How to watch Duke women's basketball vs South Carolina: Time, TV channel for Elite Eight
The Duke women's basketball team has been on top of the world so far this March.
The Blue Devils beat the North Carolina Tar Heels on senior night in Durham, notched back-to-back top-10 victories over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and NC State Wolfpack to win the ACC Tournament for the first time in more than a decade, and then beat UNC again to clinch their first Elite Eight trip under head coach Kara Lawson.
The reward for that effort is a battle against the defending national champion South Carolina Gamecocks, a 33-3 juggernaut fresh off an SEC Tournament victory.
Head coach Dawn Staley and her dynasty looked ready to roll through the March Madness bracket again with their 19-point victory over the Texas Longhorns in the conference title game, but the Gamecocks have looked human in their last two postseason games. The Indiana Hoosiers and Maryland Terrapins played the Gamecocks within 10 points. Could the Blue Devils shock the world and win the Birmingham 2 region?

Clemson vs. South Carolina 2025 game time announced, reactions to the early time slot
Clemson vs. South Carolina 2025 game time announced, reactions to the early time slot The kickoff time is set for Clemson's regular-season finale against rival South Carolina. The Tigers and Gamecocks will meet at noon on Friday, Nov. 29 at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, with the game airing on either ABC or ESPN. It's the third time in the past four years the Palmetto Bowl will be played at noon. Clemson will look to bounce back from last year's 17-14 loss at home, a game that ended the Tigers' seven-game win streak in the rivalry. Dabo Swinney's team will also aim to continue its road dominance in Columbia, where Clemson has won five straight dating back to 2015. With a win, the Tigers would secure six straight victories at South Carolina for the first time since a stretch from 1989 to 1999. The Gamecocks haven't beaten Clemson at home since 2013, and the Tigers will be eager to keep it that way this fall. Along with the announcement of the game time came reactions. Like last year, people are mixed on the noon game. Contact us @Clemson_Wire on X, and like our page on Facebook for ongoing coverage of Clemson Tigers news and notes, plus opinions.

Maryland center Derik Queen praised in 2025 NBA draft by ESPN analyst
Maryland center Derik Queen praised in 2025 NBA draft by ESPN analyst Derik Queen is a potential lottery pick in the 2025 NBA draft because of his skill set, and the former Maryland center recently earned high praise from ESPN analyst Paul Biancardi. Queen was the Big Ten Freshman of the Year, averaging 16.5 points, nine rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks in 36 games on 52.6% shooting from the field. He helped lead the Terrapins to their first Sweet 16 appearance since 2016. The 6-foot-10 standout is highly touted for his versatility on offense and ability to score in various ways. He is a tremendous competitor and demonstrated throughout the year his ability to impact games on defense, traits that earned him a high distinction from Biancardi. Queen, also an AP All-American honorable mention, set the program freshman scoring record (594 points) after registering 12 20-point games and 15 double-doubles, which led all first-year players. He ranked sixth in scoring average among Power Four freshmen. The 20-year-old competed in the combine last month, registering a 7-foot wingspan in the anthropometric measurement testing. He dazzled with that length with the Terrapins, another key trait that makes him an intriguing prospect at the next level. Queen had a tremendous rise up draft boards throughout the season and is on the verge of becoming a first-round pick, as a result. He projects to have a bright future ahead and should fit in well with teams drafting in the lottery on June 25.
