Inside Lindsay Lohan's transformation from wild child to married mum as she reveals what she would do differently
Now former Disney child star Lindsay Lohan, 39, insists that if she could turn back the clock she would have done things differently.

She said: 'I was always such a 'yes' person to my agents and everyone that no one ever really took the time to ask me, 'Do you wanna chill for a second?'
'And if I knew then what I know now, I'd definitely have used the word 'no' a lot more.'
Over a six-year period, she was arrested a number of times for drink and drug offences.
But the star's life nowadays could not be more different from her hellraising years in Hollywood.
She turned teetotal and removed herself from bad influences in 2014 by moving to Dubai, where she still lives.
In 2022 she married Kuwaiti financier Bader Shammas, 38, and the following year gave birth to their son Luai.
Showbiz feuds
Lindsay now believes her younger self would be 'very proud of the mother and wife that I am today' and added: 'I love it so much. I'm obsessed with my kid.
'The other day I said, 'Luai, don't do that — not a good idea', and now he goes, 'Luai, don't do that . . . ' He mocks me.
'If my husband's like, 'No, Luai', then he listens. But for me, it's like he laughs at me. But I'm fine with it. I love every second.'
Despite being an 'It Girl' of the Noughties, starring in 2004 high school comedy Mean Girls at the age of 18, she jokes she is now just an embarrassing mum who struggles to keep up with Gen Z slang.
Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis delight fans as they finally reunite for epic Freakier Friday trailer
Lindsay said: 'I don't know any cool new words except for 'rizz' [meaning charisma].
'But I would probably say it in the wrong context, like, 'Yeah. That was a rizz day'.'
Stormy love life
Lindsay first found the limelight aged just three, in fashion ads for Calvin Klein Kids and Abercrombie Kids.
After a stint in US soap Another World aged ten, she landed her big break two years later in Disney film The Parent Trap.
Roles in teen comedy films followed — Disney hit Freaky Friday in 2003, alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, then Mean Girls — as she earned three MTV Movie and four Teen Choice Awards.

By now she seemed unstoppable — and in 2004 a dabble in music saw her single Rumors reach No6 in the UK. But in her early twenties, her private life and partying became more notable than her acting.
She became a fixture in LA's nightclubs and made headlines for all the wrong reasons, including showbiz feuds and a stormy love life.
She had failed flings with US rapper Aaron Carter, English singer-songwriter Samantha Ronson and Brit rugby hunk Danny Cipriani.
In 2007 she was sent to rehab after a conviction for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine. There were multiple further arrests over the next four years for violation of probation orders and other offences — plus several stints in rehab.
But then, in a bid to finally clean up her act for good, Lindsay left behind her old haunts to move to the Middle East. She said: 'I get the privacy, I get the peace, the space. I don't have to worry — I feel safe.'
She has also rebuilt her career with a series of films for Netflix including two festive hits — 2022 romance Falling For Christmas, and last year's Our Little Secret and comedy Irish Wish.
Jamie and I have remained in close contact over the past two decades. She's a very important person in my life.

Last year she also had a cameo in a remake of Mean Girls, and she has been welcomed back to Disney, reprising her role opposite Jamie Lee Curtis in Freakier Friday, a sequel to Freaky Friday that hits UK cinemas next week.
Lindsay said: 'Jamie and I have remained in close contact over the past two decades. She's a very important person in my life.
'Working with her again felt like it was yesterday.'
But despite her career revival, she puts her son first when she is working.
She said: 'Time manage-ment is a big part of it, like the timing of when they're going to shoot the film and how it's going to work out for my son.
'That's a big deal because he comes first in my life.'
She also hopes to revive her music career — and hints at a new release soon.
Lindsay said: 'I love making music, it's just the time has to be right. I have to have a certain amount of downtime to discover what story I want to tell through my music again.'
But unlike her old self she is in no hurry to impress.
She said: 'There's no need to rush. Because my life was so busy then, I never took the time to pause.'

