Thieves break into Laurence Escalante's Mykonos villa and steal designer watches, clothing and cash
The thugs broke into his mansion during his first night on the Greek island and stole a collection of designer watches, clothing and cash, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to the Daily Mail.
According to reports, the 42-year-old was also seen donning a $1 million Richard Mille x Pharrell watch while partying at Scorpios Beach Club.
Mr Escalante has posted several videos to his Instagram of he and his friends partying in the French Riviera and Greek Islands on a luxury mega yacht.
The father-of-four is the founder of Virtual Gaming Worlds, an online casino company worth more than $6 billion.
His majority stake in the company has seen his net worth rise to $4.37b.
'I'm just a kid from Perth with immigrant parents who grew up, had an idea, invented something and kept trying,' he told The Australian earlier this year.
'This is my fourth or fifth business, I'm just like a lot of other people, having a crack.'

A Russian influencer broke her spine while attempting the viral Nicki Minaj stiletto challenge that has become popular on TikTok. Mariana Barutkina, 32, an aspiring content creator with just over 1200 followers on Instagram, tried the Super Bass singer-inspired trend shortly after giving birth. However, it didn't go as expected, and she ended up back in the doctor's office after a frightening fall from her kitchen counter. A clip shared on Instagram by the new mum shows her attempting a one-foot squat in heels on a baby formula container, balanced on a sauce pot atop a marble-topped kitchen island. The pot slips, causing the self-described 'newbie mommy blogger' to fall backwards off the counter and onto the ground behind her, which caused her serious injuries. 'I decided to start blogging, the first content shoot – and here I am leaving the doctor diagnosed with 'Th9 compression bending uncomplicated fracture of the body',' she wrote in the caption of the video, which now has over one million views. 'The irony? Karma? Or just life, which always tests our strength at the most unexpected moment.' Pamela Anderson believes she has "cracked the code" for living with social media without getting "depressed". The former Baywatch star, 57, fears many people get stressed out by platforms such as Instagram because they have the ability to create the perfect version of themselves through editing tricks - but Pamela is adamant she looks exactly the same as her pictures in real life and it means she doesn't have to "fret". She told Glamour magazine: "We're going through a time when people are taking a lot of pictures of themselves, there's a lot of social media, but they don't really look like their social media. "I've cracked the code: I actually look in the mirror like I do on social media. Then you don't have to get so depressed. Or [if] I see a bad picture of myself, I don't fret over anything like that anymore." She went on to add her new state of mind is linked to her decision to scale back her use of make-up, adding: ""Maybe it's accentuated or maybe it's not relatable because I've been in this business, but I think people can relate a little bit.
