Google Pixel 10 colour leaked: Check out the expected specifications, price, and launch date in India
One of the most eye-catching changes is the new sky blue colour, hinting that Google may again experiment with playful hues in its next release. Though it's still early, and official details are yet to be confirmed, the leak provides an exciting preview of what fans can expect.
As always, Google could make design refinements closer to launch. But for now, these images give us the clearest indication yet of the Pixel 10's aesthetic direction—and it seems Google is ready to be bolder.
Google Pixel 10 launch date in India
Google's official teaser for its highly anticipated Pixel 10 series has turned Monday gloom into excitement. The Google Store subtly changed its homepage on July 21 to confirm the launch date and provide the first image of the next generation of smartphones.
The Pixel 10 is prepared to take centre stage at the upcoming Made by Google event, which is officially scheduled for August 20, with the opening of pre-orders on the same day. August 28 is probably when shipping will begin.
Google Pixel 10 colour leaked in India
Peony, Wintergreen, Porcelain, and Obsidian were the available colours for the Pixel 9. The leak claims that the Pixel 10 will only retain Obsidian. It seems likely that Peony, Wintergreen, and even Porcelain, which has been a mainstay in Google's smartphone portfolio for years, will be replaced.
Three new choices—Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello—will take their place. Frost is a gentle, subdued blue that is strikingly comparable to the blue hue of the iPhone 15 from a few years ago. The original Google Pixel, which was likewise blue, is reminiscent of Indigo.
The phone stands out thanks to its rich, deep appearance. What about Limoncello? It's nearly parrot green, more akin to the green of the Pixel 7 than the Wintergreen of the Pixel 9.

Design
According to leaks, the Pixel 10 series will mostly stick to the design aesthetic that the Pixel 9 lineup created. As a result, the iconic horizontal camera bar on the back should be retained, coupled with high-end components including a robust aluminium frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for display protection.
All versions are anticipated to have an IP68 water-resistant rating, guaranteeing exceptional durability.
Although the general form factor is still the same, with glass backs and flat screens (maybe with slightly curved edges on Pro models), minor improvements are expected. Rumours hint at a possible switch to a quicker ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Performance
It is anticipated that Google's in-house Tensor G5 chip, which is the next generation, will be the main attraction. According to rumours, TSMC will be producing this new CPU using a 3nm technology, replacing Samsung as the main chip manufacturer for Google's Tensor line.
According to certain sources, the TSMC 3nm process is predicted to perform 25% better overall than its predecessor, improving efficiency, thermal management, and raw processing power.
The Pro and Pro XL models may have up to 16GB of RAM, while the basic Pixel 10 is expected to have 12GB. It is anticipated that storage options would vary from 128GB to a substantial 1TB, especially for the Pro variants.
Camera
For Pixel phones, cameras are always the main attraction (get it?). The pun?
This also applies to the Pixel 10 series. The biggest purported improvement is the first-ever addition of a telephoto lens to the standard Pixel 10, which was previously only available on Pro models. This could greatly increase the regular Pixel's adaptability.
However, rumours indicate that the primary and ultrawide camera sensors of the base Pixel 10 may be slightly downgraded to make room for the new telephoto lens, using parts from the Pixel 9a.
The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL, on the other hand, are anticipated to keep the same camera configuration as their predecessors, most likely with a 50MP primary sensor, 48MP ultrawide, and a 48MP 5x telephoto lens.
Display
It is anticipated that the display sizes would mostly stay the same as those of the Pixel 9 series, measuring roughly 6.3 inches for the standard Pixel 10 and 10 Pro and 6.7 inches for the Pixel 10 Pro XL.
It is anticipated that the Pro variants would use 120Hz LTPO OLED screens with a reported maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. With improved brightness, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold's cover display is also rumoured to expand to 6.4 inches.
Battery
Battery capacities typically experience slight increases throughout the lineup. The Pixel 10 Pro may have a 4,870mAh battery, while the normal Pixel 10 may have a 4,970mAh battery. According to rumours, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will get a major jump to a 5,015mAh capacity, making it the largest foldable non-silicon carbon battery.
A new "Pixelsnap" accessory ecosystem and support for Qi2 magnetic charging are reportedly rumoured, along with a minor boost in charging speeds.
Google Pixel 10 expected price in India
With an expected starting price of Rs 90,000, the Pixel 10 will compete with the iPhone 16 and the soon-to-be iPhone 17. The more expensive Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL models may cost more than Rs 110,000, solidifying their position as premium flagships.

