Her birthday week holiday morphed into a living hell - as she "couldn't sleep" and was "constantly on edge, checking every corner of my room".
She said: "I thought my life was over."
Natali explained that after a day of sightseeing on March 30, she returned to her hotel room at about 7:30pm and got undressed before laying down in bed.
After 15 minutes of relaxing, she started to notice a "weird smell".
Thinking it might be her hair or the bed sheets, the 32-year-old then made the realisation that the stench was coming from under the bed.
She said: "Jokingly, I thought 'what if there's a dead person laying under the bed?'
"But when I leaned over to check, I saw a pair of eyes staring at me."
Shaken to the core, Natali froze up in fear, thinking that she must have been hallucinating.
She jumped up and got ready to defend herself, hurrying to the corner of the room in desperation.
"And then I just started screaming... A lot of people [next door] heard me screaming," she told The Sun.
The two locked eyes for three seconds - with Natali trapped on the bed in the corner of her room and him blocking the door.
At that point, she thought "my life was over".
"I was screaming and crying. It was like a horror movie. And then he just started to scream."
She claims the ominous figure then fled the scene, leaving Natali still crying out in shock.

She added that neighbouring guests in other rooms could hear her screams and shouted back asking which room she was in.
"People were afraid to go out from their rooms," Natali explained, due to her ominous wailing.
"I was just in my underwear, so I needed to put on some pants before I opened the door and I screamed my room number."
She then met two men in the corridor and begged them for help.
Police were called to the hotel and started to investigate.
They even managed to find a portable charger and USB cable that the perpetrator had left behind.

But Natali's hopes ended there - as she was quickly informed that cops "probably wouldn't find him".
Feeling completely unsafe, she immediately left and took a cab to a different hotel - but was still restless.
She described the rest of her holiday as "five days of horror".
"I'm afraid he just wanted to wait until I switched off the lights, fall asleep and then climb from under the bed and choke me or do whatever," she feared.
"It's like my nightmare."
Devastated, she sent multiple emails to the hotel demanding compensation money for her trauma as well as expenses - including the new hotel she had to book in the middle of the night after her chilling experience.
The investigation proved fruitless after the hotel told her there was no CCTV footage and that cops told them that they were unable to identify the culprit even after taking fingerprints.
"I was like no way - it ruined my birthday trip to Japan... I had severe emotional damage," the tourist said.

Despite defending Japan and claiming that it had nothing to do with the situation, she said that she will never return to the country alone.
"I don't want to scare all girls travelling to Japan - but be cautious.
"Check everything. Under bed, in the bathroom, everything," she warned.
After taking to social media to warn followers about her frightening ordeal, she was met with support and backlash.
She claims dozens of women, Japanese locals and tourists alike, were "telling me their stories, saying that no one takes women seriously".
Natali was accused by many of fabricating her story for attention - but called these comments "disgusting".
"The women who are writing to me, who are supporting me, they are giving me so much power," she said.
Natali has since written to the Ukrainian embassy in Japan in hopes that they will help her obtain a police report - but she has had no response so far.
The influencer explained that she didn't post her story for a month because she was so scared that she "could not speak".
"I'm just starting to speak out now and I'm crying," she said.
Natali sent The Sun video footage of her hands trembling in the days after the horror encounter.

She said that she still has "severe panics" whenever she enters a hotel room, and that the ordeal "absolutely changed my life".
"I need some small light next to me like always, or I'm afraid to fall asleep," she explained.
The nightmare has also put an end to eight years of solo travelling the world.
"Right now I can't [travel] - I have severe panics in hotels," she said.
Traumatised Natali wants the hotel to take full responsibility and receive compensation for the "breach of safety" so that "travellers are more aware".
She admitted: "I am not sure I will see justice."

