Beyond the good cause and the glory of the record, achieving his goal carried plenty of personal weight. With only two flips to go from the record, Richard got emotional and thanked Alexandra for her commitment to his dream, even while she was pregnant. He explained that as he pushed himself through the challenge, he also became an uncle.

Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint Mleux Relationship Timeline

It's not a secret that Formula 1 is full of some of the world's most eligible bachelors, I mean, have you seen Lewis Hamilton? But it's also a hub for some super adorable couples, like F1 driver Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint Mleux. Didn't realize your F1 crush was spoken for? Well, that might be because since Charles and Alexandra, an influencer and Rhode ambassador, were first spotted together in late 2023, they've mostly avoided attending public events as a couple and only walked a few red carpets together. They also rarely post about each other on social media, choosing instead to keep their romance private. Need to know more? Here's a breakdown of Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint Mleux's relationship timeline. Fans started suspecting that something was going on between Charles and Alexandra in early 2023, after the two were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week. At the time, Alexandra's social media was reportedly private and Charles didn't address the speculation until a few months later. Charles eventually put all the rumors to rest, confirming that he was dating someone in an interview in May of 2023. Though he didn't name Alexandra at the time, the two made their debut as a couple a few months later. The duo indulged in some light PDA while attending Day 8 of the 2023 Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The two sat next to fellow F1 driver Pierre Gasly and his girlfriend Francisca Gomes. Alexandra and Charles looked all loved up at the Lakers vs. Portland Trail Blazers in Los Angeles. Charles and Alexandra continued their relationship tour, appearing together at the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague basketball game between AS Moncao and Olympiacos Piraeus. They were snapped sitting on the sidelines enjoying the game. Again, not a hugely romantic outing, but also one very deliberately captured on camera. Cute alert! In April of 2024, Charles announced that he had adopted a puppy with an adorable Instagram post. The carousel of pics mostly featured 'baby Leo' living his best puppy life, but one shot in particular shows him attempting to chew what looks like a woman's hand. Could it be Alexandra? (All signs point to: yes.) Meanwhile, Alexandra posted a TikTok video of her snuggling up to her new fur baby. And she and their pup have been F1 regulars ever since. After watching Charles win the Monaco Grand Prix for the very first time, Alexandra joined her partner at the official Gala Dinner—a rare red carpet outing for the two. She also appears briefly in Charles' official YouTube vlog of the race. If this Instagram carousel is anything to go by, it looks like Alexandra and Charles celebrated the holidays together in Mexico last year. While she made sure to keep her boyfriend off her grid, you can see their sweet family photo (Leo included!) on the second slide. The duo arrived hand-in-hand at a screening of F1 The Movie in Monaco, showing the public that they're still going strong. Sadly, Leo was not invited.

Queen Elizabeth's cousin Flora Vesterberg reveals autism diagnosis at 30

Flora Vesterberg, granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II's cousin, Princess Alexandra, has revealed her autism diagnosis in a powerful new essay. Currently 62nd in line to the British throne, Vesterberg is the thrice-great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. The 30-year-old art historian and broadcaster opened up about her neurodiversity in an article for Vogue published Sunday. 'Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with autism. I've struggled quietly with the challenges of my neurodiversity since childhood, but am now also able to perceive its strengths,' she began the essay. 'Like many women, I only recently felt compelled to pursue a clinical assessment. It followed an urgent need for clarity ahead of beginning my PhD at The Courtauld Institute of Art. As a result of the diagnosis, I feel empowered by having a framework with which to understand my experiences and sensitivities. It brings a sense of relief as well as validation. I know that this will not only help me to be kinder to myself, but also help my community to support me effectively.' Flora, who married private equity investor Timothy Vesterberg in 2020, said she was told by her psychiatrist: 'Nearly 80 per cent of autistic women remain undiagnosed by age 18, a vast number of women on the spectrum are hiding in plain sight.' Vesterberg said she was choosing to reflect on her diagnosis during Autism Awareness Month 'in the hope that I can contribute to advocating for a shift in that statistic over time.' The young royal added that it had given her 'the confidence to seek the right support' as she begins her PhD at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London later this year. 'Whilst my journey with autism feels like it only truly began with my diagnosis, I feel relieved to now have a clearer understanding of my emotional needs as well as the strengths that I should lean into.' Vesterberg already holds a philanthropic role at the Courtauld on the Campaign Board. She is also co-chair of the Young Patrons' Circle of the Victoria & Albert Museum and supports the non-profit Art History Link-Up. Her father, James Ogilvy — the elder child and only son of Princess Alexandra and Sir Angus Ogilvy — reshared a link to his daughter's Vogue piece on Instagram, writing: 'Very proud of you beautiful daughter.'

