Kim, also 44, is scheduled to testify about events that occurred on Oct. 3, 2016, when she was robbed at gunpoint of over $10 million worth of jewelry—including a 20-carat diamond ring from then-husband Kanye West—at the Hôtel de Pourtalès in the French capital.

For Kim, the robbery was "the scariest thing" she's ever been through in her life.
"Right as I was about to fall asleep, I heard guys running up the stairs," Kim recalled in an October 2019 episode of Felony Files. "They wanted my ring and my jewelry, so I didn't fight back. I just gave them everything and they tied me up."
She continued, "That ten minutes really changed my whole life."
In fact, Kim steered clear of visiting the City of Lights until June 2018. The armed robbery also led her to change her approach to security—refraining from broadcasting her location on social media—and become more reserved with her choice of accessories.
"After I was robbed in Paris, I haven't bought jewelry," Kim shared in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians. "I was ready to give it up."
However, when designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana gave her a diamond cross necklace in 2022 as a thank you for serving as a creator director one of their Dolce & Gabbana fashion shows, Kim said it "brought a piece of my glamour back to me."
"This symbolized to me more than just getting a diamond cross necklace," she added. "That's why it's so special that I got it back from a really meaningful experience."

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt's Daughter Shiloh Reintroduces Herself With New Name
What's in a name? For Shiloh Jolie, quite a bit. On May 30, Variety reported that the 19-year-old attended French designer Isabel Marant's capsule launch with Net-A-Porter. But she wasn't there as just another A-list offspring. She was a choreographer with a new name. Gone was 'Shiloh Jolie,' who reemerged simply as Shi and reportedly lent her choreography talents to the debut of singer-songwriter Luella's new single, 'Naïve.' This isn't the first evolution of the teen's identity. In 2024, she legally dropped 'Pitt' from her surname, becoming Shiloh Jolie — trimming the hyphen and, perhaps, some history. She's not alone. That same year, her younger sister Vivienne was credited as 'Vivienne Jolie' for her work on the Broadway musical 'The Outsiders.' It's unclear whether Vivienne's new surname has been made official, but the public-facing change was unmistakable. On May 29, Pitt broke his long silence on his lengthy divorce from Jolie. Asked if he felt relief now that the proceedings had ended, he replied: 'No, I don't think it was that major of a thing.' 'Just something coming to fruition. Legally,' he added. Jolie and Pitt share six children. Four still carry the surname 'Jolie-Pitt,' for now. The design included a long skirt and the fabric featured a soft, velvety texture. De Armas accessorized her look with pieces of shimmering silver jewelry, including rings, a statement necklace and earrings. The Oscar-nominated 'Blonde' star's hair was pulled back into a low ponytail with a middle part and wisps to frame her face by stylist Jenny Cho. As for her makeup, artist Mélanie Inglessis defined de Armas's brows, gave the actress a lined, smoky eye and a glossy berry lip. De Armas's look was curated by frequent stylist and collaborator Samantha McMillen, who's also worked with Elle Fanning and styled the actress' 2025 Cannes Film Festival looks. De Armas joined Louis Vuitton as a brand ambassador in June 2023. The actress went on to star in the French luxury fashion house's 'Le Damier de Louis Vuitton' jewelry campaign in September 2024. She often attends Louis Vuitton fashion shows, where de Armas has been spotted in the front row. Ahead of her forthcoming film's arrival in theaters, de Armas spoke with WWD about the process of making 'Ballerina,' her first Oscar nomination and her goals for the future. 'I think I know what I want to do, and I also want to be surprised,' de Armas said. 'I want things to come my way. And sometimes you get in that dynamic of project after project after project, and you are doing a project while you're reading the next thing. It works better for me if I just take my time and just see what I really want to do.' 'Ballerina' follows the origin story of Eve Macarro (de Armas), an orphaned ballerina assassin who sets out to avenge her father's death. The film hits theaters June 6. Former Boston big man Guerschon Yabusele on season with 76ers, stint with Celtics
Former Boston big man Guerschon Yabusele on season with 76ers, stint with Celtics Former Boston Celtics big man Guerschon Yabusele returning to the NBA last season was one of the best comebacks of the season, and fans of the Dancing Bear were happy to see him back in the league. But the moment was not lost on the French forward after a half-decade spent playing abroad, and wondering if he might get another crack at the Association. "I think the main thing for me when I decided to go back to the NBA was to enjoy this time," said Yabu in a recent interview with the Basketball Network. "Because the first time when it stopped, I didn't realize it stopped that fast, but when it did, it took me five years to come back." "So I really decided the main thing was to go over there to enjoy it, to really gain experience and try to get better. I was happy that I was able to perform," he added, alluding to his season with the Philadelphia 76ers. "Obviously, that's not the season that everybody thought we would have at the beginning of the season." How Yabusele sees last season with the Sixers "Injuries are part of the game," offered the Philly big man. "You've got to learn and try to get back to it and get better. I think having Joel (Embiid) back, Paul George, this is going to be big for us. And when we had those guys, and we had that run, we felt that we could beat everybody." "That was really interesting, to have that part of the season, because at least people know that if they (were) healthy, that would have been a different scenario," suggested Yabusele. On how he stayed motivated in his limited run with Boston "Everybody has got to understand that it's hard, first of all (...)," he explained. "I remember ... I was playing a lot of minutes ... in France and in China, so my whole life I play minutes, so going for playing let's say like 20 minutes to zero minutes, it's a shock. So my first season, I had to to go through this and and it's pretty hard. It was hard for me to find the balance mentally because you you have a lot of questions." "Especially (because) I was drafted in first round at 16, but also also it comes from having the the right people around you that keep you motivated. You don't want to have somebody that asks you the question, 'Why don't you play?,'" said Yabusele. "You want somebody to just say, 'You know what, keep working, it's going to come.'" "I remember for me, we had a couple of guys in my situation. We had Semi Ojeleye, Daniel Theis, Shane Larkin, Abdul Nader. So we had a couple of guys that we could, let's say, help each other (...) I got so much experience from that because I was lucky enough to be with the Celtics, and we made the conference finals two years in a row." What's next for the Dancing Bear It remains to be seen what the future holds for Yabusele with his deal with Philly last season for just a single season. But with the way he played for a decimated Sixers squad, he doesn't expect to return to Europe -- nor should he, with 11.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game having been logged with Philadelphia in 2024-25. "My plan is to try to get another contract in the NBA," said the former Boston forward in an interview with Basketnews. "I don't want to lie. "But I do keep an eye on the EuroLeague for sure, just to see how it's going, what the level is like."
