Arnold Schwarzenegger shocks fans with 'weird and creepy' remark about seeing son Patrick naked on screen

Arnold Schwarzenegger made his son Patrick blush while talking about watching him bare it all in season three of HBO 's hit drama The White Lotus. During Variety's Actors on Actors series, the father and son duo spoke candidly about everything from the level of scrutiny Patrick faces as a ' nepo baby ' to making the decision to do full-frontal nudity for the biggest roles of their careers. After Arnold, 77, reflected on appearing nude in both The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Patrick, 31, reminded him he's 'done it' too. 'I couldn't believe [it]. I said to myself, 'I'm watching your show, and I'm watching your butt sticking out there.' And all of a sudden, I see the weenie. What is going on here? This is crazy!' Arnold recalled. Despite initially feeling taken aback after seeing Patrick naked in The White Lotus, he quickly reminded himself: 'Well, Arnold, hello. You did the same thing in Conan and Terminator, so don't complain about it.' Still, he quipped: 'It was a shock to me that you were following my footsteps so closely.' Patrick went on to sidestep talking any further about his nude scene as he pivoted the conversation to how they've both worked with some of Hollywood's biggest directors. The moment sparked a plethora of reactions on social media as many dubbed it bizarre and uncomfortable that Arnold commented about seeing his son in the buff. 'Arnold's just being a dad—hilarious and awkward in the best way. 'The weenie' comment got me [crying with laughter emoji],' one X user tweeted. Another wrote: 'They are so wild and weird and creepy.' 'When your dad's the Terminator, even your nudity gets a performance review!' a third joked. Despite Arnold ruffling some feathers, others praised them for 'interviewing each other and talking about weenies.' Others called that portion of the interview 'the funniest part of the whole segment.' 'You gotta admire the bluntness though. No sugar-coating, just "Yo, what's going on here?!" That's the kinda dad commentary reality TV NEEDS more of,' another insisted. In addition to having Arnold publicly react to his nude scene, Patrick's mom Maria Shriver recently did as well. When asked about seeing her son's full-frontal scene, the journalist, 69, laughed off the awkward question. 'People are like, "Oh my God, you saw!" [and] I'm like, 'I gave birth to him.' It's not such a, you know, I've seen him naked,' she mused. 'I've seen him naked since he was a baby.' In February, Patrick's brother-in-law Chris Pratt also confessed to not looking away at his package in those revealing The White Lotus scenes. 'I know where my eyes went—I'm not blood-related to him, I was looking at that d**k, bro,' Pratt joked to E! News. 'No, he looks amazing. Obviously, he's a physical specimen, but also he's a really solid actor, because the character he's playing is completely different than who he is.' Following the release of The White Lotus, Patrick admitted he didn't know the 'extent' of the nakedness that his role as Saxon Ratliff required before agreeing to it. 'You do the auditions but you don't see the full script so you don't have all the details, then they ask you, "Are you comfortable with nudity?" when you sign on,' he told The Sunday Times Style Magazine. Patrick defended the gratuitous nudity revolving his character as he pointed out his 'character, from start to finish, is ridiculous and the type of person who absolutely would walk around his room naked without a care in the world.' 'He's the guy who, whenever he sees a girl at the pool, he's going to flirt with them whether it's a mom or a 22-year-old,' he stressed. In order to accept his part in the series, which was filmed in Thailand over a period of seven months, Patrick pushed back his own wedding to fiancée Abby Champion. After informing his bride-to-be about having to delay their walk down the aisle, Patrick gushed on The Drew Barrymore Show that Champion was very supportive. 'She was so happy,' he said. 'She was ecstatic because she was a huge fan.'

