo News. "So, I get it, I understand it; it's the world we're in, I guess, of how players want to respond and things like that. "So, you know, at the end of the day, I wish we weren't here," Bean said. "This is my ninth season here, we've never had a player miss due to a contract or anything like that, so that's disappointing for me." Cook's has an asking price of at least $15M per year, he publicly announced via his Instagram. That would tie him with Derrick Henry for the third-highest average annual value among all NFL running backs. The Bills have already reached long-term deals with quarterback Josh Allen, wide receiver Khalil Shakir, cornerback Christian Benford, edge rusher Gregory Rousseau, and linebacker Terrel Bernard, so they could be looking to save a little on Cook's extension. Cook wants to be paid what he believes he's worth. He's arguably the second-most important player in the Bills' offense behind quarterback Josh Allen. In the regular season, Cook recorded 1,009 rushing yards, 16 rushing touchdowns and caught 32 passes. In the playoffs, Cook posted over 300 total yards and three touchdowns as he helped the Bills advance to the AFC championship game. He has blossomed at the NFL level, but not every NFL team values the running back position. Before he became a two-time Pro Bowl running back with the Bills, Cook played for four seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs, racking up 1,503 yards and 14 touchdowns on 230 carries. He even caught 67 passes for 730 yards and 6 touchdowns. His elusive, versatile running style fit in perfectly with the bruising, hard-hitting running style of Zamir White, and it was on full display when both of them rushed for a combined 165 yards on 19 carries against Alabama to win the 2021 national championship.
