The Aussie pop duo had been performing in Germany at the MS Dockville festival when one member fell unwell on-stage.
Consisting of Royel Maddell and Otis Pavlovic, footage that was circulated on TikTok appeared to show Royel collapsing to the ground mid-set.
Members of the on-stage live band rushed to help as Royel stumbled backwards with his guitar still on him.
He appeared to fall on his back as gasps could be heard ringing out across the shocked crowd.
The band are yet to address what happened to Royel but concert-goers appeared to suggest that his terrifying fall came just 15 minutes into the band's performance.
Now, the band have broken their silence to confirm they are pulling the plug on their impending gigs following the scary incident.
Writing on their Instagram account, they confirmed that Royel was suffering from a virus as they said: "We are really sorry to say that we need to cancel our set at Lowlands + Pukkelpop festival as Roy has been unwell with a virus since last night's show in Hamburg.
"We were really looking forward to playing for you and hope we can see you at one of our other shows soon.
"Thank you for all your support always [pink heart emoji] Roy + Otis."
The group have been working together for the past six years but have only found mainstream success in recent years.
In January 2024 they were named as an Artist to Watch by the Grammy's.
Their viral cover of Sophie Ellis-Bextor's Murder on the Dancefloor became a chart hit in Australia.

On Sunday, she shared more videos and snaps from the getaway, and surprised her followers by sharing a picture with Molly-Mae. Molly-Mae, 26, was also staying at the resort with partner Tommy Fury and their daughter Bambi. In the snap, Stacey wore a red swimsuit with a pair of ripped denim shorts over the top. Meanwhile Molly-Mae wore cream joggers with a matching T-shirt. The women looked delighted to be in each other's company, and Stacey captioned it: "Got to spend the first part of our holiday with @MollyMae, @TommyFury and Bambi. Bumped into them at dinner one night and fell in love. "Genuinely the nicest, most down to earth family. And Bambi omg I can't. Just the most kind hearted little one. Rose was gutted when she left! "Can't wait for them to come to pickle cottage." She also posted a snap of her son Leighton, 12, posing for a snap with boxer Tommy, 26, and a pal, writing that they were "buzzing" to meet him. Molly-Mae then re-shared Stacey's post alongside a love heart and teary eyed emojis. Molly-Mae accused of 'always moaning' as she claims not to have done 'one fun thing' this summer despite holidays Earlier in the trip, Stacey showed off her bikini body in a series of snaps by a pool waterfall. In the pictures, she wore a black bikini with her blonde hair down around her shoulders. She penned, in part: "My body looks a little different to last year's summer holiday. "I am actually so proud of myself because I've stuck to my weight training consistently since February. Stacey Solomon's cleaning tips IF you want a home that gleams like Stacey's, you'll need to listen up! Label Everything: Stacey swears by the power of labelling. From pantry jars to storage bins, clear labels help keep everything organised and easy to find. Daily Tidy Routine: Dedicate 15-20 minutes each day to tidying up. This prevents clutter from building up and makes weekly deep cleaning less daunting. Baking Soda Magic: Stacey uses baking soda for a variety of cleaning tasks. It's great for deodorising carpets, cleaning grout, and even freshening up mattresses. Upcycle Containers: Repurpose old jars, tins, and containers to store cleaning supplies, craft materials, or kitchen ingredients. It's both eco-friendly and cost-effective. Shine with Vinegar: White vinegar is a staple in Stacey's cleaning arsenal. It works wonders on windows, mirrors, and even limescale build-up in kettles. Make It Fun: Turn on your favourite music or podcast to make cleaning less of a chore and more of a fun, productive activity. Use a Toothbrush: For those hard-to-reach spots, a toothbrush can be an excellent tool. Use it to scrub grout lines, around taps, and in other small crevices. Declutter Regularly: Stacey advises a regular declutter session to get rid of items you no longer need. This keeps your home neat and creates more space for the things you love. Air Fresheners: Create your own natural air fresheners using essential oils. Stacey loves using lavender or citrus oils to keep her home smelling fresh. Microfibre Cloths: These are essential for dusting and cleaning surfaces without leaving streaks. They are reusable and can be easily washed. Incorporate these tips into your routine for a cleaner, more organised home, just like Stacey Solomon's! "Kept quiet and just got my head down & kept going. I genuinely only do it because I want to be so strong. Like boss b***h strong. "I want to forever be able to pick up my babies with ease & carry double buggies on my shoulder when necessary." Stacey continued: "I feel so much stronger this year which is so empowering & yes my body has changed but honestly I loved my body aesthetically last year as much as I do this year. "I've always been beautiful no matter what shape or size. "So I suppose what I'm trying to say is… Don't commit to fitness just for the looks. "Do it so you can wrestle your 17 year old & carry all three of your toddlers in 40• heat & you'll enjoy the journey more." 5 Stacey showed off her bikini body earlier in the trip Credit: Not known, clear with picture desk