New Netflix show with 100% Rotten Tomatoes score racks up 23 million views

Sophie-May Williams Published June 2, 2025 3:22pm Link is copied Comments After a busy weekend enjoying the sunshine, you might fancy taking your Monday to Friday evenings a little slower. Specifically, curling up on the sofa after work with a cup of coffee and some quality TV. If this sounds like your perfect way to relax, we've got just the thing for you: a binge-worthy new Netflix drama that has just received a no-notes 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, with 23 million views since it dropped on the platform (Picture: Netflix) Secrets We Keep is a Netflix original Danish mystery thriller, starring Marie Bach Hansen, Excel Busano, and Danica Ćurčić, to name a few. Without giving too much away, it taps into the twisted world of the wealthy - similar to shows like The White Lotus, Perfect Strangers and Sirens - while maintaining a more realistic edge. In a little more detail, viewers watch Cecilie, a rich executive living in an affluent Copenhagen suburb, search for Ruby, a missing au pair from the Philippines. When Ruby suddenly vanishes without a trace, Cecilie becomes suspicious, convinced that sinister circumstances are at play. Especially when the police don't make the case a priority (Picture: Netflix) When Cecilie fails to spark interest from the authorities, she decides to take matters into her own hands and search for Ruby. Alongside her own au pair, Angel, who is close friends with Ruby, the amateur investigators soon uncover dark family secrets - some of which are a little too close to home for Cecilie, who is forced to confront the people she thought were her family and friends. At its core, Secrets We Keep is a deep dive into a missing person's case involving the ultra-wealthy who, because they have all the money in the world, think that they can get away with the darkest of crimes. While the show isn't based on a true story, it does showcase Denmark's au pair culture (Picture: Netflix) Ingeborg Topsøe, the show's creator, went into detail about this aspect with Netflix's Tudum. She said: 'I've always been fascinated by the power structures within a family. Few people associate Denmark with such 'Upstairs, Downstairs' homes. Denmark is often portrayed as a very egalitarian society, and I've never seen homes like these portrayed on TV. Perhaps it's a reality we don't want to acknowledge the existence of …. Au pairs are "part of the family", while being employed, and parents are well-meaning, while absent. It's these cold, hard facts — hidden beneath a soft layer of niceness — that intrigues me' (Picture: Netflix) After watching the six-episode limited series, fans and critics alike have been raving about the quality of the show on Rotten Tomatoes. Joel Keller from Decider described it as a thriller that 'doesn't try to distract viewers by sending them down too many dead ends.' Rather, it 'tells a story about class, race and wealth in the process.' Juan Pablo Russo from EscribiendoCine said the series manages to 'naturally inject questions about privilege, the racialisation of domestic work, and individual responsibility in the face of systems that benefit some at the expense of others' (Picture: Netflix) Kshitij Rawat from Lifestyle Asia wrote that Secrets We Keep 'uses the familiar tropes of suburban mysteries (missing girls, tight-knit communities, smug rich people, pristine lawns hiding rotting secrets) but twists them into something far more intimate and morally disquieting.' Samuel R. Murrian, a critic from Collider, compared it to 'this year's most zeitgeisty hits Adolescence and The White Lotus.' However, the critic suggested that Topsøe and the actors 'handle its dark material even better' (Picture: Netflix) Pramit Chatterjee from Digital Mafia Talkies agreed, calling it 'essential viewing for all,' and a 'fantastic companion piece to Adolescence.' Finally, Archie Sengupta from said: 'Secrets We Keep holds on to your attention from the first episode, and its twists and turns are nothing short of thrilling' (Picture: Netflix) It wasn't just critics showering the show with faultless reviews, either. The Popcornmeter, which houses viewer testimonials, received a respectable 76%. With over 100+ ratings, it was described as 'one of the best mystery productions in years,' and 'brilliant in every way.' Other notable reviews included: 'An emotional drama that clearly depicts the power of the ultra-wealthy and their shameless treatment of those hired to serve them.' Plus, another labelled it 'one of the most thought-provoking, brutally realistic, and emotionally gripping series I've ever seen' (Picture: Netflix) Possible Secrets We Keep spoilers ahead: Many commended the ending as well. Usually, viewers can be quite harsh when it comes to finales, often dubbing them as frustrating or lazy. However, Secrets We Keep experienced the opposite, demanding attention right until the very end. Perhaps the most thought-provoking comment in this respect comes from a viewer called Chris, who said: 'It's an amazing story with an ending that will blow you away. In truth the ending is the biggest problem with the series because it ended the way a story like this would end in real life. It's heartbreakingly honest and real' (Picture: Netflix) As for the negative reviews? They're far and few between. The majority aren't even that bad, either, just a few complaints that the perpetrators didn't get what they deserved. But if you want to make that call for yourself, we only have one suggestion: cancel your viewing plans and watch Secrets We Keep instead. By the fan and critics' reaction so far, you won't regret it. Secrets We Keep is now streaming on Netflix (Picture: Netflix)

Sky's 'lowest price is back' as TV, Netflix and broadband at an all time low in payday sale

Sky has brought back a popular TV and broadband deal that's slashes prices to their 'lowest ever' in an surprise pay day sale. Just weeks after ending its Easter sale, Sky has once again discounted its Essential TV and Full Fibre 300 broadband bundle to £35 per month and is offering 300Mbps fibre broadband for the price of 150Mbps. Sky said 'our lowest ever price is back' as it announced the sale, which also sees the Ultimate TV and Full Fibre 300 broadband bundle, with more than 35 extra channels, reduced to £39. Typically, Sky's Full Fibre 300 costs £29 per month without any TV access, but the latest deals also grant access to more than 100 channels, including Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports News and major free-to-air channels like BBC, ITV and Channel 4. The combined packages also come with free Netflix and Discovery+ subscriptions, with the option to add Sky Cinema and Sky Sports for an additional £10 and £20 respectively. All of this is delivered via Sky Stream, the brand's new device that provides TV and streaming access through WiFi instead of a traditional satellite dish. Sky is now among the providers to adopt the new One Touch Switch scheme, which means customers don't have to contact their existing broadband provider to complete the switch. Rather, Sky will handle the necessary procedures on behalf of the customer. It's crucial to note that to benefit from the lower rates, customers must commit to a two-year contract, and Sky has indicated that the price for their TV and broadband packages 'may change' during this time. This includes the expected yearly price increase in April, a common practice among many companies, reports the Mirror. Earlier this year, a 6.2% rise was added to the cost of Sky's TV and broadband plans, which could suggest we'll see a similar change in April 2026. Nevertheless, Sky distinguishes itself by allowing consumers the chance to end their contracts early should a price increase be announced. Sky's latest promotional efforts rival Virgin's Bigger Combo bundle, which provides more than 200 channels and a 362Mbps fibre broadband connection at £34.99. Whilst this comes in just under Sky's price and promises around 60Mbps additional speed, it lacks Sky Atlantic and Netflix, which might turn some potential customers away. Amongst its competitors is the BT and EE Big Entertainment and Full Fibre 300, currently marketed at £48.99 per month for the initial six months but eventually exceeding £600 more across the length of the plan as it reverts to the regular £63.99. Sky customers have shared their positive experiences of the company on Trustpilot, where one glowing review said: "Sky Stream is a game changer. "Switched a few weeks back and it's the best decision I've ever made. Installation takes care of itself, the remote even auto-tunes itself to the TV. The best part is the ability to have a single charge for all your streaming subscriptions." This review offered a more mixed review, saying: "I wasn't happy with the service provided by Sky, phoned up to change my deal and was passed around like a parcel. Eventually, I got to speak to someone who knew what they were doing. I am happy my issue was finally resolved, but it took a lot of work." But this happy customer said: "I've been with lots of companies to get my TV and internet but the best service I have received out of them all is Sky. We changed to other companies because of the price but always go back to Sky."
