The leading makers of foldables are in a race to slim down their devices – not just in terms of thickness but also in weight. vivo exec Boxiao Han shared a video of the vivo X Fold3 and the upcoming X Fold5 being weighed on a scale and the new model is clearly lighter. How light? Well, the X Fold3 is 219g, but no official number was given for the new model – so all we can say with certainty is that the vivo X Fold5 will be less than that. It has been more than a year since the release of vivo X Fold3. Now vivo X Fold5 will be released in June, weighing less than 219g, and will become the lightest big folding machine in the world. The battery is said to have 6,000mAh capacity, 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.
