The TV star was spotted taking a refreshing dip after topping up her tan in 40C heat.
Katie, 47, showed off her curves and stomach tattoos in the tiny string bikini while splashing around in the waves.
After cooling off in the sea, the mum-of-five rehydrated with a coconut water, and covered her shoulders with a white shirt.
Katie's Dubai holiday comes shortly after she annoyed her boyfriend JJ Slater by partying with disgraced UFC fighter Conor in Ibiza.
JJ, 31, hit the unfollow button on Conor's account after seeing pictures of Katie cosying up to him.
She posed for selfies and danced among the crowd in her element alongside celeb pals Wayne Lineker, Jamie O'Hara, Dean and Conor on the White Isle.
Conor later posted a photo from the event with Katie, captioning it: "Katie Price Forever."
A source told The Sun: 'JJ had been following Conor on social media for around six months.
"Katie and JJ went to Ireland a few months ago and Katie took him to Conor McGregor's pub and introduced them.
"Katie was already following Conor on socials, and after that he followed her back and JJ also started following Conor.
Katie Price reveals she's secured LOOKALIKE egg donors and American sperm donor in bid to have baby number six
"Now, after Katie was snapped partying with Conor in Ibiza, JJ has unfollowed Conor.
"He didn't like seeing the pictures of them having a whale of a time on the party island, he thought it looked disrespectful.'
JJ, who found fame on Married at First Sight UK, has been dating Katie since earlier this year, with the pair recently enjoying a string of PDA-filled outings.
She has been vocal about wanting her sixth baby and has secured a donor egg.
The former glamour model suffered a devastating failed IVF attempt with her ex Carl Woods, but now has lookalike egg donors and an American sperm donor at the ready so she can welcome a new child into her life when she wants.
She told Paul C Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast: "I had IVF and it failed because my eggs are too old.
"And then I gave it a go even though the doctor said you've got 1% chance of it working, I said well I might be that 1%, I'm doing it.
"So I went through all of it and then it didn't work. I have got donor eggs, I got them last year," she revealed.

2019: Katie was linked to Charles Drury during her on-off relationship with Kris. Charles, who also dated Lauren Goodger, has always denied being in "official relationship" with her.
2020-2023: Car salesman Carl Woods took a shining to Katie in 2020. Their relationship was up and down for three years. They broke up for a final time last year.
2024-present: After weeks of rumours, Katie confirmed her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater in February this year.
"You don't see the picture, but they go on how I look like, the dark hair, green eyes, this Spanish. Because I've got like Italian/Spanish in me."
She went on to say: "I'm not afraid to have a baby on my own and before I met JJ, I was quite happy.
"I found a sperm donor from America, from black origin.
"I'm going through the pre-menopause at the moment, and so I thought, you can't have kids, but you can. and I've been tested.
"I'm all fine. I can still carry babies, so I have got the sperm and I have got the eggs there because I've got everything set up for when I want it."
Katie also broke her silence on her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater.

Watch the moment Katy Perry almost FALLS as prop tilts in the air just a day after Beyonce suffered scary stage moment
KATY Perry fans were left with their hearts in their mouths after she "almost fell" from a giant ball while on stage. The pop star, 40, had climbed into the huge metal sphere during a show when it began tilting dramatically at a strange angle. 7 7 7 An army of quick-thinking backstage crew members raced onto the set in Australia to steady the massive prop so Katy - who was clinging on to the sides - could climb down safely. With the backing music stopped, the crowd could be heard applauding the star and shouting "go, Katy!" as she made her way out and onto the floor. The incident came just one day after Beyoncé sparked panic as a flying car she was riding on during her Cowboy Carter Tour malfunctioned. The red Cadillac began tilting to one side as Beyoncé repeatedly said "stop" into the microphone and the music cut out. Katy was also left hanging in the air during her Lifetimes Tour show at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide. Sharing a video on X, one fan who was in the crowd said, "Wait not katy perry almost falling from the giant ball.. this is scary asf. "Omg it's scarier than it looked." The clip was captioned with, "Katy Perry handled it like a queen." Fans were quick to reply to the footage, with many comparing Katy's lucky escape to Beyoncé's. "Main Pop girlies literally risking life to put on a show!" one said. Beyonce horrifies fans as she suffers mid-air drama in flying car prop during Cowboy Carter show Another added, "She thinks she's beyonce!" A third chimed in, "Beyonce almost fell in her car prop and now Katy with this." And someone else wrote, "Thankgod it didn't happen when she was up in air." Beyoncé's brush with danger came just 24 hours earlier while she was performing at the NRG Stadium in her native Texas. Towards the end of the show, and after an appearance from her daughter Blue Ivy, things took a turn for the worse. During her performance of 16 Carriages, the superstar hopped into a red car which was then lifted high into the air using cables. She pulled on a silver cowboy hat and waved an American flag for her in-air adventures, yet was forced to halt the song as the vehicle leaned dangerously to one side. The crowd paused when she stopped singing and signaled for help, before erupting into cheers as the vehicle was lowered to solid ground. Like a pro, Beyonce continued the song then told her adoring fans: "I wanna thank y'all, for loving me. "If ever I fall, I know y'all will catch me." GOING SILENT Meanwhile, Katy had turned off her social media notifications in the lead up to her gig in Australia. It came after The Sun revealed she has told friends her relationship with actor Orlando Bloom is over. Katy has been in Australia with their four-year-old daughter Daisy, while Orlando jetted to Italy for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding. British actor Orlando was seen cozying up to Kim Kardashian at the extravagant event before being spotted with Sydney Sweeney in Venice. Katy and Orlando were in a relationship for nine years. 7 7
