Cameron Norrie takes inspiration from Andy Murray in latest Wimbledon win
To the delight of high-spirited spectators on his favoured Court One, the 2022 semi-finalist delivered, recovering from a slow start to dispatch Italian world number 73 Mattia Bellucci 7-6 (5) 6-4 6-3.

British number three Norrie will take on Chilean qualifier Nicolas Jarry in round four, with two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz a potential quarter-final opponent.
'It's important to use the crowd to your advantage,' he said.
'I was just pulling from random people, getting fired up with them. You can see they're loving it.
'Obviously Friday afternoon, people had a few drinks. I could feel that. Getting behind me. It was nice to see.
'I wanted to try to give them something to cheer about. I think the people quite like it when you look at them and get fired up. They feel like they've played a part in the win.

'I wanted to pull from the energy from not just my team but from some random people in the crowd. I've seen Andy Murray do that a lot in his matches. Yeah, it was so much fun today.'
Norrie, who has plummeted from a career-high ranking of eighth to 61st, conceded he 'stole' an unconvincing opening set from Bellucci on a tie-break after being broken in the opening game.
He gradually took control of a tight contest to enhance his enviable Court One record, having won eight of nine matches there across his career, including his impressive second-round success over 12th seed Frances Tiafoe.
The 29-year-old is also open to returning to Centre Court – the scene of his four-set, last-four defeat to Novak Djokovic three years ago – for Sunday's showdown with Jarry but will not be making any official requests.
'If I'm playing my next match on Centre Court, that's great,' he said.

'I feel there's the tendency to be a little bit more respectful on that Centre Court in terms of energy and crowd, noise and everything.
'I felt like today on Court One, there were a few difficult moments for me that the crowd got really fired up – some love 30 (down), love 40 (down).
'I managed to switch the energy and switch the momentum of the match. I think that was huge to use that today. Yeah, I felt that.
'I obviously played Centre Court a few times. The match with Djokovic, they got loud as well. I'm not saying that doesn't happen.
'I just feel a little bit more on Court One – it's maybe just a little bit biased (because of) winning there and playing well there.'

Dick Bennetts has confirmed the British squad is set to diversify into the code next year, with a number of programmes, machinery, and drivers all currently under consideration. It will run alongside WSR's Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship programme, which has resulted in 18 overall titles since 2009, with four of these being landed by Turkington — the joint most decorated person in the series alongside Ashley Sutton and Andy Rouse. The Portadown man has made almost 570 BTCC race appearances and started 30 of these from pole, chalked up 80 fastest laps, 72 victories and 190 podium finishes. Commercial difficulties forced Turkington to vacate his seat at WSR for the current BTCC campaign, although he hasn't cut his ties entirely, playing a supporting role from the WSR garage, helping with pre-season testing and even deputising for defending champion Jake Hill during Free Practice One at Croft Circuit earlier this month when the Englishman fell ill. To keep himself sharp, 43-year-old Turkington has made appearances at a Britcar and Classic Sports Car Club meet in a BMW E36, as well as the Ginetta Cup in a Ginetta GT4. His most recent track outing came at the Super Touring Power meeting at Brands Hatch, and he was close to winning his sole race at the controls of a 2000-specification, front-wheel-drive Vauxhall Vectra only for late suspension troubles to deny him overall glory. Turkington has already spoken of his desire to focus on GT racing moving forward — and the WSR news has sent the rumour mill into overdrive, with some suggesting Turkington would be a nailed-on choice to help lead the line at British, European or even World level. Asked for his views on the possibility of putting Turkington behind the wheel of one of his cars, Bennetts said: 'It is too early to be talking about drivers for GTs in 2026 at the moment but, naturally, Colin is a champion. 'He has achieved fantastic success and would be an asset to any programme we were involved with going forwards. 'This is the start of a new era for WSR and may surprise a few people – but it is something we have been evaluating ever since we were asked to put together a GT programme a few years ago, but decided it was not quite the right time,' the New Zealander continued. 'GT racing is now at an all-time high, making this the perfect moment to move into the space alongside our BTCC programme. 'By declaring our intentions now, we give ourselves the best chance to be fully up-to-speed by the start of the 2026 season.'

The former Harlequins flyer told the tale on talkSPORT, with hosts Darren Bent and Andy Goldstein cracking up. Powell and Monye were teammates on the 2009 Lions tour to South Africa, where the touring side lost 2-1 to the Springboks. Despite going 2-0 down, Sir Ian McGeechan's side were victorious in the third and final match, winning 28-9. Two tries from Shane Williams and one from Monye himself helped seal the win. A plethora of Welsh players were on that tour, much different to the 2025 edition, which featured only two Welshmen in the initial squad. Speaking to talkSPORT, Monye revealed that ex-Cardiff star Powell got himself into a right pickle during their celebrations. "So, he had had four caffeine tablets, a bucket load of Red Bulls, and then we got into bed at around three or four. "0.3 seconds later he sat bolt upright, because shock horror, he is having heart palpitations. "I can tell this story, because spoiler alert, he's not dead. "So, he woke up, having heart palpitations, I'm not in a fit state to manage him and I'm also not a doctor. So I've left the room to try and find our team doctor who was, funnily enough, asleep. There was no one around. I was frightened. "I go back into the room to not even consider what state he might be in. He's sat on the toilet with his phone in his hand, and his screensaver of his dog. And I was like: 'What are you doing?' "He was saying goodbye to his dog because he thought he was going to die." Article continues below "I just wonder what the stories you can't tell are," joked Goldstein, before all three cracked up. In the game itself, it was Monye who crossed for a try, with Wales legend Shane Williams grabbing a brace. Other Welsh internationals in the squad that day were Stephen Jones, Mike Phillips, Matthew Rees, Martyn Williams, Alun Wyn Jones and James Hook, although the latter did not come off the bench.
