Mr. Dinakar announced that Phase-1 reviews of Twenty Point Programme were completed across all 26 districts. 'The State is transitioning from the destruction under YSRCP to the vision of Swarna Andhra,' he said and claimed that the State had secured investment MoUs worth ₹9.34 lakh crore and was working to generate 25 lakh jobs.
He detailed flagship projects including Amaravati capital development, Visakhapatnam economic zone, Polavaram Project Phase-1 by 2027, and industrial zones in Kopparthi-Orvakal.
He emphasised a shift from YSRCP's 'anti-people, arrogant governance' to 'public participation and policy correction.'
Mr. Dinakar criticised the YSRCP's 'failures' in housing, JJM, and AMRUT schemes, citing inflated progress reports and mismanagement. He also accused the previous regime of misusing ₹96 crore in media surveys and liquor policy corruption.
He affirmed the current government's focus on women's empowerment, decentralised development, and large-scale recruitment drives.
'With Mr. Modi's Viksit Bharat vision and Mr. Naidu's leadership, Andhra Pradesh is being steered towards a $2.4 trillion economy,' he said.

The report alleged that some foreign governments are employing threats, surveillance, or coercion to intimidate critics, activists, or dissidents in the UK. During his recent visit to the UK, Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked his British counterpart Keir Starmer for condemning the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack and stressed that extremist ideologies must not be allowed to exploit democratic freedoms. At a joint press briefing on July 24, PM Modi said, 'We are united in the belief that there is no place for double standards in the fight against terrorism… Those who misuse democratic freedoms to undermine democracy itself must be held to account.' His remarks came amid rising concern over the activities of Khalistani extremists in the UK, who have previously targeted the Indian High Commission in London. Earlier this year, a protester breached security during an event attended by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar at Chatham House in London. Bengaluru Metro: Yellow Line connecting Electronic City ready for commercial operations
The Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) Friday gave the safety clearance to Bengaluru Metro's 18.82-km-long Yellow Line, clearing the way for commercial operations on the stretch. This development comes nearly eight years after the civil works for the Yellow Line were awarded in 2017. The Yellow Line connects RV Road with Bommasandra via Electronic City. A Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) spokesperson told The Indian Express, 'We have received the safety clearance report from CMRS with certain general observations. We will now inform both the state government and the central government, seeking permission to operationalise the line for revenue services.' The official added, 'Currently, we have three trainsets, and three coaches of the fourth train set have been dispatched from Titagarh. The remaining coaches will be dispatched for Bengaluru either today (Friday) or tomorrow and should reach the Hebbagodi depot by August second week.' The fourth train set will also have to undergo signalling and other tests for a couple of weeks before commissioning it for revenue services. BMRCL is eyeing a high-profile inauguration event in August, with officials preparing to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi to flag off the line. A private firm has reportedly been engaged to produce a documentary film showcasing the new corridor, including drone footage of the stations and route, for the inaugural program. The event is tentatively scheduled for the first or second week of August. BMRCL has also drawn up three possible operational plans. The first involves opening the entire 16-station stretch with three trains at a frequency of 24 minutes. The second plan proposes partial operation between RV Road and Bommasandra. The third option is to run services between Bommasandra and the Central Silk Board stations. The Yellow Line has suffered significant delays, primarily due to disruptions in the supply of metro coaches. CRRC, the Chinese firm originally contracted to supply the rolling stock, failed to meet the 75 per cent local manufacturing requirement mandated by the 'Make in India' policy. The issue was exacerbated by the India-China border standoff in June 2020, complications with foreign direct investment (FDI) norms, and COVID-related disruptions. To resolve the impasse, CRRC partnered with Bengal-based Titagarh Rail Systems to manufacture and deliver the coaches domestically. However, visa delays for Chinese engineers and the late arrival of propulsion systems from Japan further slowed down testing and commissioning of the corridor.

PM Modi in Varanasi tomorrow, to launch 52 projects worth 2,183.45 cr
PM Narendra Modi will on Saturday visit his parliamentary constituency, Varanasi, to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 52 development projects worth Rs 2,183.45 crore, focusing on a boost to eastern UP development. The projects will be in key sectors such as road infrastructure, healthcare, education, sports, tourism and urban development. Initiatives include the construction and widening of roads, hospital upgrades, enhancement of educational institutions, improved drinking water and sanitation facilities, These will also boost development of sports infrastructure, establishment of a homeopathic college, construction of paved ghats for religious tourism, expansion of electricity and parking facilities, pond renovation and the setting up of libraries, animal hospitals and dog care centres, said a government statement. The PM will also release the 20th installment of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi, transferring Rs 20,500 crore to the bank accounts of over 9.70 crore eligible farmers across the country. A public meeting is scheduled at Banauli (Kalika Dham) village in the Sevapuri Assembly constituency, where both Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will address the gathering. Preparations are underway and the venue has been divided into 20 blocks, each overseen by dedicated officers, the statement said. This is the PM's 51st visit to Kashi. He is expected to arrive at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport around 10 am, from where he will proceed to the public meeting venue by helicopter. BJP leaders, including Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will receive him at the airport. Extensive decorations are being put in place across Varanasi, including more than 1,000 hoardings, BJP flags and welcome arches at key locations.