Bianca Wallace's sister launches blistering attack on Ioan Gruffudd's ex Alice Evans over 'toxic lies'... as she issues stark warning
Bianca Wallace 's sister has accused Alice Evans of trying to 'cause damage' as she launched a vicious tirade against Ioan Gruffudd 's ex, days after her sibling revealed she has been the target of death threats on social media. Bianca, 32, who is expecting her first child with Ioan, 51, publicly slammed Alice on Instagram last week, accusing her of circulating a 'disgusting, vile story' about them having a three-year affair. Bianca denied the claims and said she has silently faced Alice's 'pathetic narrative' ever since she went public with Ioan in 2021, but felt forced to speak up after online trolls posted death threats about their unborn child. Now, in an exclusive statement to the Daily Mail, Bianca's heartbroken sister, Chanel, 30, has also taken aim at Alice, 56, and has revealed how her family is taking measures to deal with the 'abuse' from online trolls. 'I have watched my sister find the courage to slowly rebuild her life,' she said. In reference to Alice, who was married to Ioan from 2007 until 2021, she continued:'She finally found real love - someone who cherishes and respects her - and yet, for nearly four years, she's been relentlessly targeted with false and toxic lies from someone so clearly trying to cause damage.' Addressing the online abuse, she said: 'Now, to see their unborn baby being threatened? That's not just disturbing - it's inhumane.' Bianca and Ioan wed in April 2025 in a romantic ceremony. Two months later they announced they were expecting their first child together. The Fantastic Four star has two children with Alice: daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11. Since their acrimonious split in March 2021, Ioan and Alice have been locked in a very public legal battle, resulting in slanging matches that have threatened to overshadow their respective careers. According to a new court filing, the Daily Mail can exclusively reveal that Ioan has been granted an extension of his three-year restraining order against Alice as of July 30, and it is in effect until their next hearing on August 12. Addressing the trolls, she continued: 'There is nothing brave about hiding behind a screen to attack a woman, especially one who is pregnant and simply trying to live in peace. This isn't just cruel - it's cowardly.' Issuing a stark warning, she said: 'Enough is enough. My sister is one of the kindest, strongest people I know. She deserves love, safety, and joy - not harassment. 'So does her husband. So does their baby. We won't sit back quietly.' Confirming they have 'received death threats' over the alleged 'affair,' Chanel said that her family and Ioan 'see the abuse' from trolls and 'feel its impact,' and 'will always stand up for what's right - with love, with truth, and with each other.' Ioan and Alice have been embroiled in a bitter legal battle for over four years. The exes last faced off in a Los Angeles courtroom on July 23 where he was accompanied by his pregnant wife, as seen in photos obtained by the Daily Mail. It was supposed to be an evidentiary hearing in which Ioan and Alice were to joust over her demands for him to shell out more than the $4,500 per month he is currently paying her ($3,000 in child support and $1,500 in spousal support). But instead, after a 90-minute delay, the judge ended up scheduling another hearing on August 12 when a date will be set for the case to go to trial and when they will also be discussing the current restraining order. Alice claimed that she and her daughters were recently evicted from their LA home because she couldn't afford to pay the $6,500 per month rent - and she had to 'burn through' her savings to pay living expenses and legal fees. Ioan is fighting his ex's cash demands and in his own court filing, blasted Evans' claims, saying that she 'purposely got herself evicted… intentionally ceasing paying rent and instead taking the children on a vacation trip to Europe.' Her motive, he said, was to 'support her false public narrative of financial destitution in an attempt to further harm my reputation... as a fraudulent way to strong-arm me into paying more support than I can afford.' Bianca publicly slammed Alice on Instagram this week, accusing her of circulating a 'disgusting, vile story' about them having a three-year affair Ioan also maintained in court that subpoenaed bank records show that Evans made more than $130,000 in 2024 and is expected to earn a similar amount this year - a claim that Evans called 'false and misleading.' A few days later, on July 28, Bianca spoke out on Instagram with a lengthy caption that accompanied a screenshot of some of the hate she has received. She penned: 'I have ignored this truly pathetic narrative for nearly 4 years now because of how utterly ridiculous and clearly insane it is. 'But threaten my innocent, unborn baby and the time for ignoring is up! Absolutely no one will ever threaten my baby over a made up story about an affair that literally never happened! No way.' Responding to Alice's claims directly in her post, she continued: 'In October 2021 my husband's ex made up a disgusting, vile story about my husband and I having an affair. 'For 3 years and 9 months the narrative as been ongoing, making people like "rivqah2020" message me, and now my unborn baby, threats like this. 'The TRUTH has been set in black and white, in clear evidence, under oath numerous times, and all available in public record.' She added: 'I will not have my innocent baby born into this completely intentional manufactured drama. This has all got to end now, and it needs to end with the truth and facts. 'My husband and I haven't deserved one second of this, and now, our unborn baby is being threatened and attacked. Absolutely no f*****g way! I know that I speak for so many people out there who have lived through this kind of abuse, lies and manipulation when I say we are all sick and tired of the b******t now.'

