TV legends who played iconic duo reunite in new snap
Katherine Kelly and Julie Hesmondhalgh, two Coronation Street stars, have reunited.
Our hearts are full!
Katherine and Julie worked together on the ITV soap from 2006, when Becky McDonald started working at Underworld alongside Hayley Cropper.
Hayley and Roy (David Neilson) could never have children but throughout their time on the cobbles together, they took in many characters that needed a little bit of a helping hand – including Becky.
After completing some voluntary work with ex-offenders, Hayley decided to give Becky a chance and offered her a place to stay.
Despite a few bumps in the road, Becky grew very attached to Roy and Hayley, admiring their honesty and loyalty.
Katherine remains great friends with Julie and David following her departure from the soap. Recently, she shared some adorable snaps on Instagram featuring her and Julie in what appears to be a recording studio.
The two stars are hugging and smiling at the camera. Katherine wrote in the caption: 'A day spent with one of my FAVOURITE human beings deserves a place on the grid @jhesmondhalgh.' More Trending
Following Hayley's death and Becky's departure, Julie and Katherine have gone on to appear in a variety of dramas.

It comes after Kerry shared a heartfelt post about finding love again ahead of her stint on Celebs Go Dating. Now taking to Instagram she shared a new post which featured an optimistic voice over that read: 'One day, someone's going to come into your life who can't get enough of you. 'Someone who wakes up every day just excited to hear what you have to say and see your face. 'Someone who will make time in their busy schedule for you because you matter to them. 'Someone who will treat you with the love and tenderness and respect that you always deserved. 'Someday, someone is going to come into your life who's going to make every heartbreak and disappointment and tear before them make sense. 'Because if those things hadn't happened, you wouldn't be the person you are today that led you to the moment of meeting them.' Speaking to Closer recently, Kerry revealed her two-stone weight loss as she said: 'I'm slimmer now than I was in Atomic Kitten. I'm getting there emotionally, but physically this is the best shape I've ever been in.' Kerry's has now moved on with Paolo Margaglione after meeting while filming Celebs Go Dating She attributed the weight loss to both the fall-out from the split, and performing three shows a day during pantomime with Katie Price. At the time of their break-up, the reality star confirmed that the fitness trainer had moved out of their home following a 'breach of trust'. However, she has since said that she has come to the realisation that Ryan wasn't for her as she reflected positively back on their separation. Writing in her column for New! Magazine, she said: 'I'm feeling really good going into 2025 - it's going to be a great year. I'm not heartbroken anymore and feel like I know that Ryan wasn't the one for me. 'I'm a single woman and am in the best relationship of my life, which is with myself.' It read: 'Someone who wakes up every day just excited to hear what you have to say and see your face...' Also appearing on Celebs Go Dating are Love Island's Olivia Hawkins, Made In Chelsea 's Sam Prince, Too Hot To Handle 's Louis Russell, and Donna Preston. Donna completed the line-up following Christine McGuinness 's exit, who, after a few days, realised she wasn't ready to date in the public eye. Speaking about joining the show, Donna gushed to The Sun: 'I'm buzzing to be joining the show and to finally crack the code on what men really want, besides snacks and not being asked what they're thinking. 'I'm intrigued to meet new people, but let's be honest, if a date's boring, I won't waste anyone's time.

