BTS is back! In case you missed it, two of the group's members, RM and V, were officially discharged from their mandatory military service today (June 10). K-pop fans, especially ARMYs, have been lighting up Twitter (now X) with celebration posts ever since the news broke. Soon after greeting the press, RM and V went live on the South Korean fan platform Weverse to connect with fans. In classic BTS fashion, their live was hilariously crashed by Jin, while J-Hope shared an Instagram Story offering a sneak peek at the joyful celebration inside HYBE. RM and V hold a Weverse live after military discharge Keeping with K-pop tradition, RM and V went live on Weverse shortly after reaching HYBE — their first livestream in over 1.5 years. The two looked relaxed but admitted it felt a little awkward jumping back in. 🐯: We are also doing this live after 1.5 years so there is something ARMYs should understand.. we don't know what to talk about🐨 : Ah really? Because you have turned into a murderous weapon?🐯 No, not that. 'We don't know what to talk about,' Taehyung laughed, before adding, 'I worked out six times a week to get healthier. I'm proud of myself — it all feels worth it.' He joked about being too sleepy to dance today, explaining he woke up early to reduce swelling before the live. 'I'll think about dancing after some sleep,' he added. RM teased, 'The military really changed you,' to which V responded, 'Yes, I've transformed into a murderous weapon,' prompting laughs. RM quipped, 'That'll last about a month,' and V agreed, 'Yeah, I'll go back to normal eventually.' Taehyung also revealed that his MBTI had changed and that he's become less tolerant of injustice lately. Meanwhile, RM got candid about his creative slump. 'This is the first time I didn't write any music for such a long period,' he shared. He promised ARMYs he'd return later that night to talk more deeply. Jin crashes RM and V's live In true Kim Seokjin fashion, the eldest BTS member crashed RM and V's livestream — and he didn't come empty-handed. Jin showed up with a big smile and a ribbon tied around his head, joking that he was the 'gift.' He couldn't help but compliment RM and V on their physiques, playfully adding that he'd avoid picking any fights with them now. THE KIM LINE REUNITED 🐹: Wow your bodies are in great shape . ONEUS Is Set To Make A Summer Comeback, Announces New Album 5x

Last Updated: ONEUS dropped a logo motion video featuring the number 5, representing the five members of the group. K-pop boy band ONEUS is all set for a powerful comeback this June. Five months after the release of their previous album Dear.M, the group is gearing up to drop their 11th mini album. At midnight KST on June 10, the band unveiled a striking teaser across their official social media platforms, signalling the start of a new era. The logo motion video showcased the number 5, symbolising the five members, paired with a variable x, representing the title of their upcoming album, 5x. The teaser was accompanied by a tense, cinematic soundtrack that only amped up the anticipation among fans. Following the teaser drop, ONEUS's agency shared, 'The album showcases each member's unique charm and limitless musical potential. We ask for your continued interest and support." View this post on Instagram A post shared by 원어스 (ONEUS) (@official_oneus) ONEUS also revealed that 5x will feature a special track by member Seoho, recorded prior to his military enlistment. As announced via their official social media channels, the album is set to release on June 30 at 6 p.m. KST. This marks the group's return as a five-member act since Dear.M, which dropped in January this year. That album featured 17 tracks, including the title song IKUK and a new version of their Road to Kingdom finale track I Know You Know. In the months following, the members focused on solo projects, offering fans a glimpse into their distinct musical identities. Formed by RBW in 2018, ONEUS originally debuted as a six-member group comprising Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, Xion, and Ravn. However, in October 2022, Ravn departed from the band, and ONEUS has since continued as a five-member act. The group made their official debut in January 2019 with the EP Light Us, and has since delivered a series of successful albums including Raise Us, Fly With Us, Lived, Blood Moon, Pygmalion, La Dolce Vita, Devil, Dopamine, and Dear.M. Their last major tour, ONEUS Japan 3rd Live: Blood Moon, followed the release of Blood Moon in 2021. With the announcement of their upcoming album 5x, fans are excited not just for the music, but also in the hopes of seeing their favourite group back on stage soon.