Ikea has launched a huge summer sale with bargains from 50p
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) IKEA has slashed prices in its huge summer sale - with some items scanning for as little as 50p. The retailer is offering hundreds of discounts on home essentials for a limited time only both online and in-store. You can find your closest store by using the store locator on the website where you will also find the opening times. We spotted a Fejka artificial hanging potted plant that was reduced from £1 to 50p, a saving of 50% on the original price. Punters can make the same eye-popping saving for a sweet pea scented candle, a set of 15 cable ties and an eye-catching dish cloth. Customers can dig a little deeper into their pockets if they fancy a discounted mobile phone holder scanning for £1. A pack of two bamboo coasters are also selling for a quid, as is a smart black cable organiser bag. BRANCHING OUT It comes after IKEA opened its first hotel in Spain, on a very popular holiday island. Las Dunas de Santa Catalina Boutique House is a new two-star hotel owned by the interiors brand to open on Gran Canaria. Don't expect to see any of the iconic blue and yellow designs, however. I did a haul of the new Oxford Street Ikea whilst on my lunch break & I managed to kit out with bargains under £3 The modern hotel, which has adult-only rooms, is more muted in its interiors. A small outdoor swimming pool is lined with sunloungers and overlooked by the hotel restaurant. And outdoor garden terrace is right by the restaurant as well, which serves breakfast. The only nod to the logo colours are in the bedroom, with some having blue or yellow bedspreads. Rooms range from double and triple rooms to ones that have pool or garden views. SHUT UP SHOP However, it's not all good news for fans of the Swedish conglomerate. The famous Swedish homewares retailer has confirmed the Plan and Order point at the Stockport Merseyway Shopping Centre will cease in just a fortnight's time on June 16. The store in Greater Manchester is a smaller outlet than its usual out-of-town locations and is focused on kitchen, bedroom and living room planning. The aim was to provide somewhere for customers to go to get advice and expertise on home furnishing and somewhere where they could design their ideal fittings and get individual 3D interior plans from the interior designers. According to IKEA, the decision to close the store permanently was made due to 'a result of valuable learnings' where the company recognised their customers wanted a different retail experience, more along the lines of Click and Collect and return services. While the Stockport branch will close for good, other Plan and Order points, such as the ones in Dundee, York and Hull, will be adapted to meet those new demands and also include a small range of home furnishing accessories to buy. 4 Punters can nab a tealight holder for only 50p Credit: IKEA

I tried the European train that runs from seaside to city – it felt like a first class flight but cost just £40
This train can make you feel pampered in a way that's unlikely to ever occur on National Rail RAIL-Y NICE I tried the European train that runs from seaside to city – it felt like a first class flight but cost just £40 Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) AFTER tucking into the smoked salmon, pesto and cream cheese brioche handed to me by a smiling attendant, I reclined in my seat while the landscape flashed by. It might sound like the first-class cabin of an airline, but I'm actually on a Polish train. And a first-class ticket, complete with food, drink and a rolling vista of wonderful views, costs around £40 for the 300-mile journey. The British equivalent would be taking a train from London to Glasgow. But you'd need to add a zero to the price at peak times. Gdansk wears its history lightly but respectfully. This is where World War Two started, when the German battleship Schleswig-Holstein bombed the port of what was then called Danzig. There's a huge museum in a slanting building dedicated to the conflict ( which takes pains to concentrate on witness testimonies from ordinary Polish citizens who lived through the war. The sheer size of the tank that sits on a recreated city street puts paid to any Hollywood notions of war being anything other than an exercise in terror. Gdansk's nightlife is every bit as lively as you would expect from a port city, but the cliché of rough sailors' pubs has long gone. The Mercure Hotel offers knockout cocktails in its chic bar, while I also sampled sublime local vodkas to a DJ soundtrack amid the battered Chesterfield sofas inside Bar Lamus. The train south to Krakow takes just over five hours and runs right through the centre of the country. Leaving the Baltic coast, we passed vast fields of racing green, clusters of birch trees, red painted barns and deserted rural stations with flowerbeds outside. Iconic steam train Tornado delights crowds as it powers through Cornwall on rail tour Arrows of sunlight pierced tapering lanes and turned the glossy, depthless rivers and streams the colour of pewter. For a country that has seen so much bloodshed, from a high-speed train, the nation looks ordered, calm and reassuringly familiar — like the landscapes of Lincolnshire or Kent from half a century ago. As I order a glass of white wine, we run through the teeming cluster of Warsaw, with its mowed parks and jumble of new skyscrapers in the background. An afternoon nap was inviting, but I was once again transfixed by the landscapes as we rolled further south. But Krakow is the end of the high-speed line, and so I made my way on foot into the Old Town — a pleasing maze of arcades and courtyards that meanders past the majestic royal castle and cathedral on Wawel Hill and down to the Vistula River. Dinner came courtesy of Pod Baranem ( which looks like a Polish granny's living room but serves delicious plates of local classics such as dumplings stuffed with cottage cheese and roast veal with mushrooms. Back at the funky, loft-style Mercure Fabryczna hotel, I fell into bed feeling I needed to rethink my definitions of luxury travel. You don't need five-star cruise liners or infinite air miles to travel in style. A Polish train can make you feel pampered in a way that's unlikely to ever occur on National Rail.
