RHOL: Everything To Know About Karen Loderick-Peace
One of the new London housewives hitting our screen is fashion designer Karen, who is fast becoming a fan favourite with her hilarious one liners and outspoken nature. As it turns out, Karen is just as excited as fans are for the city to be getting it's own show. 'We're honoured to be part of the Housewife Olympics – and London is officially in!' she laughs.
Here's everything to know about Karen Loderick-Peace – including where she's from, her ties to the world of football, and which reality TV shows you might recognise her from…
Karen Loderick-Peace is one of the new Housewives appearing on season one of Real Housewives of London. This isn't her first time joining the world, though, having already made her mark on the Housewives of Jersey. If Jersey isn't your thing, you might also recognise her as the uber-rich friend of Lystra Adams, who flew her to Malta for a Real Housewives of Cheshire girls' trip a couple of years ago.
Originally from Jamaica, Karen moved to the UK in her 20s. She owns properties in London, Barbados, and Jersey, so she's no stranger to spending time abroad. In the first episode o_f RHOL_, fans saw an insight into the star's brand new home she's building in London – and it's looking glam.
As well as being a well-seasoned Housewife alum, Karen is a fashion designer and businesswoman. She's currently preparing to launch her own fashion label, reflecting her passion for style and design.
Yes – and her husband is a pretty well known name. Karen is the wife of former West Bromich Albion F.C chairman Jeremy Peace, often seen by his side at The Hawthorns. The couple share three children together, two daughters and a son, who are all at university.

Revealing that her family will be joining her on the show, Karen shares, 'My husband has been in the football world for many years, but always remained very private. For me, I had to chat with them all. I talked to God first, and then I spoke to them.'
But while viewers caught a glimpse of Karen's daughter, her son won't be joining the cast… For now.
'My son is not on the show. He said 'Give me some time.' He might, or he might not But my husband and my two girls are supporting me on the show, which is beautiful.'
Of course. Having been in the world of Housewives of years – and indeed, attended BravoCon – Karen is well acquainted with the franchise's famous faces.
She's good friends with _Real Housewives of Dubai'_s Lisa Milan, describing her as being 'like a sister.' Opening up about meeting some of the girls at a hotel during BravoCon, she adds, 'The OGs are the best. Their feet are solid on the ground, and they did not disappoint. Kyle Richards [from Beverly Hills ] was so sweet and humble. I like the Orange County girls as well. They bring the tea, they're the original one liners!'
'Watching other franchises and having been at BravoCon, it's an amazing platform for women to put themselves out there. There are some cons that come with it, but it wasn't hard for us to say yes because we've seen so many other franchises. We've seen so many women walk the walk before.'

Speaking in the first episode, the 50-year-old, Panthea confessed that she once went on a mega shopping spree in luxury department store Harrods after learning her husband had been unfaithful. In one scene, the reality TV star was seen shopping with a friend. She said: "I have shopped so much in my lifetime, that now going shopping is a chore. "I spent £140,000 in one go in Harrods, which back then, is the equivalent to shopping three-hundred-and-something thousand." She went on: "I literally took that Amex and I was cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. ''What an idiot I was. I should've taken the money and bought an apartment and be renting it out now." On the Real Housewives of London After Show, Panthea also told co-star and friend Nessie Welschinger: "I married a very wealthy man and I found out that he had got somebody else pregnant at the same time as me. "I went to Harrods and blew £150,000 in one go." A shocked Nessie responded: "That was a revenge shop!" The Real Housewives of London, First look trailer Some of the follow co-stars also had something to say about the bizarre revenge tactic. Amanda Cronin and Karen Loderick-Peace discussed the shopping spree, but suggested she could've used the money in a better way. Karen said: "Make it make sense... clothes? We don't mind, but we like assets." Amanda added: "We like property, art, jewellery, cars are an asset if you buy limited. My Bentley's limited." She went on: "A piece of clothing really isn't an asset, it's just a piece of cloth. It was overpriced in the first place. "If Panthea's spending that money, I bet now she might think she'd spent it in a more intelligent way." The mum-of-four - who shares three kids with lawyer Ed and an adult son agreed from the previous relationship, said: "It's not flexing, it's regretting." Panthea doesn't work, having shared with Grazia during an interview: ''I've been privileged enough never having to work, and then I got married to someone who was very wealthy, who bought me Chanel and flew me on Concorde back in the day.'' 'London has big heels to fill' THE Real Housewives Of Cheshire's Lauren Simon, 53, says . . . "We've bared our souls on Cheshire – divorces, marriages, vow renewals. London has a lot to live up to but they're going to smash it. I've met Amanda Cronin – beautiful, feisty, not afraid to marry and divorce as a hobby. Karen, who once filmed with us, is quietly confident. I'll never forget watching her eat a fish eye in Malta. Good luck, London – you've got big heels to fill.'

