The numbers were not considered good because, being a pan-India release, it did not mint as much as expected, especially in the Hindi market. Following day 1, on day 2 and 3, War 2 earned Rs 57 crore and Rs 33 crore respectively. On day 2, the movie witnessed a 50 percent hike in the Hindi market as it collected Rs 44 crore. With this, the total collection of War 2 has reached Rs 192 crore. It now seems that the film is struggling to touch the Rs 200 crore mark.
