Mason Graham from Michigan.
He is number 7 on your big board, #8 on mine.
Charles with Graham, maybe a little drop off from 2023 to 2024.
I would say his 2023 tape was pretty much outright dominant.
Well, 2024, some flashes, more than sustained play maybe, uh, about some injuries as well as just the felt like a post hardball hangover that people had in Michigan this year.
But with Mason Graham, why is he 7 on your big board?
Why is he considered probably defensive tackle one, not probably, is defensive tackle one in this class.
Uh, he's he's a really special player.
I, I think, and I think it's, uh, the movement skills are really what, what pop out on tape, um, because he's a strong guy, he can be stout, you know, when things are coming right at him, but like the ability to just kind of Like, like create space when, you know, create space in the phone booth, um, and be able to wiggle its way up the field and still be explosive through it.
Like that to me is pretty rare stuff.
Uh, even with like the, you know, the injury, what was it ankle injury that he was hampered with all season.
I don't remember exactly.
Yeah, even with that.
You can still see a lot of the explosive ability, uh, just, just to be a difference maker.
The nickname that came for Graham was the human hand grenade because he just detonates people on the impact and it kind of just, it's, he's explosive.
I mean, his arm length isn't great and people are figuring out what his weight is, but I think his weight's plenty fine, even if he is up 300, I think his playstyle is not to be a beef guy, even though he is strong.
It's not, you know, he can hold up against blocks and he does OK against double teams, you know, some double teams can move him like most defensive tackles.
But the thing is, is that he is a big play generator for the defense, and not just passes, but against the run too.
Um, and he does it in different ways.
So it's sometimes he's knifing in there and beating you with speed and bend, sometimes it's power and you just can, the knockback, um, sometimes just effort beating double teams.
So it's kind of, he shows everything.
And I'll probably bump him like one or two spots.
He'll probably end up maybe being a top 5 player for me overall.
Uh, it's just that there's a couple of blemishes I have with him that I mentioned, just some of the length and some of the other stuff.
It's like, is he a 10 sack guy guaranteed just we're going to call it that.
Not sure, but I know he's going to impact the game.
Um, I think there's a lot of Geno Atkins to him.
Uh, that's the guy I kind of came back to when I watch.
Yeah, that's kind of who really he reminds me of just that, just a little ball of power.

Fans Worried for Travis Hunter After New Video Surfaces
Travis Hunter has already hit the practice field for the Jacksonville Jaguars after being selected No. 2 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. He participated in rookie minicamp from May 9–11 and began OTA offseason workouts with the team on Monday. Hunter, a two-way player, entered the draft nearly at the top of draft boards because of his ability to play both sides of the ball at the highest level. The former Colorado Buffaloes standout was selected seven picks ahead of the first true wide receiver, Tetairoa McMillan, who went to the Carolina Panthers. Advertisement On Monday, footage of both Hunter and McMillan was posted side by side, showing their experiences with their new teams so far. Despite not running the same route, McMillan's route looked crisper, and Hunter struggled to come out of his break. Fans who saw the post headed to the replies and shared their worries for Hunter. "Worried about Travis," one wrote. "That was horrible by Travis," a fan said. "Quickly Realizing that The NFL isn't like college. It's good he realizes this now." "One guy is a WR that's played WR his whole career, one guy is an athlete trying to play WR," another wrote. "It's pretty obvious and I swear it's not a knock on Travis. Travis was able to get away with a lot of (expletive) in college bc it's college, that (expletive) won't fly in the league I promise you that." Advertisement "lol but remember they said tmac is not WR1…," added another. "Gotta learn them routes bro bro," said a fan. "It's the jaguars organizations fault. They just turn good players into bad one once drafted," a fan added. At cornerback, he added 35 tackles, 11 passes defended, one forced fumble, and four interceptions. Hunter and the Jaguars will continue OTA offseason workouts on select days until June 5. Then, they'll have several days off before mandatory minicamp from June 10-12. Related: Travis Hunter Breaks Silence On Thorpe Award Snub After Winning Heisman Trophy

Jaguars Rookie Travis Hunter Reacts to Madden NFL 26 Rating
Jaguars Rookie Travis Hunter Reacts to Madden NFL 26 Rating originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Jacksonville Jaguars made a splash during the NFL Draft, landing talented dual-threat player Travis Hunter. He's preparing for a big debut, and fans are hoping for stellar contributions from him en route to an improved season. Advertisement Meanwhile, one of the exciting facets of football players making it to the NFL is seeing themselves as a playable character in the popular Madden NFL game. The numerical ratings assigned to each player in the game often become hot debates as players agree or disagree, and look to improve. Hunter will appear in the upcoming game, but the rookie wide receiver has what some might consider a subpar rating. However, the former Jackson State and Colorado star's reaction is the sort of response Jaguars fans are likely to eat right up before his season officially begins. Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Travis HunterCorey Perrine/Florida Times-Union / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images According to SI's Ben Armendariz, Hunter said he's unconcerned about debuting with a 76 in the video game. With a big smile, he said he's more interested in focusing on the real game. Advertisement Although he's unfazed by the initial Madden rating he received, the good news is that number can improve throughout his rookie season. All players are regularly monitored by individuals who help determine whether their ratings rise or fall. For comparison, Madden NFL 25's highest-rated rookies were Marvin Harrison Jr. and Joe Alt. Both players debuted in the video game with 79, so Hunter isn't far off from them whatsoever. Jacksonville's rookie receiver is already entering the league with some lofty expectations, as the Jaguars traded up to the No. 2 spot in the NFL Draft to get him. As Travis Hunter shows what he's truly capable of on the field, it shouldn't be long before his skills and stats boost those Madden ratings even higher. Pelicans Send Message to Departing Executive
Pelicans Send Message to Departing Executive originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Bryson Graham's 15-year tenure with the New Orleans Pelicans came to a close this week, as the longtime executive accepted a new role with the Atlanta Hawks. Advertisement Graham, who was promoted to general manager in June 2024, departs after just one season in the position. His exit follows a 21–61 campaign that saw the Pelicans finish with the third-worst record in the NBA and miss the playoffs for the second straight year. Bryson Graham at New Orleans Pelicans Media Day© Matthew Hinton-Imagn Images Injuries to Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram and Dejounte Murray derailed New Orleans' season early. Williamson appeared in just 31 games, while Ingram was traded to Toronto at the deadline. 'Thank you for everything you did for the organization for the past 15 years, Bryson 👏,' the team posted, marking a public farewell to one of the franchise's longest-serving voices. Despite the setbacks, Graham's front office was credited with identifying and developing key rotation players, including Herb Jones, Trey Murphy III and rookie Yves Missi. He also played a role in drafting Dyson Daniels, who was later traded to Atlanta and earned All-Defensive First Team honors this season. Advertisement Graham now joins the Hawks as senior vice president of basketball operations, reporting to newly promoted general manager Onsi Saleh. The move signals Atlanta's intent to reshape its front office following the dismissal of Landry Fields in April. Graham's scouting background and track record with undervalued talent could prove valuable as the Hawks prepare for the draft and weigh roster changes after a second straight play-in exit. For New Orleans, the transition will continue with Joe Dumars, hired in April as president of basketball operations, who will now oversee the next phase of the franchise's rebuild.
