Hollyoaks - cast member cull
HOLLYOAKS beauty Chelsee Healey has dropped the biggest hint yet she's been axed from the soap - yet what's happening at the Channel 4 show?
Earlier this year, the Channel 4 soap was forced to address the cull of cast members.
It came after The Sun was first to report Hollyoaks bosses plan to kill off a whopping 20 cast members.
Now Chelsee, who recently took time away from her role as Goldie McQueen to give birth to her second daughter, has now made a cryptic move on X.
The Manchester lass, 36, re-posted a picture of her character crying to her page.
It came after Stephanie Waring, famed for her 28-year-long role as Cindy Cunningham, confirmed that soap bosses had axed her as part of the 20-person strong cast cull.
Another big name set to quit for good is popstar turned soap star Jamelia.
The soap's resident hunk and TV favourite Owen Warner has also left the show amid the cuts with fans left devastated to say goodbye to his character Romeo Nightingale.
Jamie Lomas has also quit the show and will depart his Warren Fox role soon.
Haiesha Mistry famed for her role as Yasmine Maalik has also left after seven years.
'We did the surrogacy thing to help people because when we started, not many people had done it before so there were loads of questions I wanted answered.
"I feel like we did that and that is covered now.'
Asked if he would do a family reality show, he said: 'No, I don't think I would be up for that because I do like to have my private life. It's too exposing.'

Luis Diaz's partner posts 'goodbye to Liverpool' as Reds star eyed by Barcelona

Luis Diaz has been linked with summer moves to Barcelona and the Saudi Pro League, and his partner's Instagram activity has got many Liverpool fans feeling he could be about to leave Luis Diaz's partner has turned heads by posting what many are determining to be a goodbye message to Liverpool and the club's fans amid speculation linking the Colombian winger with a move away. Gera Ponce took to Instagram to share images of the couple and their young children as they celebrated winning the Premier League title in front of the Kop, as well as video from last Monday's trophy parade in the city. ‌ Diaz was a key player for Arne Slot over the last campaign, scoring 17 times in 50 appearances as the Dutchman used him on both the left of the attack and through the middle, often to great effect. ‌ But despite Slot's regular reliance upon the Colombian, rumours have persisted about the 28-year-old's potential departure from Anfield. Diaz has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona, with sporting director Deco recently confirming that the Catalan giants would be keen on signing him. The former Porto man is also being targeted by clubs in Saudi Arabia. He currently has two years remaining on his contract at Liverpool, and has stated that he would like to stay at the club. ‌ But with Liverpool eyeing a move for German star Florian Wirtz and being strongly linked with Frankfurt forward Hugo Ekitike, they may be tempted to cash in on Diaz should a suitable offer arrive. Gera wrote on Instagram: "To the incredible Liverpool fans. From the first day we arrived, we felt first hand what it means to be a part of this club. We knew the slogan was 'You'll Never Walk Alone', but to hear them sing it with so much passion, support us every moment and show such unconditional love... confirmed to us that here you never walk alone. ‌ "This fan doesn't just support, it feels. And what you have made my boyfriend and our entire family feel is something we carry in our souls. "Thank you for so much love, for so much dedication and for making us feel at home. Being a part of this fan is a privilege. There's no doubt: they're the best in the world. This is a real bond, deep and strong, that reaffirms that we'll never walk alone." ‌ The message, which was liked by Diaz's account, doesn't confirm that the Colombian is leaving of course, and could instead merely be a gesture of thanks to Reds supporters. However, Gera's post was soon flooded with comments from Liverpool fans. One wrote "I hope this isn't a farewell post", with another adding "I hope you're both not wishing us farewell, we love you guys and we want you to stay." Barcelona fans also spotted the post, and were quick to reply and 'welcome' the couple to Catalonia.

Not only that, but she teased that in six months time, the show would be in a "very exciting" place. Jacqueline teased stuff that only she and some of the cast know about, with viewers currently in the dark. While she did not give away who was coming back, she seemed to give away it's more than one character. The star also addressed the rumours that Max will finally reprise his role after leaving the show in 2021. Max and actor Jake were written out at the time, and fans have long called for the favourite to head back to the show. Amid speculation both Max and Lauren's brother Oscar Branning will head to Walford, Jacqueline remained coy over the rumours. She commented: "I have seen the rumours. I feel like you would have to ask Ben [Wadey], I'd love it. They tell us nothing. I feel like they tell me nothing because if they tell me, I will tell the world by accident. ‌ "I know nothing. It's Max Branning. I'd love him back but he's super busy. We'll ask Ben, we'll beg Ben. Where is he?" It's then that the star revealed there were huge things to come on the show, with "exciting" plots unfolding around December time. Jacqueline revealed: "I'm a massive fan of the show. I am so excited for [what's happening], cut to 6 months time, where the show will be [in six months time]. It excites me. You don't know but we know, it's very exciting." Her co-star Kitty Castledine, who plays Lauren's cousin Penny Branning, also teased the big things ahead and promised the show would "keep getting better" from here. Responding about the scenes later this year, the actress spilled: "Yes, it's good. "You don't know." Adding the show was in a really good place, she told us: "It really is and it's only gonna keep getting better."