Woman delays cancer operation so she can go to Eisteddfod
Woman delays cancer operation so she can go to Eisteddfod Maxine Hughes, who appeared alongside Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney on Disney's Welcome to Wrexham, is being honoured at this year's festival Journalist Maxine Hughes delayed her cancer operation to be at this year's Eisteddfod (Image: Eisteddfod) A Welsh broadcaster who featured on Disney's Welcome to Wrexham as a translator for Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney shocked her doctor when she asked to delay her cancer op so that she was able to attend this year's Eisteddfod in Wrexham. Mum-of-two Maxine Hughes, who is originally from Conwy, was diagnosed with breast cancer late last year after the death of her father. She revealed she has just finished an intensive course of chemotherapy and faces a double mastectomy immediately after the Eisteddfod. After a year of significant challenges, Maxine told BBC Radio Wales it was a "dream come true" to be at the Maes to receive her honour. The well-respected journalist, who lives in the US with her family, said her doctor back home was a "bit perplexed" when she asked whether the surgery could be delayed so she could attend Wales' biggest cultural festival. "The surgery was due to take place this week but I was able to explain to the surgeon that I needed to be here and he agreed to put it back a week," she said. Speaking on the Maes she said she was incredibly proud to accept the invitation to be the leader of the Wales and the World at the Eisteddfod and inducted into the Gorsedd, an honour recognising her contribution to the nation. "I was in hospital when the email came that I was to be inducted into the Gorsedd," Maxine said. Read the biggest stories in Wales first by signing up to our daily newsletter here "I nearly fainted I was so happy. "It is such a great honour to be recognised by the Gorsedd, and as Leader of Wales and the World this year, and even more significant because the Eisteddfod is in Wrexham. I am so proud my father's family is from Wrexham and he would have been even prouder that this is happening here, his home town," she said. Maxine was a translator for the Wrexham FC owners on Welcome to Wrexham (Image: Eisteddfod) Maxine also put to bed rumours that Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will make an appearance at the Eisteddfod. She appeared on their hit Disney show Welcome to Wrexham and would tease the pair as they struggled to come to terms with some Welsh phrases. "They are busy preparing for the new season in a new league and their focus is all on the club." she said. "What they have done with the club has been fantastic and I appreciate what they have done for the city." Article continues below Maxine added that she looks forward to the Eisteddfod every year. "I aim to come back to Wales in August with the boys to see the family members and go over to the Eisteddfod wherever it is being held," she said.

Disney princess REFUSES to take picture with theme park guest for shocking reason
A former Disney princess has revealed the shocking moment she refused to take a picture with a theme park guest after he proudly showed off a highly-sexualized tattoo of her character. Katrina, who portrayed Princess Rapunzel during her Disney College Program, took to TikTok to detail the unsettling encounter inside the Town Square Theater. She explained that the male adult guest approached her during a quiet period. 'I was 19 years old,' the content creator began. 'A man came in during our fireworks set... he was the only guest in the room. So it's just this man, the princesses, the photographers and the attendant.' Katrina said the man approached her and asked to show her a tattoo - but, at first, she thought nothing of it. 'A lot of people get Disney tattoos and they want to show you. Totally fine,' she shared. But what he then revealed was anything but innocent. 'He shows me the tattoo on his arm… and it is a risqué - to say the least - photo of Rapunzel,' she said. 'With only her hair covering her bits. And some suggestive adult things going on.' But the Disney princess quickly realized that it was not just the one wild design he had inked on his body. 'This guy's whole body is covered in tattoos like that of the princesses,' she detailed. Next, he asked her for a hug, to which Katrina declined. 'And then he said, "Well, can we take a picture?" And I said, "No. No. None of us are gonna take a picture with you,"' she shared. It was at this point that she broke character and explained the situation to the character attendant. 'I'm like, "You need to get a manager. This guy needs to cover up. None of us need to see photos like that of our character. Or give him a hug. Or don't need the character taking a picture next to that kind of a tattoo,"' Katrina detailed. She described how she felt in the moment: 'Red flag, red flag, sirens going off.' Eventually, a manager at Disney came in to intervene - offering the guest a voucher for clothes to cover up his body art. But he became increasingly disgruntled. 'He was not understanding why we were not so psyched to see him or falling all over him,' Katrina shared. 'I don't know what he thought would happen. I genuinely do not.' Dozens of people in the comments were just as horrified by Katrina's encounter. 'Immediately no. He knew what he was doing, going to the meet and greet when no one else would be there…' a user wrote. 'And in Disneyland, surrounded by children,' someone simply stated. 'Love that there are these rules. Happy he was told the issue. Hate how someone like him didn't see an issue,' another shared. 'Who even agreed to tattoo those, too?! Unbelievable,' a user questioned. 'I would be uncomfortable too, you are correct,' a person affirmed.
