DLF Group is primarily engaged in the
business
of building and sale of residential properties (development business) and the construction and leasing of commercial and retail properties (annuity business).
The bulk of the commercial assets of DLF Group is parked in the DCCDL.
Apart from the JV, DLF Ltd directly owns a small portfolio of about 2 million sq ft of office and retail spaces.
Addressing shareholders at an AGM on August 4, DLF Chairman Rajiv Singh said India's biggest realty firm DLF has set an "ambitious" target to cross annual rental income of Rs 10,000 crore in the medium term from the company's commercial properties.
At present, the DLF Group, including the DCCDL, has an annuity portfolio (primarily office complexes and shopping malls) of about 46 million sq ft with an annual rental income of over Rs 6,000 crore.
He told shareholders that the company's annuity portfolio, encompassing offices, retail and hospitality, continues to exhibit steady growth.
The chairman said new buildings in 'Downtown Gurugram' and Chennai projects are completed. Additionally, three new retail properties are set to open in the near future, further strengthening its portfolio.
"We remain equally excited and committed to grow our annuity portfolio and have set an ambitious target for ourselves to cross annual rental revenues of Rs 10,000 crore in the medium-term," Singh had said at the AGM.
Since inception, DLF has developed more than 185 real estate projects and developed an area of more than 352 million sq ft.
The group has 280 million sq ft of development potential across the residential and commercial segments, including current projects under execution and the identified pipeline.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 71 Crore, with a margin of 5.1%, while Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs. 65 Crore, with a margin of 4.7%. Minda Corporation entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Toyodenso to establish a Joint Venture Company in India for manufacturing and selling of advanced Automotive Switches. The partnership will provide end-to end solutions for automotive switches across two-wheelers, Passenger Cars and other automotive segments in the Indian market. Minda Corporation will hold the majority stake in the newly formed venture, with an investment in the agreed shareholding ratio of 60:40. The new Joint venture has already received orders from customers in India. Stock Market Today: Online retailer stock Krishival Foods gained during the intraday trades on Wednesday after Q1 results 2025. The April-June 2025 quarter results were declared by Krishival Foods on Tuesday, after the market hours. Krishival Foods Limited reported Q1 2025 net profits at ₹ 4.27 crore at the consolidated level. This marked almost a 28% increase in the net profit from RS 3.28 crore in the year-ago quarter. The revenue from operations for Krishival Foods at ₹ 49.52 crore during the first quarter of fiscal year 2025-2026, or Q1FY26, marked a strong 69.6% increase compared to ₹ 29.20 crore in the year-ago quarter. The reported profit before tax for online retailer stock Krishival Foods at ₹ 5.85 crore grew 29% year-on-year during the April to June 2025 quarter compared to ₹ 4.26 crore in the year-ago quarter. Unicommerce's international business turns operationally profitable in Q1
Synopsis Unicommerce reported a 64% year-on-year increase in its operating revenue at Rs 45 crore for the quarter ended June 2025. The Gurugram-based company's net profit for the quarter remained flat at Rs 3.8 crore from Rs 2.8 crore YoY and sequentially, due to higher expenses and a non-cash accounting adjustment from the Shipway acquisition. On March 21, Unicommerce completed its acquisition of the 57.24% stake in Shipway Technology it did not own, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. It had previously acquired a 42.76% stake in Shipway in December 2024, for Rs 68.4 crore.
