NEET UG Counselling 2025:
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will open the registration window for Round 1 of NEET UG Counselling 2025 on July 21, 2025. This counselling process is being conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses in medical and dental colleges across India under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and other central institutions.
Approximately 12.36 lakh candidates have qualified the NEET UG 2025 examination, competing for around 1.18 lakh MBBS seats available across 780 medical colleges nationwide. The NEET UG Counselling 2025 will be conducted in four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and a Stray Vacancy Round.

Counselling authority and participating institutions
MCC conducts counselling for the 15% AIQ seats along with 100% seats in AMU, BHU, JMI, ESIC, AIIMS, JIPMER, DU, IP University, VMMC, and ABVIMS.

For the 85% State Quota (SQ) seats, candidates must follow their respective state counselling authorities and check their official portals for detailed schedules and eligibility requirements.

Those who have cleared the medical entrance examination can register for counselling by visiting the official website, The counselling will be conducted in four rounds. All participating institutions have been instructed to treat Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as working days to ensure timely completion of the process. Round 1 Key Dates Registration and fee payment will be open from July 21 to 28, until 3 PM on the last day. Choice filling can be done from July 22 to 28, up to 11:55 PM. Choice locking will be available on July 28, between 4 PM and 11:55 PM. The seat allotment process will take place on July 29 and 30. The allotment result will be announced on July 31. Candidates allotted seats must report or join the allotted institutions between August 1 and 6. Institutes will verify the data from August 7 to 8. NEET UG Counselling 2025: Registration Process Go to the official website - Click on the 'UG Medical Counselling' tab available on the homepage. Choose the NEET UG 2025 registration link. Fill in the necessary personal details, set a secure password, and complete the registration form. Proceed to pay the applicable registration fee and keep a copy of the confirmation page. Last Updated: According to NBEMS, NEET PG 2025 exam will be held on August 3, 2025. This exam will be conducted in single shift in computer based mode. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the NEET PG 2025 exam city intimation list. To access the details, the candidates must check the SMS inbox of the phone number registered with the board. Only the names of the cities where the candidates' exam centres will be located have been released by the NBEMS. The NEET PG 2025 admit card will be made available on July 31. According to NBEMS, NEET PG 2025 exam will be held on August 3 , 2025. This exam will be conducted in single shift in computer based mode.