Jeremy Clarkson fuming at pub dogging site discovery

Jeremy Clarkson has his head in his hands over the discovery that The Windmill pub grounds is a dogging site in Clarkson's Farm scenes released on Friday. Of course The Windmill pub will later become known as The Farmer's Dog. The first part of Clarkson's Farm series four ends with the former Top Gear presenter sharing his frustration about the dogging site as he tries to find a solution. This won't come as a huge surprise to Clarkson fans as he previously has spoken about how he had to tackle the issue on Instagram last year. Complaining to Charlie Ireland, he tells him on-screen in new scenes on Clarkson's Farm: "It's the perfect site. Now this bloody picnic site. Of all the damn things!" Earlier on in the episode, Clarkson is left wide-eyed when his lawyer Richard breaks the news to him on the phone that the pub has an open secret: it's a dogging site. The lawyer explains without using those exact words: "Some behaviours that might put you off eating your picnic." Staring at the camera, Clarkson looks bewildered. "Um," he says. "Sorry, Lisa has just walked in. Is this where there were some public lavatories there?" His lawyer responds on speakerphone saying: "Yes there were some public lavatories there." Clarkson questions him further: "Are the problems centred around activities in the public lavatories?" Watch Clarkson's Farm series four trailer The lawyer is left awkwardly trying to find the words. He says: "Umm... Yes. We have happened to cross some quite interesting photographs which capture certain graffiti and certain goings on." Flicking through the file on the pub, Clarkson finds the details about the picnic site. He says: "Ah, I've just found the photographs in one of these documents. So they drilled holes from cubicle to cubicle?" Richard cracks the joke: "I don't think that was to improve ventilation." Clarkson sums everything up: "Rightio... The cubicles themselves were full of graffiti, strewn with pornography and again faeces. This how the picnic site was being treated. I can now see why the previous owner applied to have the picnic site disallowed. Is that allowed?" He's furious to find out that the previous owner was unsuccessful in sorting the issue. "They knew that this doggery was happening!" Clarkson declares. His lawyer sympathises that there was quite a lot of evidence. Clarkson presses his lawyer on what can be done but fails to find a solution. Over the next few days, Clarkson made subsequent visits to the grounds of the pub where he found evidence that the dogging was still happening. He was informed it was called the "A40 bum club". The lavatories had been demolished though. The presenter sighs as he discovers a lacy thong which he picks up with a twig. "F***ing hell, honestly," he says. "Ah," he says on discovering a condom. The road sign outside of the pub also read: roger my colon. Finally, Clarkson takes his findings to Ireland. The former Grand Tour star asks him: "The lavatories seem to be demolished without planning permission... Then people started going into... The Windmill itself but the pub and the carpark as far as I can determine are not part of the picnic site. If they come here saying 'can we use your lavatories because we spoiled the ones out there dogging and cottaging', you can say no." Ireland delivers the blow to Clarkson. He says: "No I don't think you can. I think there is some wording in one of the agreements, if there isn't any lavatories out here, the owner of the restaurant must provide facilities. It's in there very clearly." No doubt Clarkson's plan of action to bring about change will play out on our screens in the drop of episodes next week. It comes after he had faced a series of set backs in his search for the perfect pub. The first pub he had liked, the Coach and Horses, was in too much disrepair and with more than £500k in repairs to do on the property, he had to begin his search again. The fourth series of Clarkson's Farm will launch globally on Prime Video 23 May.