Charles joined by David Beckham and Meryl Streep to celebrate award winners
Charles met David Beckham, Stanley Tucci and Penny Lancaster, all King's Foundation ambassadors, alongside friends of the charitable body, Hollywood stars Kate Winslet and Meryl Streep, at the St James's Palace awards ceremony. Prizes including Young Entrepreneur and Advocate of the Year were presented by the celebrities including the King Charles III Harmony Award, recognising a long-term commitment to the foundation's mission of creating a world where people, places and the planet can live in harmony. Meryl Streep, David Beckham and Kate Winslet (Chris Ratcliffe/PA) Charles met his foundation's famous supporters and award winners before touring stands showcasing the charity's work, and Winslet smiled as she told him: 'Don't worry, I'll be all in – I've got your back.' Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc hailed the King for his campaigning over the decades on issues like communities, sustainability and traditional crafts that underpin the foundation, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary. His ITV series Raymond Blanc's Royal Kitchen Gardens took him to palaces like Hampton Court and Hillsborough, as well as Highgrove House and the Castle of Mey – places Charles calls home. Blanc, a foundation ambassador, said after meeting Charles: 'I think what the King has done is extraordinary. He's done it for many, many years – from the 1970s, about the same time I arrived in England – and my values are his values. 'There's a deep belief in connecting human beings with communities, with agriculture, with sustainability, management of waste, management of energy, and he has done it for the last 45, 50 years.' David Beckham presents the emerging talent award to Emily Hurst (Chris Ratcliffe/PA) Speaking about filming at the King's Scottish retreat, the Castle of Mey, which once belonged to his grandmother the Queen Mother, Blanc added: 'I really believe he got all his values seeing his grandma in this beautiful space. 'So natural, close to the sea, at the tip of Scotland where there was such a reservoir of natural things.' Blanc's words were echoed by Penny Lancaster who praised the monarch for creating the awards and highlighting the needs of the planet throughout his adult life. She added: 'The King may have been accused of hugging trees and people thinking he was mad when he started talking about the environment all that time ago, but he was at the forefront then and now has been proved right with everything he said and now we're all just trying to play catch up. 'I really recognise the beauty in the way he is trying to get us on board with his knowledge and if we can pass that on to the younger generation, and save some of the traditional skills like we've seen with these winners today, we can all be a part of making a difference.' Charles with the award winners and celebrity supporters of his foundation (Chris Ratcliffe/PA) The King's Foundation, previously known as The Prince's Foundation following an amalgamation of Charles' charities which stretch back to 1990, aims to 'advocate for the change His Majesty wants to see in the world'. The Emerging Talent prize was presented by Beckham, the former England football captain rumoured to be knighted soon, to Emily Hurst who has shown exceptional talent and commitment while on a King's Foundation programme. She recently completed the Chanel and King's Foundation Metiers d'Art Fellowship in Millinery, based at Highgrove Gardens after she had become fascinated with the heritage craft of straw braiding and began learning to produce hats from the material. She said: 'Working at Highgrove was absolutely the best place to be, surrounded by so much inspiration from His Majesty's garden and learning from some of the best milliners with country, I'm so incredibly honoured.'

Brit couple Fiongal and Jamie Greenlaw-Meek are believed to have been the plane and had posted about their "magical experience" in India. Hours before the crash, the pair - who run the Wellness Foundry, a spiritual wellness centre and yoga studio - posted on Instagram about their "mind-blowing" trip. Fiongal said: "So it's our last night in India and we have had a magical experience really, there have been some quite mind-blowing things that have happened." Jamie added: "We really have been on quite a journey, and then just spending the last night here in this amazing hotel, and we have just had the most delicious Tali food. "It was a perfect way to round up the trip. Excited to share it all with you." A final video showed the pair - who have been together since 2019 - sitting in the airport ahead of their 10-hour flight back to the UK. Fiongal appeared on ITV's This Morning in January to talk about people's auras - with the Wellness Foundry describing it as their "biggest gig so far". Cops said at least 204 bodies have been recovered so far from the crash site. Along with dozens of Brits, 169 Indian nationals, a Canadian and seven Portuguese travellers were also on board. A city police commissioner said there are unlikely to be any survivors - with many passengers still trapped under the rubble. The Dreamliner lost contact just seconds after take-off, according to flight tracking website Flightradar. A final alert was last logged less than a minute after it started the journey from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. It had only reached 625ft at the time, officials believe. Seconds before the crash, the Boeing was filmed flying low over the Meghani Nagar residential area. Moments later, it disappeared behind buildings before a huge blast erupted in the distance. Thick plumes of black smoke could be seen pouring into the sky. UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said: "The scenes emerging of a London-bound plane carrying many British nationals crashing in the Indian city of Ahmedabad are devastating." King Charles also said both he and Queen Camilla are 'desperately shocked by the terrible events in Ahmedabad this morning'. The US-built Boeing 787 is one of the world's most advanced airliners and the accident is the first fatal crash involving the plane. 6 Read our live blog on the Air India plane crash...
