All westbound lanes on Highway 403, close to Main Street in Hamilton, have reopened after being closed for several hours following a tractor-trailer collision overnight.
The crash happened around 11 p.m. Thursday and Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initially said that three westbound lanes were closed as "clean-up efforts" were underway.
In an update at 3:38 a.m., OPP said the two left lanes had re-opened, while the right lane remained closed.
In a further update at 8:55 a.m. the OPP said all lanes have now reopened.
No one was injured in the collision, OPP said.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was transported to hospital with 'life-altering' and 'potentially life-threatening' injuries. The crash led to the closure of Wilmer Road for several hours but it has since reopened. An investigation is ongoing. The crash site is located approximately 25 kilometres north of Kingston and 145 kilometres southwest of downtown Ottawa.