'I'm a mum with kids and two XL Bullies – Karens need to stop telling me to get rid'
A mum-of-two has hit out at 'Karens' telling her to get rid of the two XL Bully dogs she has had since before her children were born – and people have sprang to her defence A mum is "fed up of Karens" telling her to get rid of her beloved XL Bullies.. Emma Davies has hit back at commenters who say the dogs are dangerous in a post mocking the suggestions she get rid of them. She said: "I know they look all cute and they look really happy and we do really love them. When we go them we were just a couple with no kids, we didn't really have any commitments or responsibilities apart from our dogs. "Then a few years later we got pregnant with our first child and that's when all the comments started. People saying 'are you going to keep those dogs when you're having a baby'. Of course we said yes, we were determined to prove everybody wrong." Emma went on to share that after she had her second baby, the comments continued. She added: "Last year we had our second baby. All was going well until the other day when Karen from down the street decided she wants to stick her two pence in. "She loudly announced to us that we are really bad parents by having those dogs in the house with our kids. "That really made us think that because we've got these two dogs and kids, we really should get rid of them because Karen from down the street told us so. Emma has decided she will not be getting rid of the two dogs any time soon – and shared the conclusion she came to after the run-in with the rude neighbour. She concluded: "In reality, we all know that nobody listens to a Karen. We're gonna stick two fingers up to her and we're going to keep them. Sorry, but how could you actually hate those little faces." Kobe and Luna, the two XL Bully dogs featured in the Instagram post, split members of the public. One viewer praised Emma for raising the dogs right, writing: "Those dogs are happy as anything and very well looked after to." Another added: "Dogs teach our kids so much more than Karen's can even comprehend. I would trust a bully far more than some smaller breeds." A third disagreed and argued the dogs are still "unpredictable," writing: "Your two kids deserve to be safe. The dogs look gorgeous and I know you love your dogs. "However, I wouldn't take a chance on them turning on the children. It's not just these dogs as any can be unpredictable but I agree with Karen." XL Bully ownership is now restricted under a UK law which passed in December 2023. It is now illegal to sell XL Bullies and those who do own the breed must have a valid certificate of ownership.

In 2019, she was diagnosed with stage three bowel cancer, and underwent radiotherapy and surgery. The cancer then spread, requiring six months of chemotherapy, before she received the all clear in July 2020. However, she has suffered repeated bowel and bladder issues in the years since, as well as a bad cough and sore throat. Karen explained that she forgets what she is going through when she performs on stage. Going to the festival was a last-minute decision, but she already wants to come back next year. She added: "No word of a lie, going up to Edinburgh is the furthest I have been in about 12 years. Going up to Scotland in itself was an achievement. "When I am on stage, I feel happy and I forget my journey. When the audience laugh at your misfortune, they get it. "The people of Edinburgh were so lovely. I got lost several times and the amount of people that helped me were so friendly. "Everyone was so kind and supportive. I hope to do the Fringe again next year all being well."