What is Genie 3, Google's latest interactive 3D AI model?
Google Genie 3, a new AI model that has been unveiled by Google DeepMind, can create interactive 3D worlds. The model will recreate the environment in real time at 24 frames per second, staying consistent at 720p for a few minutes, after users simply submit a text prompt that describes the environment. Unlike earlier versions, Genie 3 supports continuous interaction for a few minutes, remembers where objects were placed, and allows dynamic changes like adding characters or altering weather conditions. According to a blog post that accompanied the release, agents may anticipate changes in the environment and the potential effects of their actions by using world models, which can comprehend and recreate settings. According to the study, 'world models are also a crucial first step on the path to AGI, since they enable AI agents to be trained in an infinite curriculum of rich simulation environments.' The company claims that whereas the interactive window of Genie 2 lasted anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds, Genie 3 offers a 'few minutes' of involvement. Furthermore, if a user leaves a location and returns later, the spot will still look the same because the AI model can be more consistent with graphics. But Genie 3 isn't yet available for public preview; instead, it will be made available to a small number of artists for testing. Key features of Google Genie 3 Rather than producing static information, Genie 3 is a member of a class of AI systems known as world models, which imitate dynamic settings. These models can be applied to robotics, video games, training simulations, and education. Using a suggestion, such as 'a forest during a thunderstorm', the model is supposed to create a playable 3D environment that you can explore with simple movement controls. The video maintains consistency throughout at 24 frames per second in 720p resolution. According to The Verge, that represents a significant improvement from Genie 2, where engagement lasted only ten to twenty seconds. Recall what you observed: Visual memory is one of Genie 3's greatest improvements. A capacity that was absent from the majority of earlier world models is the ability to leave an object behind and return to it later. According to Google, this visual memory lasts for approximately one minute. Set off actual events: According to the DeepMind blog, Genie 3 has 'promptable world events,' which let users add rain, add characters, or transform items by just inputting new commands. Despite significant progress, Genie 3 has several limitations that Google DeepMind is addressing. The model cannot simulate real-world locations with geographic accuracy, and legible text often appears only if it was included in the original prompt. Its range of interactions is currently limited, with multi-agent interactions still under development. While more stable than previous versions, it only supports a few minutes of continuous exploration. The technology also presents new safety and responsibility challenges, which is why its rollout is being handled with a gradual approach.

Google reportedly tests Gemini-powered 'AI Mode' on Android tablets
Google brings AI Mode to Android tablets via app version 16.30 beta, enabling Gemini-powered AI search, image uploads, and Google Lens integration on larger screens New Delhi Google is reportedly extending its AI Mode feature to Android tablets, months after introducing it on smartphones. According to a report by 9To5Google, the feature is available via the Google app version 16.30 beta and allows tablet users to access the same Gemini-powered AI search tools already available on phones. The tablet version of the app had lagged behind in functionality despite benefiting from larger displays. With the latest beta update, AI Mode can now be accessed directly from the home screen or the Discover tab, bringing tablets closer in parity with Android phones in terms of AI capabilities. AI Mode on tablets: How it works Being tested on the Pixel Tablet, the AI Mode shortcut now appears at the top of the Home and Discover tabs, and is also accessible through the Pixel Launcher and home screen widgets. Its visibility can be managed via the Google app settings. Tapping the shortcut launches the same AI prompt bar found on phones, complete with options to upload images and use Google Lens. While the interface is not fully optimised for tablets, portrait orientation offers a more practical layout than landscape mode. Still, the user experience is reportedly smoother than accessing the feature via the browser at AI responses appear in a layout similar to the desktop version, with an emphasis on clarity and visual richness. The feature update is expected to bridge the gap between Android tablets and phones, providing a more unified AI experience across devices. What is AI Mode? AI Mode is powered by Google's Gemini 2.5 multimodal AI model and is designed to make Search more natural and interactive. Users can speak queries, upload or snap photos using Google Lens, and then ask questions based on visual content. The system combines local information, shopping results, and data from Google's Knowledge Graph to provide relevant answers. For example, users can upload an image of a plant to identify it and receive care tips or share a photo of a broken household item to learn how to fix it. As AI Mode continues to evolve, this tablet rollout signals Google's broader strategy to unify its AI offerings across all Android form factors.

Donald Trump's Truth Social launches Perplexity-powered AI search to take on Google
Truth Social, the social media platform backed by US President Donald Trump, has launched a new artificial intelligence-powered search engine named Truth Search AI, as part of its latest effort to challenge the dominance of Big Tech, especially Google. The beta version of the tool went live on Wednesday, with Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) announcing that it has partnered with San Francisco-based Perplexity, a rising AI startup that offers an 'answer engine' rather than a traditional search platform. 'Powered by Perplexity, a software and AI company dedicated to providing direct, contextually accurate answers with transparent citations, Truth Search AI is intended to enhance the Truth Social platform and exponentially increase the amount of information available to its users,' Trump Media said in a press feature is currently available on the web version of Truth Social, with plans to expand to iOS and Android apps the launch mirrors a broader trend of social media platforms embracing AI, including Elon Musk's Grok chatbot on X and Meta's AI assistant on Instagram and WhatsApp, Truth Search AI has drawn attention for the political context surrounding its rollout. Meanwhile, The National, a UAE state-owned outlet, noted that answers generated by the tool frequently rely on conservative-leaning media such as Fox News and Epoch Times. However, tests by 404Media suggested the tool is not entirely one-sided. In response to questions about the US economy and Trump-era tariffs, the AI reportedly offered surprisingly critical responses, citing economic slowdowns and negative impacts of tariffs. Axios reported that the version of Perplexity used by Truth Social pulls from a narrower set of sources compared to Perplexity's public-facing version. A Perplexity spokesperson confirmed that Truth Social is using its Sonar API, a developer tool that allows customisation — including source Perplexity declined to disclose financial terms of the deal, the company clarified that Truth Social, like other clients, has full control over how the tool is set up. The Sonar API, launched earlier this year, includes features specifically designed to let clients filter or prioritise sources, a top user request, according to the partnership comes at a time when AI is playing a growing role in US policy and tech development. President Trump has made AI a priority in his administration, issuing an executive order earlier this year to remove barriers to American AI leadership. Meanwhile, Perplexity has also attracted criticism over its data practices. The BBC, Forbes, and Dow Jones have all accused the company of copying or republishing material without permission. Perplexity has denied the allegations, claiming they stem from a fundamental misunderstanding of how AI and the internet work.- EndsTune InMust Watch
