Now, the Baahubali team has taken a dig, sharing a post featuring Prabhas and Anushka Shetty.
On Saturday, July 19, Baahubali's social media team posted a hilarious meme, where the iconic duo Baahubali and Devasena were seen in their Baahubali 2 avatars. The post featured the pair imitating Byron and Cabot.
Sharing the picture, the Baahubali team wrote, 'CEO and HR of Maahishmathi," followed by a hugs emoji. Soon after sharing the post, the fans started flooding the comments section with laughter and praise for the team.

Titled Baahubali: The Epic, the re-release will combine both Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which is set to hit the theatres on October 31, 2025. Originally directed by S.S. Rajamouli, the unique edition has been crafted to offer the audience a more impressive experience, combining the two-part blockbuster into one single narrative.

Last Updated: Shekhar Kapur has revealed he was fired from Bobby Deol's debut Barsaat, ending years of speculation about the 90s Bollywood shake-up. Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur has set the record straight on one of Bollywood's longest-whispered rumours – that he walked away from Bobby Deol's debut film Barsaat. The director says the truth is not this. 'I never walked out, I have been thrown out of films," Kapur told Filmfare. 'Barsaat was an idea that was being developed and I think I wasn't quite understanding Dharam ji's ideas. Then Sunny was in London and he called the next guy who took over, Rajkumar Santoshi. So I talked to Raj ji and told him that since you have done films before with all of them, can you talk to Dharam ji? And he said, 'Haan main sambhal leta hoon.' And the next day I found out, he was directing it. That's it. That's all that happened. People say I walked out of it, but let me be honest, I didn't walk out of it. Mind you, I immediately went and made Bandit Queen." In the 1990s, Bobby's launch was treated like the arrival of a future superstar. The younger son of Dharmendra, he was cast opposite Twinkle Khanna, daughter of Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. Barsaat was initially Kapur's project, fresh off his hits Mr India and Masoom. But Bobby says the switch happened after just under a month of shooting. Speaking at the Jagran Film Festival in 2023, he recalled, 'I started shooting for the film very early and Shekhar Kapur was the director. We shot for the film for 27 days. He then got an offer from Hollywood to make Bandit Queen. Shekhar said, 'I will do Bandit Queen and come back to do Barsaat.' But my father told him that he didn't want to delay it. He told Shekhar, 'You go do your film, I will find somebody else.' And I think Rajkumar Santoshi was waiting to direct my film. I got lucky with him." Even on The Great Indian Kapil Show, Bobby poked fun at the shake-up, joking, 'Maybe that's why Shekhar ran away. Shekhar Kapur. He was scared. But then Raj directed the film. But I never thought I was under pressure." Barsaat follows Badal (Bobby Deol), a carefree young man from a small town who moves to the city for college, where he meets and falls in love with Tina (Twinkle Khanna), the spirited daughter of a wealthy and overprotective father. As their romance blossoms, Badal finds himself clashing with Tina's family, particularly her father, who disapproves of their relationship. Wearing dark sunglasses and a tight white T-shirt, he became an internet sensation. The video caught the attention of millions including celebrities like Bruno Mars who reposted it and Rihanna who even wore a Salt Bae t-shirt. Stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio visited his restaurants. He has also been pictured with soccer legend David Beckham and actor Jason Statham. The Luxury Steak Empire Salt Bae's success led to the rapid expansion of his restaurant brand, Nusr-Et. Starting from a single location in 2010, his empire grew to include spots in Dubai, London, New York, Beverly Hills and more. His menu was anything but ordinary. At the Beverly Hills location, guests could enjoy char-grilled steaks like the mustard-marinated Amor, also known as Salt Bae's Private Reserve Cut, thick wagyu Woww steak and the famous Salt Bae tomahawk. According to a report in Eater, the waiter had claimed that tips were pooled but that management kept about 3 per cent before sharing the rest with staff including managers and non-service employees. The employee had also alleged that workers were shorted on pay for breaks and overtime. According to the lawsuit, anyone who complained about not receiving their full tips was systematically fired. Customers also started speaking out. Many said, 'The show looks good. But the food isn't worth it." These accusations added to Salt Bae's growing list of controversies. Public Missteps Salt Bae's troubles extended beyond his restaurants. In 2022, he caused a stir by storming the pitch at the FIFA World Cup final without permission.
