He further claims that Richards has been covering the expenses.
In addition to seeking spousal support, Phypers is requesting that the court confirm ownership of several assets, including power tools, a 2018 Indian Dark Horse motorcycle, and a Ford Shelby GT500.
This marks the second divorce for Richards, who previously ended her marriage to actor Charlie Sheen. Phypers, a former actor and businessman, was also previously married to actress Nicollette Sheridan.
