A viral video shows YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra attending an Iftar event at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi, where she is seen interacting with Danish.
Amid the probe over espionage charges against her, YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra's video showing her visit to the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi is widely being shared on social media.
The video, which was uploaded to Jyoti Malhotra's YouTube channel, Travel With Jo, garnered the attention of social media users after it showed the YouTuber meeting Danish, a Pakistan High Commission officer, along with some other officials.
The video comes days after a Pakistan High Commission staffer, also identified as Danish, alias Ehsan-ur-Rahim, was declared persona non grata for indulging in activities not in keeping with his official status in India.
It was alleged that the said staffer and the person whom Jyoti met were the same.

Social media buzz also suggested that Danish had married Jyoti and that she was allegedly converted to Islam. However, there was no official confirmation on the same.
Jyoti also used to get VIP treatment because of her links with Danish and other intelligence officials. She also got security from the Pakistani police, it was learnt.
According to her video on her YouTube channel, Jyoti visited the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi on a 'special invitation' to attend an Iftar party.
As she enters the venue, she could be seen being greeted by Danish, following which, they both could be seen talking to each other in a friendly manner, suggesting that they already knew each other.
Moments later, Danish could be seen introducing Jyoti to his wife, and to some other officials present at the venue.
Jyoti also met some Chinese officials at the party and praised the arrangements made at the Pakistani High Commission throughout the video.
She also invited Danish's wife to visit her home.
Jyoti Malhotra was arrested on the charge of passing on sensitive information to Pakistani intelligence operatives.
Jyoti allegedly was in contact with a Pakistani staffer working at the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. On May 13, India expelled that Pakistani official for allegedly indulging in espionage.
According to Shashank Kumar Sawan, Superintendent of Police (SP), Hisar, Jyoti was being developed as an asset and had maintained ties with other YouTube influencers and Pakistani nationals.
Sawan stated, 'She was in touch with other YouTube influencers, and they were also in contact with the Pakistan Information Officers (PIOs). She used to go to Pakistan, like on sponsored trips. She was in Pakistan before the Pahalgam attack, and the investigation is ongoing to establish any possible linkages."
Jyoti Malhotra was produced in a court and was sent to five-day remand. She has been booked under Official Secret Act and relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Pakistan extends airspace ban on Indian flights for another month
Pakistan on Wednesday extended its airspace ban on Indian aircraft until September 23. The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) issued a fresh NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) announcing the one-month extension, covering both civilian and military aircraft that are Indian-owned, operated, or leased."All aircraft operated by Indian airlines will not be allowed to use Pakistani airspace. The ban also remains in place for military and civilian aircraft that are Indian-owned or leased," the authority airspace closure was first imposed on April 23 for one month following the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which killed 26 people. The initial ban barred Indian carriers from flying over Pakistan. India responded on April 30 with a reciprocal airspace closure for Pakistani aircraft, starting a series of tit-for-tat restrictions. The ban was first extended on May 23. In July, Pakistan further extended the closure until August 24, affecting hundreds of flights LOSES RS 1,240 CRORE IN AIRSPACE BANThe prolonged closure has hit Pakistan's aviation sector hard. According to Dawn, citing the Defence Ministry, the Pakistan Airports Authority lost over Rs 1,240 crore (PKR 4.1 billion) in just two months. The loss stemmed from transit charges as 100-150 Indian aircraft fly daily, cutting Pakistan's overflight traffic by almost 20 per Defence Minister Khawaja Mohammad Asif confirmed that the ban had caused significant revenue losses. "The closure has impacted our overflying charges and transit traffic severely," he restrictions have created major challenges for airlines, forcing longer routes that burn more fuel and stretch flight times. Carriers have also struggled with crew rotations and scheduling headaches, all of which are driving up operating costs.- EndsWith inputs from agenciesMust Watch
