Grindr's Right Now feature.
Right Now is a real-time feed—separate from the app's main grid that displays profiles—where Grindr users can post text and share photos displayed for one hour, letting other like-minded users know exactly what they're looking for.
'Right Now empowers our users to find exactly what they want, when they want it – without the guesswork,' said AJ Balance, Chief Product Officer at Grindr. 'We built this intention-based feature based on feedback from our community so they can connect with like-minded people without wasting time on mismatched expectations. The response to our initial March launch was so strong we accelerated the global rollout ahead of schedule because it's clear people want this… well, right now.'
Following successful pilots in Australia and Washington, D.C., and regional expansions in early 2025, Right Now is now available to all users globally on iOS and Android. Right Now can be accessed directly from a new entry button on the main grid, through the bottom navigation bar, or from the profile side drawer of the app, leading to a dedicated feed optimized for immediate engagement.
At launch, depending on their location, people will receive a number of free hour-long Right Now sessions per week (refreshed every Friday), with the option to purchase more sessions after using their complimentary ones.

AT&T's $17 Million Data Breach Settlement Offers Payouts Up To $7,500, Here's How To Claim

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) customers, both present and past, stand to receive up to $7,500 as part of a proposed $177 million settlement. This settlement is in response to two significant data breaches that affected millions of AT&T customers. What Happened: AT&T Inc. has suggested a settlement amounting to $177 million. This sum includes $149 million for the initial class-action lawsuit and an additional $28 million for the second one. The first data breach, revealed in March 2024, impacted 73 million account holders, with hackers obtaining personal information and disseminating it on the dark web. A subsequent breach in July 2024 compromised the call and text records of almost all AT&T customers. According to the report by New York Post, the settlement is yet to receive approval, with a final hearing set for December 3 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Customers who had their data compromised can apply for compensation before the hearing. They will be notified via an email from Kroll Settlement Administration and must submit a claim form by November 18. Also Read: GameStop to Pay $4.5 Million Over Alleged Privacy Violations Involving Facebook Data Sharing Customers affected by the March 2024 breach can claim up to $5,000, while those impacted by the July breach can claim up to $2,500. Customers who were affected by both breaches could be eligible for up to $7,500. AT&T will require evidence of losses associated with the breaches. Payouts are anticipated to commence by the end of the year, but may be postponed if appeals are lodged after the hearing. Why It Matters: This settlement proposal comes as a significant development for AT&T customers who were affected by the data breaches. The proposed compensation not only acknowledges the inconvenience and potential harm caused by the breaches, but also serves as a reminder of the importance of robust data security measures for companies handling sensitive customer information. The outcome of the final hearing will be closely watched, as it could set a precedent for future data breach settlements. CTO ALERT: Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. Announces that a Class Action Lawsuit Has Been Filed Against CTO Realty Growth, Inc. and Encourages Investors to Contact the Firm

Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. Litigation Partner Brandon Walker Encourages Investors Who Suffered Losses In CTO To Contact Him Directly To Discuss Their Options If you purchased or acquired securities in CTO between February 18, 2021 and June 24, 2025 and would like to discuss your legal rights, call Bragar Eagel & Squire partner Brandon Walker or Marion Passmore directly at (212) 355-4648. NEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against CTO Realty Growth, Inc. ('CTO' or the 'Company') (NYSE:CTO) in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired CTO securities between February 18, 2021 and June 24, 2025, both dates inclusive (the 'Class Period'). Investors have until October 7, 2025 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit. Click here to participate in the action. According to the complaint, during the class period, defendants failed to disclose that: (i) CTO's dividends were less sustainable than defendants had led investors to believe; (ii) the Company used deceptive and unsustainable practices to artificially inflate its Adjusted Funds from Operations and overstate the true profitability of its Ashford Lane property; and (iii) accordingly, CTO's business and/or financial prospects were overstated. The complaint alleges that on June 25, 2025, Wolfpack Research published a report entitled 'CTO: The B. Riley of REITs.' The report accused CTO of, among other things, 'not generating enough cash to pay its recurring capex and cover its dividends since converting to a REIT in 2021' and instead 'relying on dilution (increasing shares outstanding by 70% since December 2022) to cover a $38 million dividend shortfall from 2021 to 2024,' employing a 'manipulative definition of [AFFO] where they exclude recurring capex, unlike all of their self-identified shopping center REIT peers,' and 'using a sham loan to hide the collapse of a top tenant from shareholders at Ashford Lane.' The report further noted that CTO has just $8.4 million in cash while facing quarterly dividends of $14 million and average recurring capital expenditures of $5.7 million per quarter, along with approximately $12 million in additional planned capital expenditures. On this news, the price of CTO' stock fell over 5%. If you purchased or otherwise acquired CTO shares and suffered a loss, are a long-term stockholder, have information, would like to learn more about these claims, or have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact Brandon Walker or Marion Passmore by email at [email protected], telephone at (212) 355-4648, or by filling out this contact form. ‘This Is a No-Go Zone,' Says Top Investor About Figma Stock

Figma (NYSE:FIG) stock made a splash when it went public late last month, with shares tripling on their first day of trading. But the early euphoria has faded – the stock now trades about 31% below its day-one close. Elevate Your Investing Strategy: Take advantage of TipRanks Premium at 50% off! Unlock powerful investing tools, advanced data, and expert analyst insights to help you invest with confidence. Even so, the IPO was a significant milestone for the design platform, which counts roughly 13 million active users and has delivered steady revenue growth over the past two years, including a 41% jump in Q2 2025. Yet, impressive growth alone isn't enough to sway everyone. Top investor Michael Wiggins De Oliveira, who is among the top 3% of TipRanks' stock pros, warns that jumping on the bandwagon now could be a costly mistake. 'I don't see a clear enough inflection for Figma to maintain its pricing power or growth profile over the next few quarters to justify its current multiple,' Wiggins De Oliveira explains. While the investor acknowledges the 'impressive userbase' and rapid revenue growth, he points to concerns that weaken the risk-reward profile. Chief among them is the growing narrative that AI could erode Figma's competitive moat. With technological disruption moving at breakneck speed, Wiggins De Oliveira questions whether the company can sustain its pace of year-over-year growth. Competitors could introduce advances that replicate core features of Figma's platform, undermining its uniqueness. 'The company is up against a challenging narrative that AI could disrupt much of its underlying offering,' the investor adds, projecting that revenue growth could slow to 30%–35% annually. Beyond growth concerns, Wiggins De Oliveira also casts doubt on the quality of Figma's cash flow profile. While the company posted a notable swing to nearly $100 million in free cash flow in Q1 2025, the investor cautions that the figure may have been flattered by one-off factors tied to its IPO filing. Stripping those out, he estimates sustainable annual free cash flow closer to $250 million at best – a figure that, when set against its market cap, leaves FIG trading at an expensive ~160x forward free cash flow. 'Outperformance comes from patience and picking your spots – and for me, FIG just doesn't make the cut,' concludes Wiggins De Oliveira, who rates FIG a Sell. (To watch Michael Wiggins De Oliveira's track record, click here) For now, FIG is too new to have analyst ratings, but with its IPO, early volatility, and high-profile debate, Wall Street attention is likely to grow in the months ahead.
