Taurus Daily Health Horoscope Today, July 04, 2025: Resting isn't quitting—it's preparing

Time of India7 hours ago
Today, the stars gently tell you to slow down without guilt. You've been giving your best, and now your mind and body need rest—not as escape, but as preparation. You are not falling behind by pausing.
You are gathering energy for the next move. Honor your rhythm. Resting with intention will build your strength. Trust that real progress often begins in stillness, not in constant motion.
Taurus
Health
Horoscope Today
Your health today improves when you rest well. Listen to your body's need to pause, even in the middle of the day. Digestive or muscle tension may ease if you allow a break. Choose light food and plenty of water. A short nap or gentle stretching can do more for your healing than a busy schedule.
Rest is your medicine today—take it fully and calmly.
Taurus Wellness Horoscope Today
Your emotional wellness needs a slow breath today. If you've been pushing your feelings away to stay productive, stop and sit with yourself. You don't have to be strong every minute. Today is for receiving softness—from yourself, from silence, from life. Light a candle, write a thought, or do nothing at all. Your spirit heals when you rest without guilt.
Taurus Love Horoscope Today
In love, don't worry if things feel quiet.
If you're in a relationship, it may be time to simply rest together. Let comfort and silence speak for you. If you're single, pause the need to find or prove anything. Rest in who you are. The right person will be drawn to the peace you hold. Love doesn't rush—it arrives when hearts are calm and open.
Taurus Career Horoscope Today
Career-wise, it's okay to pull back from pressure today. Complete what's necessary, but don't stretch beyond your limits. Your steady nature already speaks for itself.
If you feel drained, recharge instead of pushing. You will return stronger. Good ideas often come in rest, not in noise. Use today to plan, breathe, and prepare.
Taurus Money Horoscope Today
Financially, a calm approach brings better results than urgency. You might feel tempted to make a fast money decision—pause. Review your options with patience. A small financial rest, like not spending unnecessarily today, will bring stability. You may even discover a saving or gain you didn't expect. Resting your spending mind will bring better clarity.

Google Rolls Out Customizable Gemini 'Gems' in Gmail, Documents, Sheets and More

In a major usability upgrade for Google Workspace users, Google has rolled out Gemini-powered 'Gems' — customizable AI chatbots — directly into the side panels of Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Until now, Gems were only available through the dedicated Gemini app, but this update allows users to access and interact with them right inside their daily tools. Gems are task-specific versions of Google's Gemini AI assistant, designed to help users streamline repetitive tasks with ease. Whether it's editing text, writing code, crafting sales pitches, or revising for exams, users can now rely on either pre-made or personalized Gems to get the job done. 'Gems can help you further leverage the power of Gemini in a way that's customized to your needs more efficiently by minimizing repetitive prompting,' Google said in its announcement. With the new integration, users can upload their own files to offer the Gems contextual insights, making task completion more relevant and intelligent. While custom Gems can't be created directly within Docs or Gmail, users can easily set them up at or use the 'Create a new Gem' option in the Workspace side panel. This update also supports core Workspace features like @-mentioning and file access, ensuring smooth, AI-powered collaboration. The feature began rolling out on July 2 and will be available to all eligible Workspace users over the coming days. Google notes the rollout might take longer than 15 days to reach everyone. This move marks yet another step in Google's push to embed AI deeper into everyday workflows.

Google is rolling out Gemini Gems to Gmail, Drive and Docs

Google has expanded access for their custom Gemini AI assistants, Gems to their Workspace apps like Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive and Gmail. Users will be able to create chatbots for specific tasks or use pre-made Gems without needing to switch between apps. There are already pre-made Gems that Google offers like Writing editor, Brainstormer, Learning coach and Coding partner. But users can build chatbots for tasks to 'minimise repetitive prompting,' the company said. Other basic tasks like @-mentioning and accessing files/folders are also supported by both custom and pre-made Gems. A blog posted by Google making the announcement shared examples of use cases for Gems, 'Leverage a copywriting Gem to create posts and content tailored to your target audience or create a Gem that helps with sales interactions that is grounded on information for a specific company, prospect, or industry or leverage an 'assistant gem' tailored to your job role to help provide more relevant summaries for you.' The feature is being rolled out over the coming weeks for Google Workspace customers who can access Gemini in the side panel of their apps. Gems was launched last year in August last year with the goal of becoming custom 'AI experts' for Gemini Business, Advanced and Enterprise subscribers. Users will have to either go to or click on 'Create a new Gem' option in the Workspace side panel to build custom Gems.

India clears Rs 1 lakh cr defence purchases: spy planes, minesweepers, and missile systems get nod

The projects include specialised spy aircraft and advanced minesweepers to quick-reaction air defence missiles and underwater autonomous vessels read more Defence Minister Rajnath Singh with MoS Sanjay Seth during the flagging off ceremony of 'Sanjay' Battlefield Surveillance System (BSS) at South Block. PTI India's defence ministry on Thursday (July 3) okayed three major and seven smaller acquisition projects, with a total worth of INR 1 lakh crore ($11.7 billion). The projects include specialised spy aircraft and advanced minesweepers to quick-reaction air defence missiles and underwater autonomous vessels, reported Times of India. Notably, the ministry has only given a preliminary nod or 'acceptance of necessity' so far, which is just the first step in the arduous and long acquisition process. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD One of the biggest projects to secure the nod is the indigenous construction of 12 mine countermeasure vessels (MCMVs) for around Rs 44,000 crore ($5.14 billion), which will take about a decade to materialise. These warships would be able to detect, track and destroy underwater mines installed by enemy forces. At a time when Pakistan and China are increasingly expanding maritime co-operation, developing the MCMVs is crucial to secure India's maritime boundaries and commercial shipping. Quick reaction surface to air missile (QRSAM) The second major project involves the Rs 36,000 crore ($4.2 billion) acquisition of quick reaction surface-to-air missile (QRSAM) systems, developed by DRDO, comprising three regiments for the Army and three squadrons for the Indian Air Force. The Army Air Defence (AAD) has identified a need for 11 such regiments. These highly mobile QRSAMs, designed to neutralise hostile fighter jets, helicopters, and drones at ranges up to 30 km, will enhance India's multi-layered air defence network, which proved vital during Operation Sindoor in countering Turkish-origin drones and Chinese missiles launched by Pakistan from May 7-10. ISTAR aircraft The third significant project is the Rs 10,000 crore ($1.17 billion) procurement of three ISTAR (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance) aircraft. These planes, equipped with DRDO-developed indigenous sensors like synthetic aperture radars, electro-optical, and infrared systems, will enable precise targeting of high-value enemy ground targets by fighter jets and missiles, providing real-time actionable intelligence on enemy infrastructure, troop build-ups, and movements. Another approved project involves semi-submersible autonomous vessels for ISR missions, acquired under the 'Make-II' category, where industry funds prototype development. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD Additionally, two naval projects were greenlit: the procurement of super-rapid gun mounts (SRGMs), the primary 76mm guns for warships, through competitive bidding, and DRDO-developed 'processor-based moored mines' that detonate by detecting an enemy warship's acoustic, magnetic, or pressure signatures.
